“Cassandra was amazing with my little parrot, Mochi. She was originally only supposed to check-in on her once a day for about two weeks, but this got extended to a total of a month because I was diagnosed with cancer really unexpectedly and had to get surgery. Thanks to Cassandra, I felt 100% comfortable about Mochi's health, happiness, and well-being!”

“Allison has come 2 times now to take care of our 4 pets. She has been amazing! I have anxiety about leaving my animals and I feel at ease while she is there. She leaves such great detailed information about the visits and she takes great care in watching our animals. I am hoping she is always around to watch our animals!”
“Eleanor was exceptional! Sweet, personable and eager to learn how to give our kitty her insulin injections! She came to our house 4 times on her own to practice and make sure we were both comfortable. She learned and practiced outside of our scheduled vacation times! Our kitty has multiple issues that were all handled with love and compassion. I can’t believe we found such an angel! Absolutely amazing. I will use her again and again and recommend her to everyone I know❤️”
“It was truly excellent experience working with Michelle. Her detail-oriented and personalized care to our two cats made our vacation stress free. Michelle is a great communicator. One of our cats is diabetic and Michelle was able to approach Honey and give him medication injections. The other cat is super timid but Michelle was able to win Tomas’s trust. We will definitely have Michelle take care of our cats in the future.”

“Nora is super responsive and respectful. She instantly connected with my dog when they met for the first time. And she is very detailed in her notes. She was even kind enough to bring my garbage bin back in on a particularly windy day.”

“We booked Jacob with a short notice. Great first impression during the meet-and-greet and took great care of our dogs. House looks good when we returned and dogs are well taken care of. Highly recommend, will definitely book again in the future.”
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats of my own and have done lots of pet sitting for my friends and family: Cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. I worked at a veterinary office for 6 years until I became a physical therapist. I love all animals and will treat yours as I would my own. I’m currently still working as a physical therapist, and I plan to retire in October 2026. But my current schedule is such that I have days where I go in late or come home early so I can accommodate overnight pet sitting or dog walking. I prefer to do overnight pet sitting in your home, as that is what your pet is used to and will feel more comfortable with. I will follow any instructions you give me and abide by any pet rules you have in your home. I will give them lots of love!!
About: I am very proud to be a "fear free handler". That's a big thing for me, if an animal is uncomfortable, I am 100% uncomfortable along with them.. learning their little quirks and finding ways to do things in the best way possible for that specific animal is what I do and I absolutely love doing it. I promise your animal will be cared for deeply while in my care. My passion has always been working with animals, providing them with the care and respect they deserve and I have extensive experience in the field. I’ve worked in horse barns, animal shelters, and dog boarding facilities, and I’m skilled in administering all types of medications, including insulin. Whether it’s feral cats or reactive dogs, I have the patience and expertise to help them adjust and thrive, including building trust with new people. I understand how intimidating change can be for animals, and I’m dedicated to making those transitions as smooth as possible. I’ve dedicated countless unpaid hours to caring for animals, driven solely by my love and commitment to their well-being. When you entrust me with your pet, I promise to care for them as if they were my own, providing compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication in every situation. I am pretty open with my schedule. I will love your babies like my own. I do work mon-thurs 3-9pm and Saturday 11-4. I am a perfectionist. If you tell me you want something done in a specific way or at a certain time, please let me know!! I'd be more than happy to jump through hoops to give your baby(s) what they need when and how they need it. I will put your animal above everything else, that's what I'm paid for and that's what I love doing.
About: I have 2 dogs myself, springer spaniels who are full of personality and energy. My pet sitting experience has been going on for almost more than 6 years now. On many accounts I have stayed for a week at a time to dog sit. I have watched all kinds of dogs from a French Bulldog to a Bernese mountain dog. I love nothing more than to spend time with dogs whether it’s walking them or just hanging out with them! I live in Appleton in the summer and winter for winter break, and in the fall and spring I live in De Pere! I am a sophomore at St. Norbert College and I am on the women's soccer team. On M/W/F I have classes from 9-1, on T/Th I have class from 8-11:30. I can definitely work around those times!! My dogs are home are extremely spoiled, so that carries over to whichever dog I get to pet sit. Little things like making sure they are walked/exercised everyday, water is filled, and a healthy amount of treats :)
About: I've always loved animals. I've helped to walk my families dogs since I was a kid and have always loved hanging out with furry friends. I currently work a full time job but have the weekends free to spend lots of time with your pet. I also have plenty of time on weeknights to still give your baby some love. Keeping your pet feeling comfortable and safe in their home with a new person is extremely important. I seek to provide a stable, as close to normal routine for your pet while you're away.
“Tara was wonderful! She took great care of Ruby while we were away and even went above and beyond by checking on our chickens for us. It was such a relief knowing everyone was in good hands. We’ll absolutely be using Tara again!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10, starting with the pup I grew up with—walking, feeding, bathing, and of course, cuddling. That’s when I fell in love with the joy dogs bring. These days, I still care for my parents’ dogs and figured… why not spread the love?♥️🐶 I’m currently working part-time. I am available anytime after 4 pm during the weekdays. On the weekends, I currently have open availability for your pups! Your dog’s safety and comfort come first. I provide a calm, loving environment where pups can relax, play, and feel right at home. Crating is available if need, and I offer regular walks to keep your dog happy and active. You can count on me to treat your pet like family— with trust, patience, and lots of care. 🐾
About: I’ve been around animals all my life, currently have a dog and have been around cats, reptiles, and fish. I’ve taken care of my animals and others animals for over 12 years. I am a quick learner so if there is a medication routine or different things needed for your pet it won’t be a problem. I will love your pets as if they were mine! During the summer I am off of school and work as a nanny. During the school year I am a teacher and can help after school and weekends. As for summer, I don’t work all day everyday I can provide morning and afternoon drop ins, walks as needed and don’t mind staying over to watch your pets. I will not be able to have any animals at my home but I will follow all of your instructions for your animals when I stay at your house or do drops and walks. My dog requires specific care and I will take that seriously in your home as well.
About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life family and friends pets and enjoy playing and taking care of them when needed love dogs of all sizes I’m currently working full time but love animals and helping with them where I can. Going on walks or just throwing a ball around I can do it all. Whether your fur baby likes to lounge around or be active I enjoy both and with 3 children at home keeping track and cleaning up after them is a regular past time of mine.

Your pets will get plenty of belly rubs, backyard zoomies in my fenced yard, and lots of love and attention. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ashwaubenon
Sarah and her daughter were absolute angels. We had a bit of a last minute booking and ended up having to reschedule the booking: Sarah was more than flexible and was able to work with us to resolve the issue. Our pup was in great hands and was cared for beyond our expectations. Sarah was very attentive to all the information and requests we provided and we were provided a detailed update after the booking. 1000/10 would recommend for other pet owners looking to be sure their furry family member receives the best care.

We are new to the area and needed some care for our dogs. We had a great meet-and-greet with Brittany and the dogs. She came to our home when we asked, took care of giving the dogs outside time and kept us posted on the visit. We will definitely be using her again.

Faith is a true blessing to our home & family. Our girls LOVE her and we are so happy to have found someone who is attentive and caring while we are gone. Our home was spotless upon returning and our girls healthy & happy. Thank you so much Fawn. We can’t wait to have you over again…Sami & Cabo can’t wait to see you again too! 🐶🐶

Am I a great arrived at the check-in nice and early like I requested. When she had trouble with the door getting in she called me and I helped her get in. That was fine. Seems like the dogs really enjoyed her from the pictures that she sent I will be considering her in the future for other dog help.

Ella responded quickly to my service request and set up the meet and greet so we could connect on the details of Maisy care. I appreciated Ella’s confidence about caring for Maisy, she asked questions to be sure she understood the details I was sharing. I will be reaching out again when I need Maisy care!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
