About: Over the past 16 years, I've cared for four dogs of our own, including our cherished senior dog who recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 16 years old. Each of our pets have been treated like a cherished family member in our warm and loving home. We've enjoyed taking our dogs on hikes, car rides, and even swimming during vacations. Our dog Blue loves playing with his dog friends, but is also gentle and considerate with calmer or older dogs who may not be as energetic. Additionally, we have a 15-year-old cat who is well cared for and seamlessly integrated into our pet-friendly routine. To ensure a great fit and smooth transition, we schedule meet and greets for all first-time boarders. Your furry friend will be welcomed with love and care, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Your pet will receive plenty of affection, exceptional personalized care, and the companionship of our family, including our two kids, who are excited to play and socialize with them. Rest assured, your furry friend will be cherished, entertained, and cared for as one of our own in our warm and loving home. Drop-off and pick-up times are flexible to accommodate your schedule. Pet care is integrated into our routine with flexibility throughout the week and on weekends, ensuring that pets receive consistent and attentive care, including walks, playtime, and any other needs they may have. We also work from home during the week, so your pet will not be left alone for extended periods, ensuring plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. We understand how important your pet’s safety and comfort are while you're away. That’s why we take every precaution to create a secure and welcoming environment. We schedule meet and greets for all first-time boarders to ensure a great fit and a smooth transition. Our friendly dog, Blue, provides companionship, but we always prioritize your pet’s individual needs. If your furbaby is nervous or anxious, we take extra care to help them feel at ease. To ensure safety at all times, dogs are fed separately to avoid any food aggression, and we maintain careful supervision to provide a trustworthy and stress-free stay.

About: I know how important it is to find the right person to watch over your pets. My home is a haven for dogs, with a fully fenced-in backyard where they can play, sniff, sunbathe, and explore safely. My Golden Retriever, Marshall, is a sweet and well-loved boy who adores making new friends. He loves to play with other dogs, nap on the couch, and splash in a pool on a hot day. I always make time for my dog whether it’s taking walks during breaks, playing in the yard, enrichment games, or sunbathing time (for the dogs, not me) I have a fully fenced in backyard that always has fresh water for the pups. There’s plenty of toys to play with, shade under a gazebo, and on a hot day, a mini pool to cool off in! The yard is treated with all natural, pet safe flea and tick deterrent.

“I had a fantastic experience with Danielle and Timothy at Percy's daycare! From the moment they picked him up in the morning, everything went smoothly. They are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure Percy feels comfortable and happy throughout the day. It's clear they truly care about the dogs they look after, and their professionalism is top-notch. I highly recommend their services to any pet owner who wants peace of mind. Danielle is a great communicator and sent pictures and videos of Percy playing with her lovely dog Piper. Thanks, Danielle and Timothy, for taking such great care of Percy!”

About: I am a self-described "childless cat lady" who is an equal opportunity lover of animals. I specialize in caring for senior dogs and cats of all ages. I currently have 3 senior pets (one dog and two cats) and I am an approved foster for Old Dogs New Digs, an organization that focuses on finding homes for senior pets in need. I have extensive experience caring for pets with special needs. My previous cat, Clark, was with me from kittenhood until he passed at 16 from cancer. During this final few years, I administered twice daily thyroid medication, kidney supplements, prescription diets and managed his arthritis. I also manage all of these same issues with my current pets. Because of this experience, I have attuned my intuition and understanding of the subtle ways pets communicate with us to express their needs. I know how stressful it can be to leave a pet with specific medical needs in somebody else's care and I am committed to providing that ease of mind for others with special-needs pets. I work full-time from home, so I am available for pets who need extra potty breaks, specific medication needs, or may have trouble being alone for long periods of time. I do go into an office once a week, but I am rarely away for more than 6 hours. We can discuss any specific care needs your pet has and make arrangements for that time. At lunch and in the evenings, we spend time on walks or hanging out in the yard. Nighttime is for couch snuggles on my big sectional! Please note: for all housesits, I bring my dog Luke with me for the entirety of the stay as I am his only caretaker. He is very laid back, likes other dogs, and has no potty issues. I will also keep him off your furniture and vacuum at the end of my stay. However, keep in mind that he is not hypoallergenic. Luke does not come with me for drop-ins or dog walks. I live in a two-story condo with my friendly, laid-back dog, Luke, and two friendly, dog-savvy cats. We have access to a large, shared yard on a quiet cove. While the yard is not fenced, it is set back and abuts trails. There's a great spot for swimming nearby if your dog likes the water! I do have stairs, so please let me know if your dog has mobility needs and we can work together on a solution. I utilize many rugs for my own dog to be senior-friendly. Your dog is welcome to sleep in bed with me, or on their own bed or in a crate. My experience fostering has taught me a lot about what dogs need when they are in a new environment. Special care will be given to make sure they are as happy as possible while you are away.

“Betsy was absolutely fantastic with my little man! She provided him with lots of love and his favorite thing, walks! She was very patient with him as he warmed up!”

About: I am a 22 year old, lively animal lover who's always ready to meet new furfriends. I live in the small town of Nottingham with my husband. I'm a firm believer that all animals deserve love and care, which is why I'm an active NHSPCA foster aswell as a dog mom of two. We have a big house with 3 floors that provides an excellent space for animals to play and explore, and my current stay-at-home status gives me plenty of time to spend with the animals. Your pet's safety and health is my #1 priority, so I do prefer a one day notice before drop off. That way we can sort out all the details for care as well as any special requests, and I can prepare the house for a clean and comfortable environment. That said I am still a pretty laid back individual, and short notice sittings aren't an issue as long as there are no special requests for care, or I already know your pets from prior visits. IMPORTANT: I do not provide pick ups or drop offs. My husband isn't a co-sitter, I'm in charge of the sitting. Message me and we'll plan out the best daycare experience for your fuzzy friend! I have a laid-back schedule throughout the week, which allows me to care for multiple pets at a time. I accept as many pets as I feel comfortable looking after. I’m happy to care for dogs of all sizes—from small to large—though I don’t accept giant breeds, simply because I’m not strong enough to handle them safely on walks. For dogs, we have a large (1/4 acre), securely fenced (4 ft chain link) yard accessible 24/7 through a convenient doggy door. The yard offers ample space to run, a variety of toys, and a soft sand pit for digging and rolling. Automatic water dispensers ensure your dog always has access to fresh water, and feeding schedules can be arranged to suit their needs. For our smaller or more timid guests, we can set up fenced areas indoors or provide a completely private bedroom with no distractions or interactions with other animals. This room doubles as my office, ensuring your pet is always supervised and well cared for. It’s also ideal for cats, offering a peaceful, separate environment from the dogs. The room features a queen-size bed for naps, plenty of cozy hideaways, and furniture for climbing and scratching—perfect for helping your pet feel comfortable in a new environment. On my daily care plan I do walks every 3 hours (or more often if requested), play and feed. I can also brush and bathe as needed, as long as own equipment is provided.

“I was very happy with Emma's updates, pics and communication! My senior Chihuahua can be a bit anxious without me so I was relieved to see him settle in so easily!”

“When I think of Leslie, the first words that come to mind include reliable, consistent, attentive, responsible, caring, and compassionate- to name a few. There's no person I'd rather entrust the care of my little Bodhi to than her, and he means everything to me! Leslie is an extremely strong communicator, both with people and pets, and well versed in adhering to any special medical needs or quirks your pet may have. This extends beyond just basic care, and she goes above and beyond to ensure she reads how to adapt her environment to not only care for your pets basic needs, but to make them feel comfortable and happy! Her space is fantastic and allows for the right mix of social engagement and downtime, and shes always been top notch at setting bodhi up for success. He can be a bit anxious or reactive at times and she has expertly navigated his balance of needs and always puts my mind at ease when hes in her care. Dont hesitate to reach out to her to discuss if she'd be a good fit for you and your furry friend!”

15. Iida J.
“I can’t say enough good things about Iida! From the moment she arrived, it was clear how much she loves both cats and dogs. She took the time to learn each pets’ individual quirks—our shy cat who needs a slow approach, and our bouncy Labrador who can’t get enough playtime. She sent adorable photo updates, and she never missed a beat with feeding schedules, walks, or extra belly rubs. While we were away, Iida treated our home and pets as if they were her own. She noticed the smallest details—like when our cat preferred her food warmed up or when our dog needed a longer afternoon stroll to burn off extra energy. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and it gave us complete peace of mind. If you’re in New Hampshire/North Mass and need someone truly attentive and caring, Iida is the person to trust.”
