1. Lily W.
“Lily looked after our two Bernese Mountain dogs (1 and 3 years old) at our home while we were traveling for two weeks. They were pampered and seemed to have a great time with her! Communication was very easy, she sent pictures and kept us updated with messages about their activities which made us confident that they were in excellent hands. We highly recommend Lily!”
2. Claire A.
“Claire is a cat whisperer - I think our cat might like her better than us! She does a great job taking care of our cat and our house. She is our go-to cat sitter.”
3. Tabbi W.
“Tabbi was great with my little Nahla! Everything was left just as it was when I left you could hardly tell she was there 😀 Will definitely book with her again.”
4. Wendy E.
“Wendy sat for out 3 year old Great Dane on the coldest weekend of the year. She kept the goofy boy entertained and well loved. She was amused by his “helpfulness”. We received a lot of pictures to see how he was spending his day. We are booking her again.”
5. Amanda H.
“Amanda was wonderful for my fur children while away. She was responsible and timely, and shared pictures throughout her stay with them so that our minds were at ease and we could relax. Our Aussie/Border Collie has extreme anxiety and attachment issues, but I could tell he immediately relaxed around her! We are so thankful to have found her!!!”
6. Rebecca F.
“Rebecca did a magnificent job! She stayed at our house to take care of our 10 year old Morkie and ensured that he was well taken care of throughout our trip! She gave him plenty of walks and kept us in the loop throughout the stay, sending us pictures and giving him lots of attention, which he needs and loves! We were able to feel truly comfortable while out of town, knowing that he was in the best hands. Thank you Rebecca!”
7. Dawn L.
“Dawn was great!! My pets were obviously very well cared for :) My pup has some special needs and she was on top of it and sent plenty of updates and pics to ease my mind as this was the first time we’ve left our dog with anyone since she had her amputation back in September. I didn’t worry about a thing and was able to enjoy a long weekend away knowing my pup was well attended to. Will definitely use Dawn again :)”
8. Shauni & Connor M.
About: I started out fostering dogs of all ages and medical issues for a few years before adopting our own 2 dogs. I’m comfortable with any sized dog. We have a large fenced in back yard. One of our dogs is older, so I am familiar with senior dog care. I am comfortable giving any sorts of medications needed for any age. We did go through dog training with our 2 dogs when they were younger, so can continue working on basic dog training skills with your dog if that is something you are working on. I also have experience with dogs with tick-borne diseases as one of ours has had a couple bouts of it. We walk our dogs on a 1.5 mile walk almost every day and give them lots of time in the fenced in backyard! We can adapt to whatever your typical dog walking/outside time schedule is. We like to spend a lot of time outside and on trails, so if your dog is one who likes trail walks, we are the right fit for you! I stay home with our 2 year old and my husband works from home so someone is pretty much always home. We have a large fenced in backyard. We have 3 levels and keep your dog(s) and our dogs separated as needed. We do have a toddler who loves dogs but also respects their boundaries. If I’m at your house I will follow whatever routine you do for your dogs!
9. Joan L.
“Joan is such a sweet and caring person that loves playing with and cuddling with dogs. She’s a natural caretaker and treats all dogs like her own. Her home has plenty of room to play inside and outside in their fenced in yard. I trust her with my fur baby and have no doubt she’s being spoiled and loved on while with her.”
10. Yurany M.
“She takes care of my dogs when I leave the house for two weeks, the dogs love her, she plays with them outside, feed them and stay at home. She is really sweet and kind, she is a good option if you are looking a person to take care of your adorable pet”
11. Antonio & Janay W.
“Hello my name is Duke. I am a older plump St Bernard. My parents went on vacation without me for two whole weeks. I was mad at first that I wasn’t going to get to go with them, but it turned out great. Mom and Dad called a fella by the name of Antonio. Wow,he turned into my friend in those two weeks that my Parents were gone. Antonio came to my house and stayed with me so I wouldn’t get scared and took me for walks and fed me breakfast and dinner. He took me for walks and read me stories about other dogs. Don’t tell anyone, but he spoiled me rotten! I sure hope Mom and Dad will take another vacation and leave me at home so Antonio can come spoil me again. He really did treat me special and helped with my anxiety while my parents were gone.”
12. Xiana T.
“Xiana came to the rescue when our original sitter cancelled on us less than 36 hours before our trip began. She was wonderful with our two girls, a fantastic communicator and we returned to what felt like a cleaner house than what we left! Highly recommend Xiana and we look forward to having her watch our girls again in the future.”
13. Faith D.
“I’ve had a number of dog walkers and pet sitters over my puppies’ lives yet have never had one better than Faith. She absolutely loves what she does! She is in love with all animals and my puppies loved seeing her every day almost as much as they did seeing me! She’s honest, trustworthy, and so kind to both of my puppies! I’d recommend her to anyone!”
14. Alex B.
“Alex is amazing!!! I had a friend stop by a few times to run my dog and he said that Alex was wonderful and everyone loved him. My house was clean!!! He sent me several messages giving me updates and photos....I am so pleased as this was the first time using Rover, having a house / dog sitter and I was nervous. Alex made everything soooo easy and now I can't wait to vacation again (ha ha)... Thank you!!!”
15. Emma D.
“Emma took exceptional care of our home and pets, was wonderful about sending photos and updates, and is so responsive and responsible! We will absolutely be booking with her for pet care in the future! Thank you, Emma!”
16. Chyna G.
“Chyna was great! I must admit leaving Howie with someone new made me a bit nervous but she was wonderful! I appreciated the daily pictures showing how content he was with her, sitting in her lap of sharing the bed, so I knew that he was in good hands. I also appreciated that we came home to a clean litter box and a content cat 🐈 I would not hesitate to give her an excellent recommendation and definitely plan to book her again this spring!”

19. Brooke D.
About: I’ve taken care of all animals my entire life. Ranging from household reptiles to working barn animals. Animals have always been my biggest passion! I’ve done training work with dogs since I was just 7 years old, and now I work in a boarding facility as the kennel manager! A happy animal means the world to me. I also offer training services while boarding! I work a part time job (at most 20 hours a week), which allows me to have lots of free time on my hands! During the day I am gone for about four hours or less AT MOST, and I will let anyone know of my work schedule when needed! I have large crates and plenty of space inside our home! I am a very active person and I always make sure my pets get to have the same healthy lifestyle! We have a very large backyard with trails that travel through the woods, and a gorgeous pet friendly park just five minutes down the road! Those are my favorite places/activities to do with the animals i take care of :).
