Doggy Day Care in Alton

About: Hello! I'm Holly Heath, and I've been a dog lover my whole life.
From caring for my own 12 year old pup to providing daycare and boarding for friends and family, dogs have always been a huge part of my world. I started young, walking a big Akita when I was just 12, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve dog sat for a household with six pups, taken a hyper Great Dane puppy on mini adventures, and worked as a dog walker with Homeward Bound Pet Services for two years. I even had a small handmade dog toy business at one point! I’m a total dog person! I love spending time with dogs in a calm, gentle way, and I’m fluent in dog body language. All dogs are my instant friends. These days, I’m offering frequent short walks with laps around the yard if needed and relaxing yard hangouts at my home. I offer daycare and can board up to two dogs at a time. I'm all about making dogs feel safe, happy, and loved. I currently work part-time as a dog walker, so I just need a two-week heads up to request time off. Once that's set, all my focus is on your pup, and I’ll be home with them 100% of the day! There will be plenty of playtime and walks as needed through my beautiful yard. I have a large yard with open lawns, gardens, wooded paths, and a babbling brook. Your dog will always be on a leash while exploring, but they'll still get to enjoy peaceful walks and all the wildlife smells. Inside, there are plenty of toys to choose from and cozy spots to lounge. It's nice and cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. I will have a maximum of three dogs in my home at a time, including my own dog, Rosko. Rosko gets excited when he first meets a new pup but quickly settles into his normal self, a calm, smart, 12-year-old mutt who weighs about 25 pounds. He loves to share his toys, watch other dogs play, and relax with a buddy. He’s very respectful and enjoys simply sitting next to other dogs. He’s also great at reading dog body language. I will follow your instructions closely and provide the best, most attentive care possible.

About: I have a friendly, well-trained senior golden retriever who gets along great with other pets and kids. I don’t crate unless requested and use positive, consistent techniques. Working fully remote gives me the flexibility to give your pup plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I work fully remote with a flexible schedule, which means I’m able to give your pup plenty of attention throughout the day. We usually get outside for daily walks and stretch breaks to keep them happy and active. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important trust is when it comes to your pup. I always follow your preferences closely and strive to create a safe, calm environment where your dog feels at home. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch or structured routines, I adjust to what makes them feel most secure.

About: I have always had a passion for pets especially dogs. I have had many pets growing up, such as dogs, cats, and even a hedgehog:) I have also been the person to call whenever my family or friends needed help with their pet needs as well! I currently work for a company offering pet care services such as drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting so I am very experienced with all breeds, ages, and different types of animals. I treat each pet as if it was my own and build very strong bonds with them :) I currently have open availability to cater to your pets needs and give them all the attention they deserve. The company I work for during the week is a pet care service so I am easily able to integrate my schedule around yours and am very flexible. I have a big yard that is fenced on one side and closed in on the other by a line of trees. My neighborhood is quiet and friendly for nice long walks and my house is big enough for indoor play time. And at your house I will follow any instructions given while taking care of your pet or extra household needs.
