About: I have grown up with dogs and cats in my house and now have my own kitty Arnold 🐈 I’ve been pet sitting for my family and for friends for years and hope I can pet sit for you too! I just moved to the area as I am studying for my Masters Degree! I am currently working part time and attending a Masters Program online so my schedule is very flexible! I am in the lakes region most weekends as well. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities! I understand that every pet has their own needs, routines and comfort levels around new people and I always do my best to make them feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoy long walks and am happy to accommodate dogs who need plenty of exercise! I also have a spacious vehicle that can fit larger dogs if transportation is needed. Having cared for my own cat through health challenges, I’m experienced with administering medications and providing attentive care. I’m also happy to send updates and photos while you’re away!

“We have always had family or close friends take care of our three precious Shih Tzus (Cocoa 17, Winnie 8 and Tobi 2) so finding a professional dog sitter was a little scary at first. I made contact with Liz (through Rover) and we set up a meet and greet at our home so we could all get to know eachother and decide if the arrangement would be a good fit. Liz introduced herself, told us about her background and experience taking care of different breeds of dogs/animals. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how genuinely sweet she was to our little babies. She ended up spending a couple hours at our house which was nice, mostly getting to know each of our dogs and their very unique personalities lol. We also spent time going over everything from likes, dislikes, playtime, bedtime routines and most importantly mealtime/feeding routines. Liz was there at dinner time so we were able to over the measurements and all of the different types of food we use (it can be confusing at times). We gave her a tour of the house, outside yards and she asked all the right questions that I didnt even think about asking (being new to this and all). I felt very at ease after she left and confident we made the right decision hiring her. While away, Liz sent us updates, pictures and communicated any questions she had. All three of our dogs were so happy, well fed, exercised and most importantly LOVED while Mom and Dad were away. On the day Liz left she made sure the dog's morning routines were all completed, she gave them some extra love, left the house spotless and even started the dishwasher. I grew up with family dogs since birth, and have cared for my own dogs over the past 20 years. I started my own professional dog walking and sitting business in 2018. I have experience with many different breeds, ages, and abilities. Through my dog walking business, I also have extensive experience walking small groups of dogs off-leash in nature. Please note: -Boarding and Sitting Nightly Rates include potty breaks in the morning and evening, as well as a 30 minute drop-in visit or private walk midday. Additional time for the midday walk, adventure hikes, or additional walks may be added on at a discounted rate. Dog care is my full-time job and life! Drop-In Visits & Walks: I'm available Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, for walks and drop-in visits, with some after-hours availability on an as-needed basis (please note, after hours requests may incur an additional fee). Overnight Sitting & Boarding: Available 7 days/week. Since I care for many dogs during the week, your dog may be hanging out at home for a period of time while I walk other dogs or run errands. Other than that, I'll be home with your dog! Your dog will be treated the same as my dogs, and that means they will be the center of my attention! Boarding: This is a very calm and quiet household (with the exception of some barking) - no kids. My two female golden retrievers (2yrs & 10yrs) are allowed on our couches, so yours would be too if you allow it. Your dog is welcome to sleep in my husband's and my bedroom, or downstairs in the living room/kitchen if they prefer a cool tile/wood floor. Free-range dogs are welcome and crate training is not required unless your dog is destructive or unsafe when left unattended. Please bring your dog's crate if needed, as well as their bed, food, and any other items they may need. We have a fenced in yard to let them out for potty-breaks and to play with each other as well. Overnight Sitting: I have many years of experience staying in clients' homes with their dogs. In addition to caring for your dog(s), I'm happy to take in mail/packages and water house plants. If you want, I can even bring one or both of my dogs with me to provide socialization and companionship.

About: I treat every pet like family—with lots of love, patience, personalized care, and plenty of photo updates so you can relax while you’re away! I have two dogs of my own, one of which loves other dogs! He would love to tag along on walks if your pup is comfortable! I have experience in puppy care as when I got both of my dogs they were puppy’s! Aswell as experience in senior dog care since one of my dogs is a senior aswell!! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16. I’ve owned a black lab growing up, and a German Shepard that my parents got. I currently own a Black Cat named Lucky for the last 6 Years. Hes sweet. I take care of my girlfriend’s dog all the time who is a 5 year old Morkie. I also have always been a huge help with friends and family in dog care taking, dogs and cats are one of my true passions! My schedule varies, but I always try my best to be open. Most weekends I am free. Some weekdays as well. It all depends. I am a co parent. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family. Faith sent photos + videos making it clear that she was playing with Copper + giving her lots of attention. She is training to be a Vet Tech and that was a big plus for us when trying to pick which dog sitter. She knows how to handle rescue dogs (ours was a stray from Georgia). We are in our 70's and she is young and full of energy...she could really keep up with our 6 yr old pooch!
