“Ashley was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only did she squeeze me in last minute, it was immediately apparent that she was highly skilled and detail oriented. My dog is fairly large and can be stubborn. The vibes were mellow and welcoming at Ashley’s. My dog got out of the car and sniffed about wagging his tail, good sign! Her disposition and friendly nature was not only felt by me, but also my pup ;) Ashley handled him as if he was a lapdog! I received countless photos. She took him swimming and for long walks and he slept in her home. I picked my dog up at her house and he was not anxious to hop in the truck. He simply ran around her yard and pranced about as if he was at an old friend’s house! I rarely ever send him to a kennel as I’ve noticed he is rambunctious and desperate for attention. Upon pick up he was as calm and happy as he was at an old friend’s house. By saying, “ I highly recommend Ashley as a pet sitter” is an understatement. Tip top service, no question. About: I’ve had a cat in my life since I was born. She was a feisty one with everyone but me. She was my baby that I would do anything for. As she got older, she required more intensive care, such as medication, walking assistance, and food assistance. From taking such intense care of her in her last years, it made me realize animal care is in my future. after her passing I started to do in house cat sitting as it made the cats I was taking care of more relaxed. whether it be a feisty cat or a loving cat, I always treated them the same nevertheless. Every day, I fed them twice a day with treats in between freshwater three times a day, clean the litter box, exercise, and cuddle with them (if they wanted to spend time with me). This regimen seemed to be the best for all different cat personality types. I never want to intrude on their space just to make them comfortable while their family is gone.

About: I am a mom to a wonderful 4 year old boy! I am a server at the moment, also looking to fill up some of my free time by spending time with and looking after some pups and cats since I am not allowed to have my own full time at the place I currently live! I have been around animals almost my entire life, mainly dogs, but also cats; birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, and also a chameleon! When I was around 7 up until age 12, I helped my aunts take care of over 20 miniature pinchers, as well as a Doberman, 5 cats, 3 ferrets, and two birds! And afterwards, I’ve lived with three pups that have absolutely all of my heart. Since moving out of my parents a several years ago though, I only get to see my pups a few times a week, and god do I miss being around them for snuggles, walks, and playtime outside. I cherish every moment with them. I don’t currently have any pups living with me at my own place, the stars haven’t aligned quite yet to take in a dog of our own, which is why I’ve decided to become apart of this community so that I am able to still spend more time with pups and also help out others who need their’s watched and cared for! I know most dogs (and some cats depending on their mood aha) just need lots of love and attention, and it can be super nerve wracking for them to be away from their owners, but also nerve wracking for the owners to leave their pets with a stranger. Dogs and cats are more than pets, they’re family. About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. About: I have a life time of experience. I grew up helping my mom take care of peoples animals. Farm animals, birds, dogs, cats. A special skill of mine is training dogs. I currently work part time Monday-Friday, that gives me the ability to have a bunch of playtime on the weekends. I will also be available weekdays after 5:30 I have a small fenced in yard, and land to explorer weather your dog is off leash or on leash there is a place to play for everyone. About: Since I was a young girl I was always the family remember in charge of making sure our pets were fed, entertained, trained and given exercise. Around the age of 10 was my first time watching over our neighbors new puppy as they went on vacation. At the time I was nervous but my energetic energy matched the puppy perfectly. Currently i’m renting an apartment at my college UNH with my cat and a roommate. My neighbors who have pets continuously asked me to watch them because of how much time and energy I put into carrying for them. Sometimes I only watch them for the day when work or school takes over and other for extended periods of time. If this becomes the case I make sure to walk and entertained the pet so that they don’t feel lonely. Cat sitting in house is my most common form of cat sitting. Cats and dogs have very different needs from a sitter that I can provide with my years of experience working and owning my own pets I’m currently on summer break until August so my availability to spend time with your fur babies is very open. Keeping in mind that it is still my break there will be times in which I wish to fully experience my summer :) If there is a fenced in yard or not, I still plan to take pups on daily leash walks to ensure safety of the both of us. Ultimately whatever the client feels most comfortable and confident with I will ensure to use those methods. This can include crate use, specific walk routes, specific animal preferences and more.
About: I am new to utilizing Rover and am trying to learn the ropes currently. I have grown up around dogs my entire life and have cared for friends dog’s throughout the years (walking, giving baths, lending cuddles, playtime, etc.) but have not taken this into a professional setting yet. I have three sweetie pie pit bulls at home (8 months, 7 years, and 12years old) and love them more than life itself! Since then, I have cared for dozens of local dogs that are reactive, anxious, high energy, you name it. Her disposition and friendly nature was not only felt by me, but also my pup ;) Ashley handled him as if he was a lapdog! I received countless photos. She took him swimming and for long walks and he slept in her home. I picked my dog up at her house and he was not anxious to hop in the truck. He simply ran around her yard and pranced about as if he was at an old friend’s house! I rarely ever send him to a kennel as I’ve noticed he is rambunctious and desperate for attention. About: I have had 2 dogs for the last 6 years although one recently passed and have helped out with dogs since I was 16. Not great with cats but could watch it needed. I can administer medication as well as I had to for my dog. Monday and Friday I can use my lunch break for a visit, middle of the week days , I am available after 3, weekends are wide open I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space and our dog cannoli is very very friendly and will love to have a friend. She is up to date with all vaccinations.
