“Alex is truly incredible. Her soft, gentle demeanor combined with her knowledge on how to care for pets makes her a perfect choice. She really helped us out last minute on a holiday weekend. We ( and our fur babies ) look forward to working with her in the future.”

“We were so happy with Kimberly! She stayed at our home for a week and took great care of our dog and cat. She was reliable, attentive, and made us feel at ease while we were away. We’d definitely recommend her!”

“Charles is the best! He took great care of my two dogs over a 9 day housesitting stay and came out best friends with both of them, including the shy one that takes time to warm up to new people. He left such thoughtful notes on how they did, made some really great judgement calls on the fly, and is just a great person to have around. I would absolutely book with him again.”
About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and a bunch of other animals, and I have always loved taking care of them. My family, neighbors, and friends have all relied on me to take care of their pets over the years, whether it's for walks, check-ins, or overnights, and I would love to do the same for your pet. I'm a college student living back at home for the summer and have plenty of time during the week for quick check-ins and walks, and I will be able to stay overnight most weekdays and over the weekends. I am very comfortable around dogs and would have no problem going on walks, crating your dog, administering most medicine, or doing any other tasks that may be required.
“Lani was great taking care of our two senior dogs that have special needs. One is blind, requires medications, and wound care; the other one can’t hear. Lani handled it all with ease and professionalism, communicated well, and the dogs seem very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I have experience with taking care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I would always be the one that neighbors and family friends would rely on to make sure their fur babies were cared for while they were away. I care for every cat and dog as though they’re my own and send you as many pictures as you’d like of them while you’re away :) I’ve done this part time since 2021, and just recently switched to full time at the end of 2025. I’ve been using Facebook groups and my town page to find my clients, so I decided to give this a try :) Please reach out if you’re interested! I do this full time, so I usually stay the whole day and night, but sometimes I go out for a couple of hours at a time to help other clients or run on errands. I make sure not to be gone for longer than you say you’re comfortable with. I can take your pups on as many walks as they need! I’m active and love hiking and running, so I can always drive them somewhere to join me on a small hike or run :) I always follow your instructions for whether or not you want your pets leashed when they’re outside. A lot of times, I’ll keep them leashed anyways while letting them out into the yard. I usually stop by at some point before our scheduled time so we can meet each other and I can meet your pets. I usually ask for a note detailing the daily care/routine for your pet, along with important information like emergency phone numbers, and which vet you go to.
“Teri took wonderful care of Sidney and Bea. They had walks every day. Teri has a great sense of humor and took Bea’s shenanigans with a grain of salt. She sent pictures every day. I could tell how happy they were with her.”

“Amanda was wonderful for my fur children while away. She was responsible and timely, and shared pictures throughout her stay with them so that our minds were at ease and we could relax. Our Aussie/Border Collie has extreme anxiety and attachment issues, but I could tell he immediately relaxed around her! We are so thankful to have found her!!!”

About: Our family has been taking care of our own dogs as well as others for over 20 years. We are a loving family with a large private yard. And...Petey and Moxie love to play with other dogs! About this sitter: I have been working with dogs in various aspects of the pet care industry since I was a teenager. My primary focus is on Obedience Training and I specialize in providing personal professional care for your beloved pets. We treat them like family because after all they are family. Why I love dog sitting I grew up surrounded by the love of pets, we had dogs, cats, horses and a variety of other small pets. I started working with dogs 20 years ago and I have worked in many aspects of the pet care industry. From grooming to boarding to training and more I've done it all. My love for dogs is a core part of what makes me who I am. Meet my pets Petey, Moxie & Lola About my yard I have a large grassy yard and for now I have a 16 x 16 foot dog yard for fresh air and potty breaks but that will be added on to as soon as the yard is dry enough to add more fencing. “Kristin is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she provided outstanding care for our dog, Bruce, and truly went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, safe, and comfortable while we were away. She was extremely professional and reliable—always on time, communicative, and proactive. Kristin sent regular updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear that Bruce wasn’t just being looked after; he was being loved. When we returned home, Bruce was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. Kristin’s dedication, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. We can’t recommend her highly enough—she’s our go-to from now on!”

“Caitlin was great. She kept me up to date with Moxie and leaves the house in great condition, even washing the sheets. I would highly recommend her. I am already booking her for another visit.”
About: I have been taking occasional pet sitting and dog walking jobs since I was 12 and I absolutely love it. I previously owned a dog and cat, and I currently have three furry cat children, so I also have personal experience with animals. I have previously cared for dogs, cats, and fish but would be very willing to expand my pet sitting horizons, as long as there is a meet and greet and plenty of instructions. I love animals, whenever I care for them they always make me smile, even when I'm having a bad day. I look forward to taking care of your pets! (: I currently work a part-time job, so my availability is flexible to meet your needs. When I do work, it’s from 9:45a-4:45p, so if you need a drop in visit, morning or evening walk, as well as an overnight stay I can still certainly accommodate. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat their pet as my own. I give them all the attention and love, ensuring they get the proper playtime and exercise needed so they can chill when I’m not around. I always clean up after myself and the animals, ensuring the client’s home is as clean as they left it.
About: My experience of caring for pets has started since I was a child taking care of family pets and later getting my own animals. In a professional setting I have been a Vet Tech for 9 years and done house sitting and dog walking for 5 years. During this time I have worked with everything from puppies, to diabetic cats. I also have limited experience working with large animals and farm animals. Needless to say working with animals is a passion of mine. At the moment I work full time as a vet tech which can cause me some weird hours. Despite this I would love to spend my free time caring for your pet. Feel free to message me and see if we can work out a time! Caring for pets in your house is completely up to you. I will follow your instructions for how to properly care for your furry family member and do everything in my power to keep them safe. Even though I work full time I would love to take the time before and after work to drop in and check on your kitties. They tend to get my morning attention and evening attention with just work getting in the way during the day. I care for the clients home by making sure that all of your requirements are met. So whatever you need from me to make everything as comfortable as possible I will do my best to accommodate you.
“Selyn was great! We were traveling with our border collie who was nervous in a strange place. We hired Selyn to stay with him while we went to a wedding and let her know he may not do anything but stare at the door until we got back. Selyn was perfect, very calm and waited for him to come to her. She brought toys and a did a great painting activity with him. I highly recommend her!”

About: Working with animals has always been a passion of mine. Currently I work at VCA Russell Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant 30-40 hours a week. So, I do have knowledge in veterinary medicine. If you choose me to care for your cat or dog you will not be disappointed. I love every breed and every size and will provide the most excellent care for your family member. I have 3 dogs of my own currently and am very capable of caring for all life stages. Thank you for taking time to look into my profile and I hope you choose me to watch/care for your loved one (: Trying to stray away from my full-time job and make this my full-time job. Taking care of your pets is my top priority and I want to be able to have the availability to do so. I care for pets as I would my own. My pets are my babies and I would do anything for them. I will treat your animal like they are one of my own.
About: Hi I'm Katie! I've been caring for my personal dogs for over 15 years and have been dog walking / sitting through Rover for over 5 years. I adore dogs and feel happiest when I am outside hiking / walking with dogs. I have also studied and worked as a dog trainer. When your pup stays or walks with me, they'll be having fun and learning something too! We will play, go on fun walks and adventures, and work on basic manners and life skills. I am comfortable caring for all ages, breeds, and sizes. All dogs staying with me will fit into my routine. I wake up early before work to to take care of my dog Phoebe, typically going on hikes in the morning and in the evening we play in my fenced in yard. In the spring/summer months we go for additional hikes/walks in the evening. On the weekends we spend the days hiking, swimming, and exploring new places. Another dog fits easily into my schedule, and I will ensure to give the dogs some solo walks / time with me. I treat any dog staying with me as my own -- the dogs safety and happiness is my top priority. Dogs are fed separately, play is monitored, and your dog will be on a leash unless in a fully fenced in area, or until I establish a solid recall with your dog. I have a fenced in yard and I have a 50 foot long line so your dog can enjoy off leash freedom in a safe environment. Your dog must must must be crate trained if you want to board your dog with me (regardless of dogs age)! For safety reasons, I never leave dogs unattended loose in the house if I am not physically present in my house.
“We have always had family or close friends take care of our three precious Shih Tzus (Cocoa 17, Winnie 8 and Tobi 2) so finding a professional dog sitter was a little scary at first. I made contact with Liz (through Rover) and we set up a meet and greet at our home so we could all get to know eachother and decide if the arrangement would be a good fit. Liz introduced herself, told us about her background and experience taking care of different breeds of dogs/animals. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how genuinely sweet she was to our little babies. She ended up spending a couple hours at our house which was nice, mostly getting to know each of our dogs and their very unique personalities lol. We also spent time going over everything from likes, dislikes, playtime, bedtime routines and most importantly mealtime/feeding routines. Liz was there at dinner time so we were able to over the measurements and all of the different types of food we use (it can be confusing at times). We gave her a tour of the house, outside yards and she asked all the right questions that I didnt even think about asking (being new to this and all). I felt very at ease after she left and confident we made the right decision hiring her. While away, Liz sent us updates, pictures and communicated any questions she had. All three of our dogs were so happy, well fed, exercised and most importantly LOVED while Mom and Dad were away. On the day Liz left she made sure the dog's morning routines were all completed, she gave them some extra love, left the house spotless and even started the dishwasher. We highly recommend Liz and hopefully she will have availability the next time we are in need!!!! Thank you🥰”

“We recently had Erin stay at our house with our cat while we were out of town. She gave frequent updates and photos. We came home to a happy cat and immaculate home. Would definitely book Erin again!”

If you or anyone you know ever needs help, I’d love to be considered. Please feel free to share my name with any family or friends who might be looking! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I take the dogs out for a walk and make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and care as part of my normal day. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities.
