Ever since Jeremy was a young child, he has had a giant-sized heart for pets of all kinds. He walked dogs with me for many years while he was growing up. He always displayed love and care in his interactions with the dogs we walked, our own dogs, and his many other pets throughout his childhood (birds, anoles, mice, bunnies, fish, guinea pig, bearded dragon, I might be forgetting some!). Jeremy so loved working with animals (his own pets, animals in his care at the Audubon Society, and birds of prey at a rehab center where he volunteered) that he earned his bachelor's degree in biology and worked at a veterinary hospital before enlisting in the Army. I have always enjoyed seeing Jeremy's Facebook posts of his interactions with the dogs of his Army friends, as well as those with the stray dog that he and his fellow soldiers "adopted" when stationed overseas. Dogs have always been a source of joy and peace for Jeremy. I know Jeremy will be a welcome addition to your family as your dog walker.”

About: I enjoy playing with and walking dogs. I have taken care of my dog, showering and grooming her since she was a puppy and would love to help take care of yours as well. I am a full-time housewife and mom who has plenty of time to spend with your pet. I am currently available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends also free. My son goes to school in the afternoons each day, giving me time to spend with my dog. I have one friendly dog at home and plenty of space for another pet to enjoy with her. My dog has plenty of toys that she would be happy to share.

About: I worked in a pet store for 2 years and have lived with animals my whole life. I love to care for animals, especially cats and am flexible outside of my classes at UAA! I'm currently a student at UAA so anytime in the morning, late afternoon and evening works for me with pet care! My classes are from 12:30-3pm on mondays and wednesdays and 12:30-5pm on tuesdays and thursdays! I am very adamant on following guidelines for specific animal (every cat/dog is different!) in order to prevent any stress on the animal. I'm consistent with maintaining a clean environment and also providing the proper attention and love to every animal I care for.

“Carla is great! She initially came over to meet our two dogs ahead of time and we walked through everything that she needed to know for the visit. Our puppies can be a handful and she was very patient with them. On the day of the check in, she was on time, and spent time playing with our dogs and even did a little bit of training! We were thrilled to get such a thorough report at the end of the visit with lots of pics. We all know that we love to get pics of our fur babies! We liked her so much that we are booking her again for another drop in visit!”

“Corinne was so great to our two cats while we were gone for almost 10days. She was trying to take care of cats with the same routine we have and it made our cats feel very comfortable. We received updates and pictures of our cats every visit and it was so nice to know every day how our cats are doing while we were gone. When one of our cats had swollen eye she immediately contacted us, sent us pictures of what looks like and willing to do whatever we would like her to do about it. Corinne played with our cats even visit and I could tell she was genuinely trying to get to know our two cats. When we came home from our long vacation our cats were so happy and healthy, and our house ( included cat box, food dishes) was clean. Corinne also took out our trash cans for us while we were gone! We highly highly recommend her! She is so wonderful!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, have been pet sitting since I was about 12, and have a few pets I housesit/watch throughout the year. I love to get out on walks or just sit and enjoy the company! I have a part time job at the rock gym here in Anchorage, and go to school at APU. I have plenty of time to get around town though, and I try to get outside for a walk, run, hike, bike, ski etc. everyday. I have a few pet sitting jobs around town, sometimes just a quick pop in to feed/water/and hang out for a bit, and extended house and pet sitting stays. I love to go on walks, runs, and skis and am comfy talking dogs on longer walks, hikes, or runs or just a walk around the neighborhood.

About: I’ve been watching my family as well as family friends dogs for a while and love providing great dog sitting/walking services! I love my furry friends!! I currently work part time so I can fit this job pretty well into my schedule. I have a pretty open schedule currently and am available I have a fence backyard that is a good size. I also have my own dog at home he is a one month old American bully and is supper friendly and mellow he basically sleeps all day lol.
