“This was my first time using Rover and I was really nervous to try it. We have a senior dog that doesn’t travel well and we usually have people come stay or check in on him, but none of them could do it. I searched Rover for people who had good reviews and repeat customers. Leilani agreed to help last minute and it was much appreciated. She checked on our senior guy twice while we were gone overnight, took care of his diaper, and cleaned up any messes he had. She also fed him. She sent pictures and communicated any problems. It looks like he didn’t want to get out of bed so she brought his food to him for one of the feedings, which was a super sweet way to make sure he got food. We would hire her again.”

About: I have spent lots of time with a family dog and have been a sitter for several breeds over the years, often through friends and family. I am always over the moon to meet and spoil (to the owners comfort) a new furry freind! I am currently a graduate student which allows me the flexibility to schedule quality walks and play time with your pups! I typically work from home 50% of the work week, so getting out for a walk in between computational work is a win win! As a dog walker I will make sure your pup has a positive high quality walking experience. If I am sitting, I will ensure all fur babies get the level attention and care they need to feel safe and happy.

About: I have been taking care of neighbor’s and friends’ dogs during vacations since I was 14. This includes walking, feeding, and playing with them on a set or flexible schedule. I work part-time during weekdays and the majority of the weekend. I have time to manage work and taking care of dogs on my days off. I have always loved animals and wanted to take care of them since I was a kid. I have a very friendly and old dog of my own, who I’ve taken care of constantly, especially through my gap year.

About: I've been a special needs dog owner, am honored to be loved by my partner's parrot, as well as taken care of other dogs, cats, rabbits, geese, goats, and am a horse person. I can throw hay, if given proper instructions can put together the morning grain. I love taking care of bonded pairs of house rabbits, as well as curling up with a doggo or a kitty. If I'm doing in home, I tend to first feed the pet(s) in the morning, before I get myself breakfast, and the same for dinner. If drop in is needed, I'll be there morning, & evening, potentially mid day as well. I tend to sit for new clients in their home, depending upon established client I may sit in my house for well behaved dogs. If at my house, your dog will never be outside without some sort of leash, whether it's a 6' or a 50' long line, as I have a not fenced in yard, with a well traveled road at the end of my driveway.

About: I’ve had fur siblings all of my life and have never had any issues providing the best care, making sure they are well loved and fed and keeping them active. I’ll provide the best care and help out tidying up the home while you are away. Although I am new to pet sitting I will strive to make sure all of your animals are well cared for under my services. I look forward to hearing from you! I’m located in the Lakes region and I am willing to travel further on my days off. I do have a full time job but my days off rotate. If you are interested in using my services, reaching out about a week or 2 in advanced would be best so I can accommodate my schedule to yours! If you need a longer stay I can definitely make that happen with more of a heads up. I feed and water my cats before and after my shift. When I come home on my lunch I bring out some of their favorite toys and play until I have to head back to work. When I get home we have more playtime and I feed them dinner. Before bed I make sure all of their water bowls and food bowls are full, I clean their litter boxes 4-5 times a week (fill as needed) and do a deep clean once every 2 weeks to keep things fresh.

About: When I’m not boarding, walking, or doing doggy daycare I’m hanging out with my kiddos. Occasionally I also foster puppies at 8 weeks old and start the potty training process and prepare them to go to their furever home. Does your dogs like to sleep on the couch? Perfect! I do too! Do they prefer to sleep in bed with you at night? Not a problem, come on in! Does your dog need daily walks? You got it! I live on a quiet road off the beaten path. I tend to treat all animals with the respect and love I give my children and I teach my children the same morals. Pets aren’t just pets in my eyes, each dog has needs they need to have met and it’s my job to make that happen when they are in my care. During my high school years I spent my time after school volunteering at the local veterinary clinic assisting the vet techs preform their daily tasks. Growing up I worked on a dairy farm. I know how to administer medications, potty train, bathe, and trim nails. I’m a stay at home mom during the week so I am always home to give my furbabies all the love and attention they want. When I’m home and need to leave your pups will tag along with me through my daily routine and hangout with me. Or if they’d prefer to relax at home and have free range they can! I try to keep a potty and feeding schedule the same as when they are with you. I live in a lake house so if your pups love to swim then this is the place to be! I also have a decent size yard (unfenced) for playing. My two dogs will keep your furbaby company in a doggy sense. My children will also play with your babies so they will definitely have a lot of attention. Inside my house is baby proof so it is also dog proof. Do you want to FaceTime your dog while they are with me? Not a problem, call whenever. I will send pictures and updates throughout the day for you so you know they are okay. Your pets truly are treated like family in my care.

About: Licensed Vet Tech since 2001 with experience in Urgent Care, Cat only clinic, and all aspects of small animal care. I have chickens, a bearded dragon, 3 cats, 1 dog, and hamsters. I can commit to morning and night visits. Middle day visits are a bit challenging due to my working during the day. With enough notice I may be able to schedule a longer lunch break to make it for mid day. I can accommodate what your needs are for your pet. Medications and sq fluid administration is no problem. Just reach out with any questions you may have.

About: I'm currently a Pre-Veterinary student at University of New Hampshire and currently work at a local veterinary clinic. As a veterinary assistant I have gained experience with animal handling and care. I am also Fear Free Certified and know had to adequately prevent fear, anxiety, and stress in both cats and dogs. I have previously worked at a training facility and am familiar with certain signals and behaviors that animals demonstrate to express themselves. I have owned cats and dogs my entire life and have been exposed to many types of breeds, species, and seen interesting cases regarding animal health. When I'm not at school I take care of my two dogs and cats at home. Furthermore, I work part-time at a veterinary clinic at school and at home so I am constantly surrounded by animals and have exposure to many cases. I previously owned a diabetic cat and learned how to administer insulin shots and monitor her glucose levels multiple times a day. I feed and water my animals in my home at least twice a day, snacks are often provided as well. I walk my dogs as much as necessary (typically twice a day). I always play with my cats and dogs. I have a kitten who loves playing fetch with toy mice and a 5 year old dog who enjoys hiking trips and swimming. The two dogs get groomed when needed but I brush them consistently in between grooms. Finally, I am responsible when it comes to my animals' health and notice any changes in behavior or appearance almost immediately. I find it important to keep them up to date with vaccines and any other medications they need.

About: I have a life time of experience. I grew up helping my mom take care of peoples animals. Farm animals, birds, dogs, cats. A special skill of mine is training dogs. I currently work part time Monday-Friday, that gives me the ability to have a bunch of playtime on the weekends. I will also be available weekdays after 5:30 I have a small fenced in yard, and land to explorer weather your dog is off leash or on leash there is a place to play for everyone. I have crates incase your dog needs a break/nap. I also have baby gates to ensure everyone is safe in my care.
