About: I have been a babysitter/petsitter for many years. Generally doing pet sitting for the neighbors when they go out of town. I can provide several references. I also volunteered for the Humane society for over a year. I volunteered for the education program which taught children the proper way to handle animals as well as how to approach them. I worked with bunnies, cats, dogs, Guinea pigs and even a little turtle. I am currently working on saving to go back to school. About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

Your dogs will go on walks and have the opportunity to check their peemail. They will enjoy playtime, naps and lots of cuddles. I simply love animals and they will let you know. I understand the importance of keeping fur babies on a schedule with feeding and walks to help them feel safe and loved while in my care. I follow directions well. I live in a cute home with a fully fenced back yard. My 4 legged guests will have indoor outdoor access and full usage of all the homes amenities. I am very conscious of foxtail prevention and ensuring a safe setting. It is incredibly important to me to make sure there is no potential risk of exposure to toxic plants or chemicals. Proper cleanliness and sanitization is a very high priority of mine.

About: I've been taking care of animals for a little over 5 years including my own animals. I have 1 dog and 1 Guinea pig. I used to volunteer for Mollys Militia which was animal foster/adoption center. During my volunteer hours I would make sure the dogs were fed and had water and were always in good condition living their best life. I am currently looking for a at home job to help with the convenience of staying home with my dog and caring for every other animal that would come into my care. I have a fenced yard that my dog loves to run around in. My dog is friendly towards other dogs. He is also neutered and well trained.

About: I grew up in a home full of 5+ dogs at a single time! I have 8 years of experience in both the child care and pet sitting fields so I am extremely patient. For years I have used Rover myself to receive pet care for my own dog, so I understand the trust you will be putting in me. I will treat your fur-baby as one of my own while you are gone! I’m currently home full-time with my 3 year old son and our 9 year old dog! I have experience distributing medication and will follow your instructions meticulously! We have a home with a backyard for the dogs to play in! Brutus has a lot of toys and actually enjoys sharing them! Potty breaks can be every 0-2 or 2-4 hours, depending on what your puppy needs. Brutus is extremely friendly with different types of dogs but I can also separate them if that is what you request! Since I have a three year old son, I do require meet and greets before I pet sit any new dogs! I also require the dog to be gentle and have no prior aggression towards children. I only watch one dog, or multiple dogs from one home, at a time. I believe that trusting someone to watch your fur babies while you’re gone can be tough so I want to ensure that they have my full attention, love, and care!

About: As someone who grew up on a farm and winery in the hills of Auburn, caring for animals is nothing foreign to me! Since I could walk I’ve been tending to all sorts of animals, cows, horses, ducks, chickens, birds and of course plenty of dogs and cats. I’ve been a groomer, doggy daycare group leader and trainer for going on five years. I am always eager to find ways to help others take care of their furry friends as it’s always been my passion! I’m working part time at a dog resort as a lodging assistant, groomer, and activities leader. My availability for them is Thursday through Sunday 6-3 however I’m taking a step back from the resort due to driving distance. My other days primarily I am participating in nature walks, river days, rock climbing with friends and working on my music! I’m very energetic and like to be constantly moving! Adventurous to the core For my kitty, she has a schedule. 6 am breakfast, 12 pm lunch, 6pm dinner. If she has medication it’s given first thing in the morning. I de shed her about once a week and get her groomed about every 6 months to a year. She is an outdoor explorer so when I’m taking her out I slip on her harness and collar. I have a travel backpack to take her in for larger adventures too. If I’m gone for longer periods of time I keep her in an enclosed area or have someone care for her.

About: I have been a certified dog trainer for 5 years and was a dog groomer for 7 years. I grew up in a family highly involved in dog training, conformation shows, agility, water trials, rally, and obedience trials. I would walk and bicycle not only my dogs but my neighbors’ as well. I have experience giving shots/medication if necessary. I currently work part-time and love to spend my evenings and weekends with dogs! Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I am available after 5pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are open 3:30 and later. Saturdays and Sundays are open all day. I will treat your fur babies as if they were mine—with the utmost care and respect. Their safety and well-being is very important to me.
