They take excellent care of our fur baby (a 9-year-old Portuguese Water Dog) while we are gone, it is such a blessing to know he is safe and comfortable in their home. They send daily photos and updates which helps to ease our stress as our boy doesn't always do well when separated from us. The fact that they are home during the day because they homeschool and that their yard is fenced in is also a huge plus. I also want to mention that their kids are animal savvy and that I have seen them interact with many different kinds of animals from other dogs to cats to bunnies to snakes. They truly have a gift with animals and I can't think of a family I would trust more with ours!”

“Katia may be new to Rover but I can assure that she's not new to pet sitting! She's my 18 year old next door neighbor, and she's been watching my dogs and cats for YEARS. One of my dogs, Abby, is now 9 years old, but when she was younger, she was a handful. She's a border collie/springer spaniel mix with tons of energy but Katia can handle her with a breeze. Abby can be dog-reactive but Katia can handle this as well. Katia is extremely reliable, dependent, and loves all animals as if they were her own. She'll spend oodles of time with your pets showering them with love. If you want your dog(s) to go for a walk, Katia can handle all three of my dogs at once so I'm confident that she can handle your dogs. If your pets need medication, she knows how to administer them. She's extremely bright and detailed that way. She'll also text pictures and updates so you know that everything is going smoothly at home. Needless to say, I highly recommend Katia M. to watch your dogs and/or cats!”

About: Having grown up with dogs since day 1, always been comfortable around and love them always. Comfortable with needing to assist with training or breaking bad behaviors. I currently work from home, completely remote. Willing to sit with pups, go on walks and playing with them inside or outside. I am comfortable with feeding and accommodating to any requests or feeding habits. My dog gets lots of outside play and working through puzzles for brain teasers. I like to provide possible brain stimulation for dogs with high energy and be able to provide an opportunity for them to learn more as well.
