About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was a teenager. My family, friends and neighbors always relied on me to take care of their dogs. I have owned many dogs as well, including Golden Retrievers and Siberian Huskies. There was very little time in my entire life that I didn’t own as least one dog. I especially love to take dogs on walks. I have experience training puppies, I can administer medicine, and just love to be around dogs. Most of my availability is going to be during the summer. I am a teacher/librarian and spend most of my summer with my own dog. I would be available for walks, drop in visits, and I can stay in your house if needed. My home is a little too small for any boarding needs. During the school year, I can do Fridays when I am done with teaching for long weekend house sitting needs. I can also walk or drop by for a quick visit during the weeks before or after school hours. I currently have a golden retriever that can keep your dog company. I can easily crate your dog, take it for long walks as needed, and feed it meals. I will send pictures as often as you would like. I will make sure your home is in the same condition as I entered it in.

About: I've had a dog for 11 years of my life and I've been trusted by friends and family to care for their pets. Recent experience with senior care as we said goodbye to our beloved family dog Jinx from kidney failure in April. Lots of love to give as my family and I navigate pet loss grief for the first time, and what feels like an empty home. I am a prospective grad student in a gap year working on graduate school applications and publishing a paper full time. I also take care of my grandmother full time, so if I do need to take her to her doctors appointments during the week I would be gone an hour at most. My schedule is flexible. I have a fenced in backyard (~ 4000 sq. ft.) for dogs to roam around in. Great neighborhood with trails to walk around in as well.

“Stacey is great!! She shows up on time and has been available at the last minute. I had a 3-week old baby and she wore a mask to protect my child and I truly appreciate that. I’m glad I decided to select her.”

“Dave and Savanna are amazing! We are so thankful we found them. They put us right at ease when we met them and took such great care of Maizie. They did exactly what we asked of them and more! We will definitely use them again!”

I love my animals like family and I'll show yours the same care and devotion that mine do at the zoo. I've been around dogs my whole life from owning one to caring for my friends/family's dogs. I also have experience working at a dog boarding kennel part time. I have off Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday and am available all day. I will gladly walk or drop in on your pet and will enjoy their company! I will happily come into your home to walk and/or feed your pup and show them the love they deserve. I've cared for dogs of all ages and sizes, so i am ready for anything thrown my way.

“Kathleen is so wonderful! She took my dog out for two walks on Christmas Eve while I was at work all day. She kept me updated and sent photos which I am so thankful for. I look forward to booking with her again soon!”

“I was initially nervous to get a dog walker, as I have never done so before. We did our Meet & Greet and Tim was so nice. My dog, Minnie, immediately liked him and when he came inside my cat, Nyx, came right up to him with his tail straight up in a "Hello" - which was a big surprise because Nyx doesn't normally like strangers! He was accommodating when it came to putting on Minnie's booties because of the weather. Overall, he exceeded my expectations and will happily have him as our walker again!”

Erica S.
“Erica took care of our 3 year old Pomeranian Momo for 2 weeks while I was on holiday. I felt so at ease during this trip because I feel Erica understands a dog owner's love and worries. She gave routine photo and video updates which I loved - I can tell from them that Momo was comfortable and enjoyed her time in Erica’s care. My anxiety was lessened knowing Momo was in good hands. I would ask Erica to watch Momo again.”

Melanie R.Star Sitter
“Melanie cared for my two dogs, Frankie and Eddie, over a weekend. Frankie can be a bit finicky with new people, however, Melanie won him over immediately and he didn’t leave her side the whole time I was away. It felt amazing knowing that my pets were being well taken care of. She sent photos updating me on their days, which put a smile on my face. I arrived home to happy, healthy and loved pets! I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a responsible dog sitter. Frankie, Eddie and my experience with Melanie was nothing less than exceptional and I will continue to use her as my go-to dog sitter. Thank you Melanie for everything!”

Brianna M.Star Sitter
“I don’t know a single person that loves animals more than Brianna does. Brianna goes very far to get to know the animals she is interacting with, not just the ones she watches! She asks the right questions, listens fully to what the owner says, and handles the animals so well. Brianna said she has owned dogs and cats her whole life, and it shows. She really understands animals and responds to their body language. She will happily go the extra mile of effort if it means it would make the dog or cat happy. She’s prompt and on time. She’s friendly and will be energetic to meet your pet. She will make sure to give your dogs all the tummy tubs and the kitties all the butt scratches. You can’t go wrong hiring Brianna!”
