About: Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa. 🤗 What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat every pet like family. I’m patient, attentive, adaptable, and especially comfortable with senior pets, anxious animals, and pets who need extra patience or specialized care. I have personal experience caring for a senior cat with diabetes, which has taught me how important consistency, observation, and attention to detail are when caring for an aging pet or one with additional needs. I’m comfortable following detailed feeding routines, medication instructions, and individualized care plans. I’m also very calm and capable in a crisis. If something unexpected happens, I don’t panic. I assess the situation, follow the appropriate steps, communicate with the owner, and make sure the pet’s safety comes first. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to stay level-headed when you’re not there. Above all, I pay attention to the little things: changes in appetite, bathroom habits, energy, behavior, and overall mood. I want every pet to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their person is away, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you never feel out of the loop. 🐾💛⭐️🤗✨ As an actress and social media content creator, my schedule is very flexible and currently quite open, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m able to work my days around their routines, whether that means walks, feedings, playtime, medication, or simply keeping them company. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and having a flexible schedule means I’m not constantly rushing off to another commitment. Your pet can get plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. Basically, I’m happy to let your pet be my boss. 😂🐾 Whether your pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. In my home, I give pets time to become familiar with the surroundings and neighborhood rather than overwhelming them. I pay close attention to their stress levels, body language, appetite, energy, and behavior so I can adjust their care to what they’re communicating. When house sitting, I treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. Along with caring for your pets, I’m happy to handle everyday things like tending to gardens, taking out the trash, doing dishes, bringing in mail, and keeping the home tidy. About: I grew up surrounded by animals on my Granny’s farm, so caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In my own home, we had three dogs and four cats, and animals were never just pets, they were family. My mom was a veterinary technician for 15 years, and she regularly brought home injured or recovering animals that needed rehabilitation. Through that experience, I learned how to safely handle pets in all kinds of situations and environments. She passed down extensive hands-on knowledge to me, including how to recognize warning signs, respond calmly in emergencies, and administer medications. I’ve even assisted with IV fluids for a dog when needed. Because of this background, I’m comfortable caring for pets who may need extra patience, medical attention, or routine based care. I bring more experience than the average sitter and take your pet’s safety, comfort, and while still giving them plenty of love, attention, and reassurance I have an open and flexible schedule, so I’m able to give pets plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m available for early mornings, mid-day visits, evenings, and weekends. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay in the environment where they feel safest and most comfortable. I follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special care instructions. About: We are a family of 3 people who really want to add a dog as a family member but unable to take on the financial responsibility at this time so this might be the next best thing, just genuine love for your pets, no special skills at this time. Currently work from home and have the ability to be very present with your dog. My 2 children have been reminding me that I promised them a dog by the time my son turns 10 and my daughter is 8. I'm just not ready to find my forever dog yet- My son is now 11 and daughter is ready to turn 9 right after Christmas and we have loved having your dogs as a part of our family while you're away! About: We’ve owned many dogs before. We travel frequently for longer periods of time so we can’t have another of our own in this season. We still want to fill the time we are home with a dog in the house and be able to help out families. I work from home and my husband is a teacher so he is home mid afternoon and each evening. We are in and out during the weekends. We live very close to a dog park if that is something your dog is interested in and love going on walks around the neighborhood. We love spending time outside in the backyard or cuddled on the couch. We also have plenty of space if your dog prefers to be in a crate or on its own.
