About: Caring for pets has been a part of my life for a long time, through both pets of our own and foster pets! We’ve been fostering for the past decade and have cared for over 30 dogs and cats. I have experience with dogs with all kinds of personalities, including shy, anxious, and reactive. My favorite thing about animals is they all have their own personalities, and I love learning about who they are! My approach is to meet pets where they’re at and let them set the pace for our interactions, especially those who need a little extra time to feel comfortable with someone new. Senior dogs have an especially big place in my heart, as we have two of our own, and I’m very comfortable with the extra patience and care older pups sometimes need. I’ve also fostered and spent time with dogs of many breeds, sizes, and personalities, including bully breeds which are always welcome! I work a hybrid schedule, and will spend most of my day with your pet. When I leave, it will generally be no longer than about 4 hours at a time, whether for work or to see my own pets and family. If I expect I’ll need to be gone longer than this at any point during the stay, I’ll let you know before booking! I will treat your home as a guest in it; I’m tidy and will clean up after me and your pets! What is helpful for me to know is what your pet’s typical day looks like, if they have any favorite or important parts to their routine, and ways they like to get stimulation (walk, play, puzzles). Where do they sleep? As much information as you can tell me about your pet is better so I can keep things as normal for them as possible!

About: Experience being a vet technician knowing a sick fur baby raising a disabled dog and helping him beat the odds of survival rate💜All the pets i take care of come fist, lived and cared for as if they were my own 💜 walking playing ball the disabled one I pull in a wagon he has bone issues and half a trachea he had to take medicine so along with all the activity i have learned to give medication as well I have a nice big backyard to play ball I walk my dogs twice a day and have a furbo camera on them at all times so i can talk to them when I am doing errands or working

About: We are a pet friendly home excited to enjoy your pet. We have owned animals ranging from dogs, cats and chinchillas to birds, rabbits and mice. I have attended multiple dog obedience training classes and have dog sit for many friends and family's pets. We have two pet friendly dogs in the home named Wellington and Willy who are both pugs. We love to go on walks and play as much as possible while still teaching obedience. Willing to adjust to each animals home training to avoid being homesick and/or start any bad habits. I have a separate area with large cage if owner prefers for sleeping and/or other times of day. All animal will be welcomed into our home with lots of hugs, smiles and belly rubs.

About: I grew up having all kinds of pets, from small rodents, birds, cats, dogs, geckos, and fish. My love for animals has continued throughout my adult life and my comfortability around all kinds of animals is second to none. I work in private childcare, and am used to both entering into others homes and being respectful and trustworthy, and also provide loving and attentive care in my own home as well. Whether it's walks, cuddles, or reassurance that their parent will be back, your furry, cold-blooded, or feathered baby will be in good hands with me. Strong communication skills as well and as many photo updates as the pet parent would like! Monday through Thursday I leave around 7:45am for work and am back by 11:45 and home the remainder of the day! My 10 year old pup enjoys this schedule 😉 Friday through Sunday I’m home full-time. Lots of time spent playing, cuddling, and spending time relaxing together. I have a 10 year old female (fixed) 40 pound dog that is as sweet as can be and gets along with all animals! No prey drive whatsoever. We love walks, being outside, and cuddling on the couch at the end of the day.

About: I've grew up with golden retriever as a family dog, and couple other dogs taking care of them bringing them on plenty of walks a day, going to dog parks, many trails and parks. Have done some extensive research on dog training and utilizing them with my current dog that is a German Sheppard mix I work part time/full time varies every week but have plenty of time off work to take dog for adventures go to dog parks do trainings. Have a stay at home fiancé to help during day and evenings. Making sure i have consistency with feedings or following owners guidelines. Going to get socialization with other dogs, keeping them active and healthy and doing daily trainings for obedience

About: I grew up on a farm so I've been around animals my whole life. I've cared for dogs of various breeds, sizes and ages for family, friends, and now people on Rover. I must say, I've met some pretty awesome dogs and people through Rover. I am retired, but clean a couple houses on a monthly basis. I can typically schedule cleaning days around pet sitting. If I happen to clean a day I'm pet sitting, the longest I'm away is typically 4 hours. I don't have a dog of my own at this time. My Ella, sadly crossed the rainbow bridge in December of 2021. Crazy how your life totally changes when they are gone. I miss all my dogs more than anything and will some day have another dog or two. In the meantime, I get my dog fix by taking care of other people's dogs. I will provide exercise and companionship for your dog(s) as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to leave them when you want some time away. I will do my best to keep them on the schedule and routine they are familiar with to ease their stress of you being away. I will communicate with you daily with updates and photos, unless you specify otherwise.

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a high-energy English Springer Spaniel and was lucky enough to spend 16 wonderful years with him. I am also a proud cat mom of two and truly love animals of all kinds! In addition to regularly pet sitting for friends and family, I have experience caring for senior pets and animals with special needs. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, medication schedules, mobility considerations, and providing extra comfort and attention when needed. Through caring for aging pets of my own and others, I have become comfortable recognizing changes in behavior and adapting care to meet each pet's individual needs. I set my own work schedule and currently work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays. On the days I go into the office, I am home by 4:00 PM at the latest and can make adjustments to my schedule as needed. I also spend most weekends at home, allowing me to provide plenty of attention, supervision, and care to any animals in my care! I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions provided by their owner. I understand that consistency is important, so I do my best to maintain the routines pets are used to. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision and attention. Pets are never left unattended for extended periods, and I carefully monitor introductions between animals when applicable. I make sure pets have access to fresh water, comfortable resting areas, and appropriate enrichment throughout the day. I also have a fenced-in yard that allows for energy to be shed! When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect both the pet's routine and the owner's home. I follow all care instructions closely, provide regular updates and photos, and ensure pets receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they need while their family is away. My goal is to create a stress-free experience where pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved, and where owners feel confident knowing their pets are in good hands.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 8 or 9, mostly family dogs to start. I have also house sat for not only family dogs but friends as well. I work at a doggie daycare facility currently, so I am familiar with dog behaviors and care. I currently work full-time in evenings, so that gives plenty of morning time for walks and cuddles. I am available for both boarding and daily care most of my week and always try to be flexible with clients. I love to have animals be as comfortable as they can be in their owners home, whatever that might look like. My goal is to make the clients and dogs as comfortable as possibly while building trust and good relationship.

About: I’ve taken care of family members or friends dogs since I was 13. I volunteered at a humane society and I work at a vet clinic as a vet assistant. I’m currently working a part time job on the weekends until the end of October and I’m a college student. I am available during the week after classes. About: I am an energetic person and love to work with animals outside. I do enjoy walks with them, and I got to work on a dude ranch a few years ago! Animals were always around! I love to engage with pets and keep them engaged till they are ready to relax. I am a full-time archaeologist, but I have time when I'm not traveling for work in the afternoons. I am looking to take on some extra work and get to care for some pets! I can't have a cat or dog due to my travel, but I love to be around them. I love to play with cats and dogs whenever I care for them. I give them the time they need to get used to me, and play more when they want to be near me or give them as many pets as they request. I am huge on getting dogs outside and getting their energy out.

About: I'm just an animal lover...plain and simple. I've owned many cats and dogs over the years and have also fostered and trained many dogs over the last 10 years. I love getting to know new dogs and learning how they think and act the way they do. Dogs really are my passion and a day with one of my dogs is usually my favorite day of the week. Humans are fine too...haha. I decided I’d try this and so far i absolutely love it! I am available most days for walks and drop ins but has to fit into my schedule. My home is in the heart of Saint Paul and I’ve got a fenced in yard and plenty of green space for the dogs to explore.
