“Jeff did a great job with our cat Gretzky. Gretzky is a 20 year old who has some special care needs and Jeff was able to give the cat medicine, feed him his special diet etc. We will definitely hire Jeff again as he is reliable and a good communicator who really likes cats. Highly recommended.”

“Sylvia was energetic and eager to meet and learn about caring for Cj. She was very much communicative and definitely made sure to adhere to Cj's needs and give him all the attention she could give. I couldn't be any more happier coming home to my old man Cj. I would seek her out again for pet care. Thank you!”

About: I have taken care of animals (mostly cats and dogs) for almost 10 years. I have helped multiple family and friends pets and are comfortable with feeding them meds, walking, and keeping them company, among many other things. Currently, pet sitting is my only job so I have tons of free time on my hands to help people out. It fills me with great joy to be able to be there for someone’s animal when they aren’t around. I prefer to keep the pets at the clients home because I know it is where they are most comfortable. I love being able to make myself comfortable while also looking after the pet.

About: I have been around every kind of animal since I was a kid but I have always favored dogs! I love every size and energy level of dog! I enjoy training and will be going to an accredited training program next year! I give my boss my hours every Saturday so if I know what you need by then hopefully I should be able to accommodate you! I have a fenced yard and 4 dogs that will mostly be separated from your dog! I will crate the dog when i’m not with them if that if what you would rather!

“Aura is amazing!! I could tell she really knew what she was doing by her thoughtful questions. She even asked permission to take my dog on a walk in the wilderness which i could tell he absolutely loved from the pictures!”

“Sarah is reliable, kind, and clearly loves what she does. My dog absolutely adores her and was so excited for their walks. I feel totally at ease knowing my pup is in such great hands. Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring walker!”

“Melissa was exceptional with my senior German Shepard. She sent us lots of pics and updates which we loved. Our pet was loved and cared for like she was Melissa’s. Recommend Melissa’s services 10/10”

“Cannot recommend her highly enough. I have a very high energy dog with a couple issues and my girl took to Monica like she was family the moment they met. Her regular updates and pictures put me at ease that both of them were having fun. This was my first Rover experience and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely recommend and book her again”

“Kay was wonderful! She came for a meet and greet the day before and Willy, our pup, instantly loved her. Me too! She took great care of our dog and was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Kay-she’s amazing!”

He is a loveable boy, he has some food aggression which has improved but is something we are always working on. Pistol is a 18 pound rescue, he came to us not like anyone , he would attack my wife at the blink of an eye, but with love and patience Pistol is now my wife's best buddy. I work full time Monday-Friday from 6a-3p. my weekends are free and clear. Can do holidays including all of the major ones like Thanksgiving and Christmas.. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have plenty of experience walking dogs of all sizes so this will not be an issue either.

About: I’ve been professionally dog sitting for over 6 years, but truth is, I’ve been a dog lover since forever. I grew up in a home where pets were family, and I treat every pup like one of my own. Whether your dog is high-energy, a total cuddlebug, or needs a little extra TLC, I’ve got the experience, patience, and love to keep tails wagging and hearts happy. Belly rubs and pupdates included! Pet care fits perfectly into my life—I work flexible side jobs, so I have tons of availability for your fur babies! Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I can make it happen. Animals bring me so much joy, and I truly love being able to work them into my daily routine. Taking care of pets isn’t a chore—it’s one of the best parts of my day! I care for pets like they’re my own, because that’s how I was raised! I follow your instructions to a T and always give extra love, attention, and care. Whether it’s belly rubs, playtime, quiet snuggles, or making sure they stick to their routine, I’m all about making your pet feel safe, loved, and totally comfortable while you’re away. I treat every visit like a privilege, and your pet’s happiness is always my top priority.

About: I adopted my dog 18 months ago. The love in my heart for this creature is indescribable. I work remotely and have great flexibility. Have had cats for years. I can provide frequent walks for your furry loved one/ I currently work remotely and have great flexibility. Typically anytime weekday or weekend as long as there is advance notice. I work best with routines but can certainly adapt to last minute needs as well. I can work with whatever system you currently have in place. I also have a dog friendly set up in my vehicle if transport is ever needed. Can take on hikes or a nice stroll around the neighborhood.

About: I have owned dogs for 40 years. I just recently lost my little Maltese. He was 16 years old and my best friend. Your dog will be treated like a grandchild when they are with me. One of my friends said that when she dies she wants to come back as one of my pets! I have the time and the experience to take care of your dog. I will try to accommodate your scheduling needs. If your dog requires a special diet that is not a problem. Once a week I roasted a chicken for my little guy. I just love their company. I look forward to the opportunity of spending time with them, playing, going for walks, and always having cuddle time. The house is just not the same without a dog around. I am retired so I have the flexibility to accommodate your booking and scheduling needs. No need to panic if you are delayed picking up your best friend. I adjust the day according to your dog's schedule. Your pet takes top priority. Since I only board one dog at a time (or 2 within the same family) your dog has my undivided attention all day. If your dog likes to cuddle on the couch or sleeps in your bed that is what he/she can do at my house. Before I accept a booking I require a Meet and Greet to determine if we are a good fit. I prefer small hypoallergenic breeds that do not shed. Your dog must be house broken, bathed prior to boarding, current on all vaccines, and must have had a flea and tic treatment. I also request that anything you bring into my house is clean and laundered, like blankets and beds, etc. Your pet will never be outside unattended or off leash. Your dog becomes a member of my family during their stay and will be cared for like my own. That's a promise!

About: I have had cats and dogs in my life since the age of 6. I have raised two dogs from puppies, and have a lot of experience with older dogs as my friends and family prefer to adopt. I work from home, so overnight or extended stays are no issue for me! I have a big fenced in yard where dogs can run and play, and I live in a quiet neighborhood that is great for dog walks. I am available on-call to take dogs for walks in their own neighborhoods as well! I love to play fetch and give some of the best scritches in town (just ask my dog) :)

“Amy was amazing with our two dogs. We don’t travel often because we don’t like leaving our pups and this was our first time using Rover. We could not be happier with how well our two pups were cared for. She sent daily checkins and photos. We definitely plan to use Amy again in the future.”

“I've known Shelley and Milo for years. Sad to say Milo has passed but I watched Shelley care for Milo as a young dog through his golden years and to the end. If Milo could speak, he would say she was the best -- always willing to hold the little guy when he wanted to be held, to pet him on demand and give him a treat when he asked for one -- she certainly was the best doggie mama ever! Every dog should be so lucky.”
