“Elaine is amazing with our Coco! We are so thrilled to have found her. She goes above and beyond on rainy days with our girl making sure her paws are clean when she comes inside. And that she has her rain coat on.”

“Karin was amazing, so sweet and took great care of my dog. We had 5 appointments with her. She spent time playing with him and giving him attention and I received several pictures in his rover card everyday. We will definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. I offer trustworthy pet care with a personal 1 on 1 touch! Senior animal or young animal your furry family member will be in good hands ! I’m currently working part-time. Which gives me plenty of time to love and care for your pets ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and always safe! I live a pretty active lifestyle, I love to go on runs/walks. I offer flexible & dependable dog sitting to give your pets the attention they deserve!
“I really appreciate their flexibility. Whether it is a Sunday morning, or a weekday evening they have been there for my furry little frenchie friend.”

About: I have been fortunate enough to have cared for both a cat and a dog through long and full lives; playing with them and giving attention in their younger, more robust years, and nurturing them during their elderly stage. Aside from that, I have cared for plenty of neighborhood pets throughout my life, ranging from simply taking a puppy for a walk or staying overnight and administering medication. I currently have a dog who is full of life and demanding of attention, which I am conditioned (and happy) to provide. I have a seasonal job allowing me the opportunity to work summers in various states at different National Parks. During the off time, I get some time to spend with my family and hopefully meet some new furry friends! While I am between jobs, I have wide open availability and endless time to share with your fur children. I love my own pets with my whole heart, and imagine you do as well! I take the responsibility of caring for your animals with incredible seriousness and sincerity, and that means making sure not to leave any doors or gates open or leave anything out that they can get into. If there are any other procedures you typically do as an extra step to keeping your dog safe, I am happy to do the same while they are in my car.
“Nate B. Is an amazing Rover, our meet and greet went well, and he communicated the whole weekend with us and sent multiple photos of their walks. We will definitely use Nate again when we are in the area.”

“Sherri is such a delight to have as our dog sitter. She cares for our pets as if they were her own. I’m never worried about leaving them while I’m out of town, and she makes my time away much more relaxing as I never have a concern. She’s attentive and keeps me updated on each visit! Highly recommend!”

“Katie - you are the best! You have a special way with Chispa and she has really taken to you. It is a great comfort to know she is in such good hands when I can't be there. Thank you!!!”
About: We’ve owned many dogs before. We travel frequently for longer periods of time so we can’t have another of our own in this season. We still want to fill the time we are home with a dog in the house and be able to help out families. I work from home and my husband is a teacher so he is home mid afternoon and each evening. We are in and out during the weekends. We live very close to a dog park if that is something your dog is interested in and love going on walks around the neighborhood. We love spending time outside in the backyard or cuddled on the couch. We also have plenty of space if your dog prefers to be in a crate or on its own.
“Kyleigh is the best. She worked very hard with our anxious pup and gained her trust. They’re best friends now and go on daily walks. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve taken care of my family dog since I was 15! I fully house trained her since she was a puppy and taught her all her tricks (the classic like sit, stay/come, speak, rollover). I have over 10 years experience with small dogs, and a few years of combined experience with larger dogs such as labs, pit-mixes, boxers, and even one giant Akita! I adopted a cat that I had the pleasure of caring for a few years- love snuggles or leaving her be when needed. I am a business owner and create my own schedule. I can make myself available early morning, late night, or any time in between with just a short bit of notice. I have experience and am capable in keeping large dogs apart when needed if you prefer your pup not interact with others while out and about. When working with ACPS, dogs are kept 10ft away from all other animals when outside the shelter. When working with reactive dogs, I do my best to take walking during less busy times around the neighborhood. My precious cat did not enjoy dogs as much as I do, so I know how to keep a calm house when everyone may not be so friendly!
“Sharon was great! This was our first time using Rover and I was a bit nervous, but she was so communicative and took good care of our pup while we traveled. We’ll definitely use Rover and request her again.”

“We needed a dog walker to assist my father-in-law who was caring for our little dog Freddie while we were on vacation for a week. Meg did a wonderful job - she was great with Freddie (who is blind) - he really liked her. She also accommodated my father-in-law and worked walks in around his schedule. She was a perfect fit - excellent communication and we got lots of pictures and videos! Highly recommend!”

About: I have taken care of my dogs and friends and families dogs since I can remember. I love all dogs and become every dogs favorite human I have a flexible routine that can adapt to any dog. If dogs don’t like company of other dogs, my dog can stay with my parents or at my condo and I will only watch them. But my dog was turned a service dog and spent 90 days at school and all though that time apart was tough he is the gentle boy that has made me a proud dog dad. Lame I know but when you have an 80 pound lab that stops at a snap and confronts everyone it is worth it. I have a fenced yard and a big house with multiple places to explore and make home in. It is just me and my girlfriend with my service lab and any dog would view this as a vacation. I hate leaving my dog but you can feel safe your best friend is in the best care and living their best life. Walks, belly rubs, games, non stop fun!!!
About: I am a recent college graduate from Florida Institute of Technology and I majored in marine biology. I am good with time management, always have a positive attitude, and love dogs. I have always grown up with dogs so I understand them very well. I’ve had different breed of dogs from small Maltese’s, large Australian Shepard’s, and active golden retrievers. I played collegiate soccer and I am a very active person, getting my exercise with dogs seems like the right way to do it. I have plenty of experience watching dogs for rover. I can’t wait to build relationships and meet some amazing dogs and people. I will love your fur babies as if they were my own! Your dog(s) will be in good hands.
About: Experienced doggy-foster mom 🥰 I've been caring for others' fur babies since I was about 10 years old. Dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards (OK, no fur but you get it), and more! I grew up in a home with lots of pets and have had a deep connection to animals for as long as I can remember. Recently I began fostering for Fur Sisters and it's been such a privilege to get to love on doggies in need. Currently though, I'm taking a break from fostering-- but I still need some furbabies to love so here I am!! Due long-term traveling I do from time to time, I can't have any of my own pets, so I fill that little hole in my heart by fostering and loving other peoples pets. I am experienced with all size dogs as well as animals that require medication, and even hospice care. I own my own home, have a large fenced yard and lots of great walking trails by my house! There are currently no kids or animals in the home. I work virtually from home, so weather you are looking to have your pets stay with me or want me to come to you, lots of love and attention is guaranteed 🥰🥰 I'm currently working remotely and spend most of the day at home. I love working in the backyard on my laptop and it's a perfect place for a doggie to join me and chill! My neighborhood is full of great walking trails, so having a dog with me is the perfect excuse to take a break and go for a walk. For home-stays, I have a large, fenced backyard. There are numerous walking trails and dog parks in my neighborhood for the doggies that like to get out and about! There are no kids or pets living here.
About: We are a family of 3 people who really want to add a dog as a family member but unable to take on the financial responsibility at this time so this might be the next best thing, just genuine love for your pets, no special skills at this time. Currently work from home and have the ability to be very present with your dog. My 2 children have been reminding me that I promised them a dog by the time my son turns 10 and my daughter is 8. I'm just not ready to find my forever dog yet- My son is now 11 and daughter is ready to turn 9 right after Christmas and we have loved having your dogs as a part of our family while you're away! In my home, treating them like our own part of the family. We are a playful family and we like getting out of the house on walks and do things like Riverside Arts Market and the beach. In your home, will follow your guidelines and be just as loving and attentive
Atlantic Highlands dog parents share their Rover experiences
Nate is very professional, and very pleasant to work with. From the video and photos that he sent me I could see he and my pup got along well. It was very cold outside, but Nate was still ready and willing to take my pup out. I had a wonderful experience with him in. He will be my number one walker.

I highly recommend Nicole! She dog sat and walked my boy Pippin, and she was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly trustworthy, kind, and has such a great personality. She was very attentive, and it was clear Pippin loved her right away. Knowing my dog was in such good hands gave me total peace of mind. I’ll definitely be using Nicole again, she’s truly wonderful!

Kayla is amazing!! I have booked with her twice and she is very friendly and communicative. I enjoy her updates and visit pictures she sends. My two dogs look so happy after her visit and are always grateful for an after walk treat. Will definitely be booking with her again, thanks Kayla :)

Mackenna is an exceptionally thorough, patient, and professional caregiver. She is reliable, experienced, and possesses excellent communication skills. Mackenna has taken wonderful care of both of my dogs—Indy, a female Doberman, and Oakley, a male Boxer. Both are high-energy and require plenty of exercise, attention, and patience, all of which Mackenna provides with genuine care and enthusiasm. Indy, in particular, is a rescue and tends to be nervous around new people. Mackenna has been incredibly understanding and gentle in helping her feel safe and comfortable. Her ability to build trust and connect with animals is truly impressive. I have complete peace of mind knowing my dogs are in her capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend Mackenna to anyone looking for a responsible and caring pet professional.
