I have experience with many different breeds, ages, and abilities. Through my dog walking business, I also have extensive experience walking small groups of dogs off-leash in nature. Please note: -Boarding and Sitting Nightly Rates include potty breaks in the morning and evening, as well as a 30 minute drop-in visit or private walk midday. Additional time for the midday walk, adventure hikes, or additional walks may be added on at a discounted rate. Dog care is my full-time job and life! Drop-In Visits & Walks: I'm available Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, for walks and drop-in visits, with some after-hours availability on an as-needed basis (please note, after hours requests may incur an additional fee). Overnight Sitting & Boarding: Available 7 days/week. Since I care for many dogs during the week, your dog may be hanging out at home for a period of time while I walk other dogs or run errands. Other than that, I'll be home with your dog! Your dog will be treated the same as my dogs, and that means they will be the center of my attention! Boarding: This is a very calm and quiet household (with the exception of some barking) - no kids. My two female golden retrievers (2yrs & 10yrs) are allowed on our couches, so yours would be too if you allow it. Your dog is welcome to sleep in my husband's and my bedroom, or downstairs in the living room/kitchen if they prefer a cool tile/wood floor. Free-range dogs are welcome and crate training is not required unless your dog is destructive or unsafe when left unattended. Please bring your dog's crate if needed, as well as their bed, food, and any other items they may need. We have a fenced in yard to let them out for potty-breaks and to play with each other as well. Overnight Sitting: I have many years of experience staying in clients' homes with their dogs. In addition to caring for your dog(s), I'm happy to take in mail/packages and water house plants. If you want, I can even bring one or both of my dogs with me to provide socialization and companionship.

My dog showed his first sign of being ill just as I was leaving. As the symptoms grew worse, Charles took him to urgent care, waiting 2 hours to be seen, then followed all of the vet's instructions, including going out and buying the food items recommended, cooking those items, and administering 4 different medications daily. All while keeping his calm, accepting demeanor. He also left my house clean and well cared for. I don't know when my next trip will be, but I'll definitely request Charles again!!!”
