About: I have a lifetime of experience taking care of dogs large and small. Full dog friendly home, I will match your desires and interests with your fur baby, allow animals on furniture and love to be active outdoors. Close to nearby lakes for swim fun, trails for hiking, and fenced backyard to allow plenty of playtime. Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. Each day, I make sure your pet has fresh food and water, gets regular exercise, and receives plenty of attention and affection. I also spend time grooming, cleaning up after them, and checking that they are healthy and comfortable. On a weekly basis, I clean their bedding and living areas, restock supplies, and make time for longer walks or play sessions. Keeping up with these responsibilities helps ensure your pet stays happy, healthy, and well cared for. I provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for pets in my home. My home has a securely fenced yard where dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor play and exercise. If requested by the owner, I can crate pets to maintain their normal routine or provide a quiet, secure space. Inside, pets have access to a large dog bed, and they are welcome on the furniture if that is consistent with their family’s rules and preferences. I strive to follow each pet’s established routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, and any special care instructions, to help them feel relaxed, comfortable, and at home during their stay.

About: I am a very detail oriented individual who has loved raised animals since I was a child. I have experience with different types of dogs and personalities including rescues and spicy personalities. I myself own 3 dogs. 2 rescues and a French Bulldog. I consider myself someone who can easily gain trust with nervous or territorial dogs. I also have a lot of experience cats as well. I really like to listen to what the animal requires to give the best care for your fur babies. Currently, I work a full-time job 7-3:30pm. I am looking to do nights and weekends with the goal of going full-time. Currently weekends and last minute walks during the weekdays after 4:00 will work best. First and foremost my animals are my babies and I feel the same way about yours! I like to make sure that anyone whose animal I care for feels comfortable and all questions have been asked prior to care. If possible, I like to meet the dogs and owners ahead of time which allows the owners to see our interactions together to make sure it is a great fit. I will send photos and updates while giving reassurance to those who worry when not at home. My animals are my babies and yours will be too during care.

Outdoor time is always supervised, and I can use a lead or crate dogs when appropriate for their safety and comfort. For overnight stays in a client's home, I would need to bring my own dog with me. She is well-trained, respectful, and gets along well with other dogs. I understand that this isn't the right fit for every pet, so I'm always happy to discuss or set up a meet to see whether it would be a good match beforehand. About: Hi I'm Katie! I've been caring for my personal dogs for over 15 years and have been dog walking / sitting through Rover for over 5 years. I adore dogs and feel happiest when I am outside hiking / walking with dogs. I have also studied and worked as a dog trainer. When your pup stays or walks with me, they'll be having fun and learning something too! We will play, go on fun walks and adventures, and work on basic manners and life skills. I am comfortable caring for all ages, breeds, and sizes. All dogs staying with me will fit into my routine. I wake up early before work to to take care of my dog Phoebe, typically going on hikes in the morning and in the evening we play in my yard. In the spring/summer months we go for additional hikes/walks in the evening. On the weekends we spend the days hiking, swimming, and exploring new places. Another dog fits easily into my schedule, and I will ensure to give the dogs some solo walks / time with me. I treat any dog staying with me as my own -- the dogs safety and happiness is my top priority. Dogs are fed separately, play is monitored, and your dog will be on a leash unless in a fully fenced in area, or until I establish a solid recall with your dog.
