About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and other animals my entire life. As a current dog owner, I understand the daily needs and routines pets require. As a part-time Publix employee and full-time Auburn business student, I have flexible availability evenings and weekends. About: Throughout college, I volunteered regularly at the CARE Humane Society in Auburn, gaining hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’ve also spent many years looking after the pets of friends, neighbors, and family, beginning in high school and continuing through college. Alongside caring for my own pets growing up, I’ve held several ongoing pet-sitting roles, from daily care to extended stays, working with animals of various breeds, ages, and energy levels. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong skills in handling, supervising, and understanding the needs and behaviors of both dogs and cats. My schedule is very flexible as I am starting a new position that entails 15-25 hours a week, but the week by week changes. I am more than happy to work with your family as needed and am always free on weekends! I have a cat, Beans, who I take care of in my apartment. About: I’ve had animals for my whole life-from rabbits to dogs-and have pet sat for friends and family since I was 10. Should your pet need any medication or has a special routine, I can do it for you. I’ve given dogs and cats baths as well as trimmed their nails. If we have clear communication then I believe that anything can be done up to your, and my own, satisfaction while keeping your pet the happiest it can be. I will treat your pet like my own and they will be loved! I work part time, so I am pretty flexible! So long as we communicate, I can find a time to go visit with your fur baby! I can crate your pet if needed and let them out. If they have a special routine, let me know and I will adhere to it. I’ll send updates when I go to your home and will let you know when I leave. My updates will include: your animal’s demeanor, if they used the bathroom, how the routine went, and if I have any questions or concerns. I love playing with pets, so let me know where their toys are, and how they like to play, and I’ll make sure that we do that.
