“Shaelyn was wonderful with our 12 year old golden! She was communicative, send us update pictures, and openly shared concerns. I feel like we can really trust her, even with our sometimes difficult pup. I would highly recommend Shaelyn!”

“Stephanie took great care of our house, 2 dogs and cat. We had a little lack of communication the first night, but after I clarified that I like more communication than too little she made sure to send tons of pictures and check ins that everything was going well at home. It was our first trip away from home with our newborn so it was lovely to have someone so caring staying with our pets. We came back to our house looking just as we had left it and our animals were calm and happy.”

“Thank you so much, Shannon, for taking such great care of our pups! We didn’t worry while we were gone, and we know the dogs had a great time and were well cared for!”

“James was wonderful taking care of our house and animals. Took great care of our dog with walks and cuddles, and played with our cat and made sure they got outdoor time. He is super responsive and was a pleasure to meet. We will definitely be reaching out again when the time comes.”

“Anna did a great job pet sitting our 2 older labs. She took care of them for a week, and we couldn't of asked for a better sitter. She sent daily pictures and texts. Left the house very clean. administered meds to Charlie as needed. Will hire her again.”

“Julia did an amazing job watching my dogs!! They’re both herding breeds and kind of a handful and she did great with them, they were both very happy and tired when I got home. She was also very communicative, respectful, clean, and sent lots of updates. I would definitely book with her again!”

“An incredibly thoughtful, kind, thorough, and all-around fantastic dog-sitter. We hired Anthea to care for our two pups (one a young very timid yet somehow still energetic yorkie mix rescue pup, the other a geriatric parsons Russell terrier who is dealing with some doggie dementia), and she was incredible. Met both dogs where they were were at and went above and beyond in the care for the pups and the care for our home. Gave our pups lots of attention, exercise, and love; gave us detailed updates and lots of photos on how the pups were doing; and we retuned to a home in better condition than it was when we left for the weekend! The Mary Poppins of dog-sitters!”

“Olivia was very conscientious and kind to our pups. They were a handful the first day particularly and she was very patient. She sent pictures regularly and kept the house clean.”

“Roree was amazing! We have an epileptic dog who needs meds twice a day at specific times. Roree was on top of everything! She was with him almost 24/7 and gave him the best of care! She sent lots of photos daily and kept us up to date. Roree also took care of our house and everything was perfect when we returned. Highly recommended!!!”

“Leaving Dash for so long I couldn’t imagine who could love in him. Makayla loved my boop while I took a break from life in a far off land. Thank you for leaving the place so clean too! Well done.”

“We have just moved to the area and didn’t have any resources, we found Pat here on Rover. She was great! She came by ahead of the trip to meet us and Louise and we felt instantly comfortable with her. She is a lovely, caring lady and took wonderful care of our dog. She sent pictures of their adventures together and just chilling at home too. She even left a “Welcome Home” flower and card for us, what a nice gesture. Our senior dog was able to stay home where she’s comfortable and was well taken care of by Pat. We will definitely ask for her again for future trips!”

“Peyton was so nice and he has good energy. He started giving Jupiter attention the moment he arrived and even distracted him while we finished packing and loaded the car. He sent lots of pictures and updates and was always very quick to respond. We’d love to have Peyton stay with Jupiter again!”

“Our Rescue dog (new to Pure Mutts Rescue) was totally at peace and wonderfully cared for by Matt. We appreciated his last minute availability and we're grateful we did not have to bounce her somewhere other than her new foster home since everything was already confusing for her. She is happy and secure thanks to Matt. We would highly recommend his service.”

“Heather was great about keeping me updated on how my dog Annie was doing. I didn't worry at all, and I got done photos too! I was able to relax and have fun on my trip. Good communicator and my house and dog were in great shape when I got home. Thank you!”

“Selma was the best person from Rover we've ever had. She sent us so many updates and pictures we loved it. She went above and beyond, doing a deep clean of our kitty litter and watering plants that looked a little thirsty. If Selma ever ran for president of vote for her”

“Madison stayed in my home for 2 nights. She was very good about sending a picture each day to show me my dog was ok and content. She seems very kind and trustworthy. My home was as clean as when I left and I felt my dog was well taken care of. I no doubt would want to have her pet sit again.”

“Patricia did a great job taking care of my senior dogs. She asked lots of questions to make sure she understood how they need to be cared for. She also updated me daily with pictures.”

About: I have owned dogs all of my life and love being in their company! I firmly approach pet care with positive reinforcement and focus on their needs first under my care. I am a volunteer at a humane society and constantly work with all different types of dogs. I work remotely, so when your dog is under my care I will be around all the time! I am an avid hiker/runner. Does your dog need an outlet for exercise? I'm happy to help burn off that puppy energy! Does your dog prefer to relax around the house or take leisurely walks and sniffs? I can provide that as well! I work remotely, so I can be available to board at all times! I am also free on weekdays after 2pm for walks/visits and on weekends any time. I live in an apartment on the first floor. Dogs are allowed on furniture and I have additional space for a kennel if your dog prefers crate space. I also am able take the dog on walks and fun outside of the apartment every 2-4 hours.

Bagley Downs pet parents share their Rover experiences
Hannah was absolutely fantastic with our pets- our dog and baby kitten. She looked after them, gave them lots of love and they were very happy after we gone for 6 days. We were a little nervous leaving our baby kitten alone for the first time, but Hannah was awesome- she sent pictures and was communicate with us the entire time. Highly recommend her for looking after your home and more importantly, your fur babies. Will definitely be reaching out to her the next time we need care for our pets. Thanks so much, Hannah!! -Jihan & Dan

AMAZING! We had to book for pet/house sitting relatively last minute after our original pet care plan fell through for a pretty long trip abroad. Kylie was absolutely the best. We received updates and photos daily and were able to rest easy knowing our dogs were being well looked after

Sarah was great with Odie, she sent pictures, short videos. updates and took him on walks and rides and adventures throughout the weekend-even told me about his eating habits which were 100% normal meaning he too was comfortable. Definitely gonna book her next time for my pup. She loves animals And treats them so well I would not be nearly this comfortable and confident if I had not seen her with my dog so many times and the dog is comfortable and so is she. It makes out of tow trips seem less rather than disrupting to his life.

Jenni did a fantastic job of taking care of Leo. He was newly out of a fairly aggressive surgery and she made sure he was well cared for and administered all the meds he required. She is friendly and kind and treated my pet and home with respect. I can highly recommend her as a mature and responsible pet care taker and house sitter. I will use her again for my next travel adventure.

Jenny stayed with our dog Oliver and cat Ringo over Memorial Day weekend. We had met with her a couple weeks earlier just to get to know her and were instantly impressed. She is very personable and was immediately at ease with our dog Oliver which we loved. We had a great conversation and talked about some of the difficult things with our pets and she didn’t have any issues. Jenny has a little more life under her belt (unlike some of our past Pet sitter’s) so we felt very comfortable leaving her at the house, able to handle unforecast things that might come up. I’m not saying she’s old, ha ha. Just saying it’s nice to have someone a little more mature watching our house and pets. Jenny was very communicative when we were on our trip. We got photos and videos daily and updates on how they were doing. My dog didn’t even look like he was missing us.She took him for daily walks and watered some of our outdoor plants as it was warm. When we returned, the house looked better than when we left it. Thank you so much for that! We will definitely use Jenny in the future. I’m actually hesitant to write this review because I don’t want her to get more popular than she already is! Good pet/house sitters are so hard to come by. Thank you again Jenny, Eric and Julie

TONIGHT. IS. AWESOME!! She did an amazing job watching my dog Zuma when I was out of town for work. I received daily updates and photos, from which I could tell Toni truly cared about Zuma and that my dog was happy and comfortable. Will 100% rebook and refer to all my friends. Thanks so much Toni!
