She is amazing, has so much attention to detail, is extraordinarily engaged with our dogs needs and getting familiar with their routines, personalities, quirks, etc. She asked us tons of questions upon our arrival and showed us the entire perimeter of her secure fenced in yard to assure us of their safety and security during their stay. Claudia sent pictures and updates all through the afternoon of their stay keeping us informed of how they were doing (which was awesome! They enjoyed laps and cuddles and the royal treatment the entire stay!). If we reached out with questions she responded right away with answers and feedback. I can't say enough how much Claudia exceeded our expectations going above and beyond for our fur babies! If you can imagine the perfect person and accommodations for your dog then look no further than Claudia!!!”
