About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 8 years and love getting to know each one I meet! My goal is to make sure your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away. I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to care for your furry friends! I’m most available Mondays, Fridays, and weekends, and I’m also available for morning and evening visits Tuesday through Thursday! It is important to me to follow all feeding, medication, exercise, and care instructions you provide. As a pet owner myself, I understand the need to feel comfortable when they are in someone else’s care. I also love sending photo updates so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away!

About: Caring for pets has been a part of my life for a long time, through both pets of our own and foster pets! We’ve been fostering for the past decade and have cared for over 30 dogs and cats. I have experience with dogs with all kinds of personalities, including shy, anxious, and reactive. My favorite thing about animals is they all have their own personalities, and I love learning about who they are! My approach is to meet pets where they’re at and let them set the pace for our interactions, especially those who need a little extra time to feel comfortable with someone new. Senior dogs have an especially big place in my heart, as we have two of our own, and I’m very comfortable with the extra patience and care older pups sometimes need. I’ve also fostered and spent time with dogs of many breeds, sizes, and personalities, including bully breeds which are always welcome! I work a hybrid schedule, and will spend most of my day with your pet. When I leave, it will generally be no longer than about 4 hours at a time, whether for work or to see my own pets and family. If I expect I’ll need to be gone longer than this at any point during the stay, I’ll let you know before booking! I will treat your home as a guest in it; I’m tidy and will clean up after me and your pets! What is helpful for me to know is what your pet’s typical day looks like, if they have any favorite or important parts to their routine, and ways they like to get stimulation (walk, play, puzzles). Where do they sleep? As much information as you can tell me about your pet is better so I can keep things as normal for them as possible!

About: I am an energetic person and love to work with animals outside. I do enjoy walks with them, and I got to work on a dude ranch a few years ago! Animals were always around! I love to engage with pets and keep them engaged till they are ready to relax. I am a full-time archaeologist, but I have time when I'm not traveling for work in the afternoons. I am looking to take on some extra work and get to care for some pets! I can't have a cat or dog due to my travel, but I love to be around them. I love to play with cats and dogs whenever I care for them. I give them the time they need to get used to me, and play more when they want to be near me or give them as many pets as they request. I am huge on getting dogs outside and getting their energy out.

About: I've taken care of all sorts of animals from rabbits, cats, dogs, lizards and rats. I love almost every kind of animal and would love to experience them in full. I have taken care of senior animals in their last leg of life, almost like a pet hospice. Everyone deserves comfort and love. I have 2 cats myself, with my family. We all take turns and take time to care for the animals. They are like family to us, so its just kind of second nature to add them into our schedules. I have mentioned my family in certain bio points, but it will be just me showing up for you and your pets. In the client's home I would prefer a list of how you like your animal cared for as everyone has different schedules, but I would try to keep myself and your pets to your schedule. I know that structure can really help some people, and I know some loose reigns help others. So just give me a heads up for what you need and I will fit my style accordingly.
