About: I have been a frequent dog-sitter for about two years now but I have had dogs all my life, making me the perfect candidate to take care of your four-legged friends. I’m happy to take care of your pets because I enjoy being around animals! Most people would describe me as gentle and caring. I have worked with anxious dogs in the past and I believe I am able to make them feel comfortable and safe to alleviate any anxiety they face. I am a full-time student with classes on Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday so I am looking to watch your pets on the weekends preferably! But if you would need me for longer I will more than likely be open to accommodating :) I will follow any and all rules given to care for the pet. I love going on walks so if the weather allows it, I would love to take your pup on a walk! I am also a loving person who will be very affectionate towards the pet to affirm their safety. I have worked with both anxious dogs and cats in the past, and I believe I am good at soothing their anxiety.

About: Over the past year, I've pet sat regularly for friends, including overnight house-sitting stays and drop-in visits. My friends have trusted me with repeat visits because I stick to routines, pay close attention to each pet's needs, and communicate clearly while they're away. My schedule is wide open right now (the place I worked went out of business) so I have plenty of availability for pet sitting throughout the week. I keep a regular daytime schedule and don't stay out or up late. A couple of evenings a week I have roller derby practice or networking events, but I'm typically home by 10 PM so this won't affect overnight availability. I try to be a calm, attentive presence during visits, and I carefully follow instructions on how to care for your pets. I make sure to have vet and emergency information before you leave and will let you know immediately if anything comes up while you're away. I make sure to lock up and set the alarm every time I leave and leave your home as I found it. I have references from repeat clients if you'd like to check with them first.

About: I got my first dog at the age of 5 and my love for pets only grew from there. I've worked as a volunteer at a rescue as well as a professional Kennel Technician. I'm the person who answers "both" to the question "are you a dog or a cat person?" Unlike apartment complexes, I don't have any breed restrictions. In fact, I adore bully breeds and rescued my own pit mix. I'm also experienced with both puppies and kittens so I have no age restrictions either. I would be happy to set up a meet & greet prior to a booking. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'd be happy to answer them! I have open availability at the moment so I can spend as much time as you want with your pets and would love an excuse to leave my apartment. I am comfortable with every type of harness and leash and can crate your pet if necessary. I understand that all pets have boundaries and will respect those boundaries as I learn them. Your pet's trust is very important to me and I will work hard to earn it. I'm more than happy to set up a meet & greet to introduce myself to them.

About: I have been the proud fur mom of several animals over the years. Now that I am working from home, I have the flexibility to help others care for theirs. I have experience with administering oral medication and working with high energy pets. If there are special requests I am more than happy to discuss what is needed. I also have experience with taking care of cats, so if there are extra animals I am more than happy to care for them as well. I am available mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights during the week and have open flexibility on the weekends. Having someone you can trust to care for your pet is a huge relief, I promise that your fur baby (or babies!) will be in good hands and feel the love when you are not able to be there! Im currently working from home with schedule flexibility, so your pet will have the time and attention they need while you are away. Whether it’s an early morning walk or time needed after dinner, I can assist. I like to keep to the same schedule that the pet is used to. I ensure pets are fed and walked at times they are used to. I make sure to spend time with pets after feeding and then take them out before leaving. We currently do not have pets in our home, so if boarding is needed you do not need to worry about other pets. We also have a large fenced in backyard and live in a dog-friendly neighborhood that includes a lake with lots of ducks and geese, a fun time for everyone :)

About: I grew up with dogs and a cat in a loving home and absolutely love animals! I've also dog sat for close family and friends throughout my life. My soul kitty just passed away recently and I'm looking to fill my time with love, care, and cuddles from our furry family members we love so much. I know what it's like to care for, show love and interest, play and meet their needs where they're at. I may be new to pet sitting with Rover, but I am not new to caring for and loving animals. I've used Rover for pet sitters to care for my cat when she was with me, and am familiar with this platform and the needs/concerns of being a pet parent. I promise to care for your pets just as I did for my kitty. I work in the office Monday-Wednesdays, but work from home Thursdays-Fridays. I have more daytime flexibility for drop ins on Thur/Fri. Otherwise happy to do drops ins outside of working hours in the beginning of the week. While I live in a condo, there is plenty of space to take dogs out for a walk, potty, etc. I live in a quiet complex and have a nice little nature path between our buildings. I can also easily to take them to dog parks that are close by (on leash of course, I wouldn't take them off leash as they are not my own-for everyone's safety). If staying at your home-I am respectful and will follow all instructions to the t.

About: I've forever had a love for dogs. Shadowed in a vet office for two years and have seen animals been given oral meds and other treatments. Have owned several dogs. Currently have 1 dog named Chester. Also have worked with pregnant dogs (my mom has bred several litters). Comfortable with any breed or size. Passionate about every animal not just dogs. I love to go on walks and I'm an excellent trick trainer I might add. I work full time, but I work from home so I am flexible to work with a schedule for feedings and walks. I also can have portable monitor so I can work from other locations besides my home. If I plan to watch you dog overnight, I prefer to do it in the client’s home. Generally, it makes it more comfortable for the dog. Adjustments can be hard and they are already getting used to an unfamiliar face taking care of them.
