We hired Anthea to care for our two pups (one a young very timid yet somehow still energetic yorkie mix rescue pup, the other a geriatric parsons Russell terrier who is dealing with some doggie dementia), and she was incredible. Met both dogs where they were were at and went above and beyond in the care for the pups and the care for our home. Gave our pups lots of attention, exercise, and love; gave us detailed updates and lots of photos on how the pups were doing; and we retuned to a home in better condition than it was when we left for the weekend! About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, from dogs, cats and turtles all the way to horses, goats and chickens! I have had quite a few dogs throughout my life of different breeds and sizes. I regularly watch my family and friend’s pets, from a young spaniel puppy to a big senior Labrador who thinks he’s a puppy. I treat my senior friends with care and affection, wanting them to know nothing but happiness! I have also had a few puppies and understand the patience and care they require, especially when it comes to teaching them manners. I am currently unemployed so pet care will be my full time job! I am completely available everyday at all times to take care of and spend time with your furballs! I have two cats who run my home, they are leash trained and I regularly take them out to explore the backyard and play outside! They are very spoiled and I shower them with treats and toys when I can. When I watch others pets I want to know exactly how they want me to care for their pet, not wanting the animal to have to stray too far off their regular routine, especially when it comes to puppies.

“Amy was wonderful. This was the first time I had met Amy and she was very professional. She also looks very professional in, not your average dog sitter. She asked a lot of questions which I loved. Amy is a dog lover. Amy also asks the pet parents to make contact with your local Animal Hospital. This will let them know they have permission to take your pet to your Animal Hospital if he or she needs treatment. On a sidenote, Amy was ecstatic when she saw we had a lop eared, indoor house, bunny. Amy also gave my dog all of his medication‘s correctly. I will not use Anyone else but Amy!”

About: I have cared for all sorts animals my whole life, from as small as a gerbil to as large as a llama. I have previous experience working in a boarding kennel and veterinary office. I have experience working with special needs animals and administrating medications. I work full time, 6-8 hour shifts 5-6 days a week. I am almost always done with work between 1 and 2 pm at the latest. I don't have consistent days off but can be flexible with availability. For pets who need extra care throughout the day (potty breaks every 4 hours, 3+ meals, etc.), I can typically work accommodations into my schedule. I am well-versed in behavioral signs of animals and will make them feel safe and trusted while I am in their homes. My main goal is always to support your pets in whatever way they need.

“Imani did an incredible job caring for my senior Chihuahua and two cats! Our lil elderly guy has congestive heart failure and requires life-saving medication every morning and night — missing a dose could trigger a serious episode where he can’t breathe properly. As you can imagine, I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time since his diagnosis. But Imani was everything I could’ve hoped for in a sitter — attentive, reliable, and so kind with my animals. She asked thoughtful questions during the meet & greet, kept me updated with lots of photos, and made sure everyone was safe and loved while I was away. “For an entire year I had a 23-day trip booked and because I had moved away from my best dog sitter in Renton, WA, and needed to find a new dog sitter who lived in Vancouver, WA, I was getting worried. My dog Sammi was almost 15 years old and quite a needy (but sweet) dog. I found Pat and was very happy with the time, care and love she gave my elderly girl. Sammi did extremely well while in Pat's care and Pat sent me pictures of Sammi at Starbucks and shopping. Sammi needed a caring and loving adult sitter and we definitely found one in Pat! About: I have always loved dogs. I grew up with a black lab (age 5-18), and when I was in high school I frequently watched dogs and cats in a pet sitting capacity. Pet sitting for neighbors and friends was my first job, and as soon as I got my drivers license, I expanded my pet sitting clientele. As an adult, my husband and I had a rescue dog (Pitt/lab mix) who was our fur baby. When we adopted her, she had separation anxiety and resource guarding issues. We worked with a trainer to help her overcome those issues, and were grateful for the wonderful years we enjoyed with her. Unfortunately, she died in early 2025. While we are not in a position to have our own dog right now, we would love to continue to snuggle and support local dogs through pet sitting. We do have a toddler at home. She loves dogs and we would never leave her unattended with any animal. While we will be careful to ensure any dogs in our care are set up for success by being separated from our toddler with baby gates, etc., we are only able to host dogs who are comfortable around small children. I am a middle school teacher, so I have full-time availability during school breaks and the summer. I am also available to drop in before and/or after my work, depending on the location. My husband, Cristopher, works from home and loves having a dog as his co-worker to be let out on demand. As dog owners, we never left our own dog home alone for more than 4-5 hours, and we will only accept a boarding booking if our schedule allows the same time commitment to your dog. We treat all dogs like they are our own. As a former pet parent, I know that I can never replace you, but I will do everything I can to make sure your dog feels comfortable and safe in my care. We have a fenced yard with no animals in our home (except for the occasional wild bunny). Our yard has plenty of space for dogs to run around and play.
