About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I currently have two German Shepherds that I’ve raised and trained since they were puppies, so I understand the patience, consistency, and love that goes into caring for dogs. I also have a horse that I’ve had the pleasure of caring for for the past 23 years, and I’ve spent most of my life working in a barn, giving me experience with animals of all sizes and personalities. Along the way, I’ve also had the joy of caring for cats, too! Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just wants some extra attention and cuddles, I’ll care for them like they’re one of my own. I currently work from home full time as a short term disability claims manager and have a flexible schedule. I take my own personal dogs on walks every morning I live on 5 acres and have gps collars for my dogs so I know where they are all the time, normally I leave them outside to play while I am working and I keep an eye on them.

About: I am a full-time working professional. For the past three years, I have fostered dogs with diverse personalities in my free time. I primarily have experience with Shiba Inu's; they can often have aloof and stubborn personalities. I also have an experience having a rescue cat since she was 5 months old. I am a full-time professional who works 8:00AM to 5:30PM. I will have availability after work and on the weekends; however, it could change based on other commitments. I have a cat who has free range of the home. However, any time there is another animal in my residence, they will be separated.

About: I have been taking care of neighbor’s and friends’ dogs during vacations since I was 14. This includes walking, feeding, and playing with them on a set or flexible schedule. I work part-time during weekdays and the majority of the weekend. I have time to manage work and taking care of dogs on my days off. I have always loved animals and wanted to take care of them since I was a kid. I have a very friendly and old dog of my own, who I’ve taken care of constantly, especially through my gap year.

About: I am a very detail oriented individual who has loved raised animals since I was a child. I have experience with different types of dogs and personalities including rescues and spicy personalities. I myself own 3 dogs. 2 rescues and a French Bulldog. I consider myself someone who can easily gain trust with nervous or territorial dogs. I also have a lot of experience cats as well. I really like to listen to what the animal requires to give the best care for your fur babies. Currently, I work a full-time job 7-3:30pm. I am looking to do nights and weekends with the goal of going full-time. Currently weekends and last minute walks during the weekdays after 4:00 will work best. First and foremost my animals are my babies and I feel the same way about yours! I like to make sure that anyone whose animal I care for feels comfortable and all questions have been asked prior to care. If possible, I like to meet the dogs and owners ahead of time which allows the owners to see our interactions together to make sure it is a great fit. I will send photos and updates while giving reassurance to those who worry when not at home. My animals are my babies and yours will be too during care.

“This was my first time using Rover and I was really nervous to try it. We have a senior dog that doesn’t travel well and we usually have people come stay or check in on him, but none of them could do it. I searched Rover for people who had good reviews and repeat customers. Leilani agreed to help last minute and it was much appreciated. She checked on our senior guy twice while we were gone overnight, took care of his diaper, and cleaned up any messes he had. She also fed him. She sent pictures and communicated any problems. It looks like he didn’t want to get out of bed so she brought his food to him for one of the feedings, which was a super sweet way to make sure he got food. We would hire her again.”

About: I have spent lots of time with a family dog and have been a sitter for several breeds over the years, often through friends and family. I am always over the moon to meet and spoil (to the owners comfort) a new furry freind! I am currently a graduate student which allows me the flexibility to schedule quality walks and play time with your pups! I typically work from home 50% of the work week, so getting out for a walk in between computational work is a win win! As a dog walker I will make sure your pup has a positive high quality walking experience. If I am sitting, I will ensure all fur babies get the level attention and care they need to feel safe and happy.

About: I have owned animals all my life and have plenty of enrichment activities- snuffle matts, snuffle balls, puzzle toys, regular toys, and a big yard to play in! I love animals and this is currently a full time job for me being a pet sitter and owner. I make my dog my life and we go for walks and adventures daily. I make a schedule for my own dog, which includes puzzle toys for breakfast, an afternoon walk or adventure, snuffle mats and balls for later, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day!

About: My love for animals started at a really young age and it only grew from there. I grew up with all different breeds from shitzus to Mastiffs each hold a special place in my heart. At 16 I started volunteering at a rescue. There I tended and cared for all different animals from horses and goats to cats and dogs. I’ve cared for many animals at all different life stages from newborn puppies, kittens, and kids to senior pets all the way up until their last day. I have 8 years experience not only with rescue dogs but one with high anxiety, as I even have one of my own. I am currently a Veterinay assistant and work about 40 hours a week. I have 5 years worth of veterinary knowledge and can meet your pet where they are at. I currently have 3 dogs and 1 cat all at different life stages. My pets are my world and I will do anything for them. I will care for your pet as I would my own. About: I have taken care of pets, including dogs, cats and farm animals, since I was a small child. I currently have two active dogs, one of which has epilepsy and requires multiple daily meds, therefore I have a great deal of experience keeping up with medication schedules and administering appropriate meds. I trained one of my own dogs to be a therapy dog and we are a current therapy team. My husband and I travel with our dogs whenever we can, but sometimes it's not possible to take them. Because of this I easily understand the importance of finding pet care givers who we can trust and rely on. I am a responsible, retired professional looking to help give others that peace of mind.
