4. Stephanie T.

“Steph was a great dog and house sitter for the long weekend. Our Boxer dog got to stay at home and with someone that obviously cares for dogs. Very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Will definitely look to book with her more in the future.”

5. Carrie K.

“Our dog is old and a bit cranky. She is very devoted to her people and can be very whiny and needy when she is being cared for by others. Carrie took very good care of her while we were away for a week, even letting her sleep with her. We were very pleased with Carrie and would highly recommend her.”

6. Rebecca F.

“Rebecca did a magnificent job! She stayed at our house to take care of our 10 year old Morkie and ensured that he was well taken care of throughout our trip! She gave him plenty of walks and kept us in the loop throughout the stay, sending us pictures and giving him lots of attention, which he needs and loves! We were able to feel truly comfortable while out of town, knowing that he was in the best hands. Thank you Rebecca!”

7. Erin M.

“I have used Rover for years, and Erin has been by far the best dog sitter I have had the pleasure to work with. She house sat my 14-year-old Yorkie, Molly, for a week. Molly, in addition to being an elderly little one that requires daily oral meds, suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an extremely picky eater that tends to mope around and not eat when I have to go out of town and can’t take her with me. Erin kept my little girl company and was as sweet and kind to her as if she had known Molly for ages! She medicated Molly as instructed, took her for her little old lady slow walks around the yard, and sent me lots of updates and pictures. Erin was not only amazing with my Molly, but she was also very respectful of my house and even offered to wait for me to be home before leaving in case there were any issues with my flights. She genuinely cared for my fur baby, and that meant the world to me.”

8. Brittany G.

“Brittany took wonderful care of our 3 yr old pup,Delilah, and communicated so well everything that she managed, with pics and videos and I really loved how much she cared about Delilah. Would ? ask for her again in the future. Delilah will be excited to see her the next time she comes to help us out, for sure.”

9. Caroline H.

“Caroline was very attentive to Daisy and thankfully available on short notice. We will book her again.”

10. Anna Y.

“Anna was great with my dogs yet again. My shepherd can be high maintenance but Anna put in a lot of effort to bring the dogs to sniffspots to give them safe places to play after she got back from work and was patient with her demands for an early bedtime and early am breakfast and potty time. We will definitely book with Anna again!”

11. Chloe M.
“Chloe has been caring for animals her whole life, starting with our calm Australian Shepherd who she grew up with, and now our quirky (but lovable) 10-year-old black Lab. She’s always had a calm, patient way with pets, even the ones who are a little particular. Chloe knows how to make animals feel safe and loved, whether that’s going for a walk, sitting quietly, or managing special routines. I’ve seen firsthand how animals respond to her kindness and steady presence. Anyone would be lucky to have her care for their pets!”

12. Gracie G.
About: I have had all different kinds of animals in my life, including dogs, cats, ferrets, farm animals, reptiles, and more. I've taken care of animals ranging from senior dogs to newborn kittens and I've given them all the love that they need. I currently work a day shift schedule Monday-Friday but I am available in the PM hours and on Sundays. My work is in Exeter and my home is in Newmarket so I'm close to almost anywhere in th Seacoast area. I am welcome to help your furry friend in any way you need. I will keep an open line of communication and send plenty of photos so you have the peace of mind knowing your best friend(s) are happy and healthy.

13. Shauni & Connor M.
About: As of June 14, 2025, I am accepting a few new boarding clients until the end of July. I will not be accepting new boarding clients starting in August (likely for the remainder of the year) due to one of my dogs getting knee surgery. I started out fostering dogs of all ages and medical issues for a few years before adopting our own 2 dogs. I’m comfortable with any sized dog. We have a large fenced in back yard. One of our dogs is older, so I am familiar with senior dog care. I am comfortable giving any sorts of medications needed for any age. We did go through dog training with our 2 dogs when they were younger, so can continue working on basic dog training skills with your dog if that is something you are working on. I also have experience with dogs with tick-borne diseases as one of ours has had a couple bouts of it. We walk our dogs on a 1.5 mile walk almost every day and give them lots of time in the fenced in backyard! We can adapt to whatever your typical dog walking/outside time schedule is. We like to spend a lot of time outside and on trails, so if your dog is one who likes trail walks, we are the right fit for you! I stay home with our 2 year old and my husband works from home so someone is pretty much always home. We have a large fenced in backyard. We have 3 levels and keep your dog(s) and our dogs separated as needed. We do have a toddler who loves dogs but also respects their boundaries. If I’m at your house I will follow whatever routine you do for your dogs!

I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in such good hands. Highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog sitter!”

17. Allura J.

“Excellent... Excellent... Excellent.. she was perfect...”

18. Xiana T.

“Xiana took great care of my dog and my house while I was out of the country for 5 days. It was very hot and humid and she made sure to keep him cool. She also gave him his daily meds. She is reliable and responsible and I came home to a very calm and happy doggie!”

19. Noreen T.
About: I have worked as an animal sitter since graduating from college in 2010. We lost our two adopted dogs this year at the ripe old ages of 17 and 14 and have not brought any new indoor pets into our home. I have volunteered with animals and worked in a veterinary setting with large animals (horses mostly!) I graduated with a degree in animal sciences. I am well equipped for special needs dogs with a large dog stroller and wheelchair! I work outside of the home 4 days a week and am home Friday through Sunday to spend as much time with your pet as they need! I love to run, so if you have a high-energy dog, then reach out to me! We can wear each other out. Our home is dog friendly with a large fenced in yard with indoor access for dogs that prefer to make their own indoor/outdoor schedule. We love to have pups and cats snuggle on the couch with us or play in our large yard. We have farm animals, lots of new smells and places to explore!

20. Amanda H.

“Amanda was wonderful for my fur children while away. She was responsible and timely, and shared pictures throughout her stay with them so that our minds were at ease and we could relax. Our Aussie/Border Collie has extreme anxiety and attachment issues, but I could tell he immediately relaxed around her! We are so thankful to have found her!!!”
