About: Hi there, my name is Erica! I grew up with dogs and currently have my own rescue pup, an eight-year-old German Shepherd mix. Over the years I’ve cared for friends and family's pets, both for pet sitting and walking. I have experience caring for dogs of all different sizes and breeds. I love the outdoors and will ensure your pup has plenty of fun and exercise! My schedule is currently pretty flexible, I am available during the day most of the week and have some weekend availability. I am happy to discuss your needs of when your pet needs care! I am happy to discuss your pets' needs, and their daily routine to make sure they are walked, fed, or let out in a timely manner. I am respectful of your space and will ensure I enter and leave securely. I will also work on building trust with your pet and take proper safety measures while on walks.

About: I have been taking care of pets for family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I am reliable, consistent and build relationships with the pets to keep them comfortable while you are away. My full-time job has summers off, so I have more open availability. Barring the 4 or 5-hour gaps in my day with my part-time job, I can give your pet the care they need/require. I have two medium-sized dogs and a geriatric cat (he is 26!). Caring for them brings me joy and purpose. I promise to carry over that same kindness and compassion that I have with my pets to your pets. I also understand what is necessary to take care of older pets, so if they need a little extra help, I am up for it.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, seeing them happy is most definitely the best thing ever. I love taking my dogs for walks and new adventures. About: I love dogs, I like to do what they want! We live in Anchorage so dogs close by are preferable. We would love to do dog walks or drop in visits. We get outside a lot and like to get off leash if it's a safe area and your dog won't take off. Otherwise retractable leashes are the way to go. We are responsible about picking up dog poop. We will show your dog a good time! We will customize our care for your dog, just let us know any details you need us to know. On walks we will keep them on a leash unless it’s a dog park or an off leash area and know that they will return to our command. Whatever schedule is required is fine. Must check the calendar before full schedule is decided. Just let us know what time the walk would need to be and it should be fine. We can do a dog walks as needed, and I may have my son‘s help out. We usually try to keep them on, always to be safe.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young—dogs/puppies and cats. Very patient with younger animals or with more energy that require more attention and/or more technical care. I have a flexible schedule that allows the ability to stop in throughout the day. Available most weekends, early evenings and flexible throughout the day. I am great with any communication requests/requirements and I hope to help make this process easy and smooth :) As a General Manager in retail, I have a very flexible schedule and am able to create my own work hours. I can adjust my day as needed and take breaks when necessary, making it easy for me to return home for feeding times, potty breaks, exercise, and general care. My schedule typically ranges between the hours of 9am to 9:30pm, but I have the flexibility to structure those hours around the needs of my pet. I worked in child care for a couple years and I am the oldest four siblings. I also grew up with our family dog named Pookah. About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician with many years of experience in the veterinary field and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, giving me a strong background in animal care and behavior. I have raised and cared for dogs for over 20 years and love playing, walking, pottying, and spending quality time with them. I am also trained to help animals in emergency situations. My dog, Pico de Gallo, is the love of my life, and I would treat your dog/cat/animal with the same care, patience, and love as if they were my own. I work for myself, so any animal that needs care would be worked into my schedule. I can do stop-ins, walks, play time, anything that is needed for your pets to be taken care of. As my calendar fills up, I ensure the times requested for pets come first before overloading my schedule. I would take care of pets in my clients' homes. I would do potty breaks and ensure the house was not used. I would take the dogs for walks and play with them to burn off some energy before bringing them back home, if the owner allowed it. I would also feed and make sure they drank water before I left, updating the owner on how they are doing. Otherwise, I would utilize the spaces given to me ( a fenced yard, etc.). For cats, I would check in on them and make sure they are fed and watered. i would play with them with their toys and then update their owner on how they are doing.

I only work part of the year, which gives me plenty of free time the rest of the year. If your pet is allowed on the furniture or sleeps in bed with you, I’m happy to welcome a warm, furry snuggle buddy. If your pet is crate-trained at bedtime, I’m comfortable with that too.
