About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was a teenager. My family, friends and neighbors always relied on me to take care of their dogs. I have owned many dogs as well, including Golden Retrievers and Siberian Huskies. There was very little time in my entire life that I didn’t own as least one dog. I especially love to take dogs on walks. I have experience training puppies, I can administer medicine, and just love to be around dogs. Most of my availability is going to be during the summer. I am a teacher/librarian and spend most of my summer with my own dog. I would be available for walks, drop in visits, and I can stay in your house if needed. My home is a little too small for any boarding needs. During the school year, I can do Fridays when I am done with teaching for long weekend house sitting needs. I can also walk or drop by for a quick visit during the weeks before or after school hours. I currently have a golden retriever that can keep your dog company. I can easily crate your dog, take it for long walks as needed, and feed it meals. I will send pictures as often as you would like. I will make sure your home is in the same condition as I entered it in.

About: Hi, my name is Evelyn! I am a recent college grad starting law school in the fall. I love all kinds of animals, but have a soft spot for dogs and cats! I’ve had experience taking care of my amazing family dog for the last nine years, a playful poodle mix who loves to run around in our yard! While attending college out of state, I also frequently volunteered with our local animal shelter taking care of dogs and cats, giving the puppies baths and taking their larger dogs for “doggy days out” to parks and adoption events around the area! I currently have a cat of my own and have years of experience caring for animals of all ages, breeds, and sizes. Throughout high school and college, I regularly cared for neighbors and family friends pets while they were away, and many families referred me to others through word of mouth. In addition, I worked at a children’s hospital where I served as a dog handler for a golden retriever on the pediatric hematology/oncology unit. This experience strengthened my comfort level working with animals in a calm, patient, and attentive way while also understanding how important trust and consistency are. I am happy to help with walks, drop in visits, as well as longer-term stays. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a slower, relaxed routine, I am committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I am currently available most days Monday–Friday, but please feel free to reach out regarding specific days and times! I will always do my best to accommodate schedules whenever possible. I prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in whatever environment works best for them. I am happy to provide check-ins at your home and neighborhood so your pet can stay in their familiar routine and surroundings. For longer stays, I can also provide care in my home for more consistent attention and companionship. I do have a friendly cat at home who has done well around dogs, though he has not yet interacted with other cats. I also believe communication and trust are extremely important. I always like to take time beforehand to meet with both the pet and owner to go over individual routines, preferences, and care instructions to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

About: Hi! I’m Amber and animals have always had my heart. I’ve grown up having pets my entire life, so caring for them is natural to me. Right now, we have a Norwegian elkhound and a cane corso. I also have two cats.Before them, we’ve still always had atleast one dog and a cat. My dog that recently passed away who was a massive mix, felt with hip issues and medication, so when it comes to sensitivity in certain spots or extra care, I completely understand. Im comfortable around all breeds/ sizes of dogs and I am willing to adapt to your dog to be sure them good care. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own; with patience, kindness, and lots of love. I’m very attentive and understanding, and I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, needs, and routines. Whether your dog is super playful, a little shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so I always communicate and send updates and pictures to give you peace of mind. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priorities, and I take caring for them very seriously (while still making sure we have tons of fun!). I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and would love the opportunity to care for your best friend and make your life a little easier. I’m available full time except the days that I work my part time job, which will be marked on my calendar or I will be sure you know I’m not available. I work twice a week, either 1st or 2nd shift, but I will mark my calendar/ let you know if it is a day that doesn’t work for me! Other than that, I am fully available and I have my own car for transportation. I have a fenced yard with two super friendly dogs. We live in a house with all dog people and have watched families dogs in the past.

About: I take extreme measures to ensure your pet is properly harnessed and not put into a scenario where they would feel in harms way. I listen well to what the owner says works and does not and follows those rules closely. I enjoy seeing a dog happy and healthy on long walks outside. I currently work full-time, and see weekend pet sitting as the most ideal scenario. However, I am available on evenings around 7 pm for feeding should that be needed. I currently have two indoor cats that are allowed access to an outdoor balcony with harnesses and leashes. I am comfortable going on walks with leashed dogs and any variation of letting the dog out back based on their owner’s wishes.
