About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and a bunch of other animals, and I have always loved taking care of them. My family, neighbors, and friends have all relied on me to take care of their pets over the years, whether it's for walks, check-ins, or overnights, and I would love to do the same for your pet. I'm a college student living back at home for the summer and have plenty of time during the week for quick check-ins and walks, and I will be able to stay overnight most weekdays and over the weekends. I am very comfortable around dogs and would have no problem going on walks, crating your dog, administering most medicine, or doing any other tasks that may be required.

About: Hi! I have experience with taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I would always be the one that neighbors and family friends would rely on to make sure their fur babies were cared for while they were away. I care for every cat and dog as though they’re my own and send you as many pictures as you’d like of them while you’re away :) I’ve done this part time since 2021, and just recently switched to full time at the end of 2025. I’ve been using Facebook groups and my town page to find my clients, so I decided to give this a try :) Please reach out if you’re interested! I do this full time, so I usually stay the whole day and night, but sometimes I go out for a couple of hours at a time to help other clients or run on errands. I make sure not to be gone for longer than you say you’re comfortable with. I can take your pups on as many walks as they need! I’m active and love hiking and running, so I can always drive them somewhere to join me on a small hike or run :) I always follow your instructions for whether or not you want your pets leashed when they’re outside. A lot of times, I’ll keep them leashed anyways while letting them out into the yard. I usually stop by at some point before our scheduled time so we can meet each other and I can meet your pets. I usually ask for a note detailing the daily care/routine for your pet, along with important information like emergency phone numbers, and which vet you go to.

About: Hello! My name is Kate and I am in my early 30s. My mother is a veterinarian and I grew up around dogs - both our own family pets and animal hospital patients. Growing up, my family has had several dogs - all labs or lab mixes. I have extensive house-sitting experience for dogs of all sizes/breeds and absolutely love dedicating time to dogs. I have both worked at an animal hospital, and as a full-time dog walker. I am familiar with various leash types and am comfortable walking high-energy dogs, dogs who do not do well with other dogs etc.. I do have experience watching special-needs dogs and I am completely comfortable doing so ! I took a break from Rover while my work schedule was not compatible, but I am excited to be back! I have a Master's degree in Higher Education from Harvard and am currently working as college counselor at a private school. I have summer off, so I can dedicate plenty of time to your pup while you are away on vacation! My boyfriend and I have a dog of our own, Ellie, who is a very sweet doodle-mix. I am more than happy to sit at your home if your pup would not get along with Ellie, and we can always do a meet and greet of the dogs if it would be helpful. During the summer, I only work remotely with private clients as a college counselor, so my schedule is very flexible! I can essentially be with your pet for as many hours as they need - and can really mold my schedule around what works best for you! Dog care is always a priority in my weekly/daily routine - and I love that! If your pup comes to stay here, we tend to take Ellie on several long walks a day, both off-leash and leashed, as long as it is not too hot. We also have a small yard where we often play frisbee, or just let Ellie sniff around while we sit outside. Again, we have a doodle mix named Ellie, who will be turning 6 this summer. She gets along with dogs, but is generally more human-focused. We have a small, mostly fenced yard, as well as several walking trails nearby. My significant other is also a teacher who has the summer off, so your pup/cat will get double the attention!

“Selyn was great! We were traveling with our border collie who was nervous in a strange place. We hired Selyn to stay with him while we went to a wedding and let her know he may not do anything but stare at the door until we got back. Selyn was perfect, very calm and waited for him to come to her. She brought toys and a did a great painting activity with him. I highly recommend her!”

“I have used Rover for years, and Erin has been by far the best dog sitter I have had the pleasure to work with. She house sat my 14-year-old Yorkie, Molly, for a week. Molly, in addition to being an elderly little one that requires daily oral meds, suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an extremely picky eater that tends to mope around and not eat when I have to go out of town and can’t take her with me. Erin kept my little girl company and was as sweet and kind to her as if she had known Molly for ages! She medicated Molly as instructed, took her for her little old lady slow walks around the yard, and sent me lots of updates and pictures. Erin was not only amazing with my Molly, but she was also very respectful of my house and even offered to wait for me to be home before leaving in case there were any issues with my flights. About: I have been dog sitting for others for 4 years now and have had cats and dogs most of my life! I am an avid pet lover and love helping out pet parents care for their fur babies. I have trained basic skills, potty trained and crate trained dogs. I am no longer offering boarding or house sitting as I have a new needy roommate, (pictured on my profile) Daisy 🌼 I am currently in graduate school and have an internship part time. My schedule is fairly flexible and I am able to be home often if needed for a pet. I am a good fit for dogs that are able to manage 6 hours alone for internship days and home the other days of the week! I live in a quiet home with another dog and no children. I have a small fenced in yard with a pet friendly neighborhood to walk in. I can accommodate dogs that are not friendly with other dogs if needed. I can easily crate your dog if needed but they are welcome on furniture in the house if that is more comfortable for them, especially at night.

Weekends are more flexible, and I’m usually available AM/PM or both. Looking to begin boarding in the Fall 2025 Primarily, I can come to your house for care. Occasionally, happily ready to provide care in my home for dogs on weekends. Walking trails and small yard. Other dogs are plentiful here, I will always keep your dog leashed at all times. I’m not against an occasional pup cup trip but have also respected gluten free diets as well.

Much more important to me is that Zach actually cared, as I could tell when our flight was delayed and Zach made an extra trip back to the house to make sure everyone was okay.”
