Hello, I appreciate you reading my profile. I currently have 4 dogs and they are absolutely my babies. I have been on Rover since 2019 however I’ve been taking care of neighbors pets and other family friends pets since I was about 10/12 years old. I spent a good year and a half also working for a doggie daycare- so I have a lot of experience. Not only with dogs but cats, fish, & birds too. Willing to learn others as well if needed :) Rover has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing people. Unfortunately this isn’t my full-time job. I do work away from the home week days from 8am to 4pm. I am a great house sitter for weekends! We don’t often board in my home anymore however we will make an exception for the right new friend. :) Please know rover not only fees you but also me. It’s a real bummer. I do require meet and greets ahead of time. This makes sure we are both comfortable before your time away. The more notice of the pet sit the better. I try to keep my rover calendar up to date but sometimes it slips my mind. Between rover and private clients I have been filing up fast recently. Any questions feel free to reach out :)

This is the first time we had used Rover. Alex was a wonderful fit for our family. She came for a meet and greet, communicated before, during and after, and was very active. She stayed with our dogs the whole time and provided updates. Our dogs were very relaxed and stress free while we were gone. We will definitely ask for Alex again.

Alex was so sweet! She provided updates and photos regularly, and followed our instructions to a T. We knew our girls were in great hands.
This was the first time we booked a pet sitter through Rover. I was nervous about leaving our pets (2 corgis & 2 cats) and home in the hands of a stranger. Alex was fantastic though from our initial meeting through our 9 day trip. She met with us twice before our vacation to ensure we were comfortable and to become better acquainted with our pets and their needs. She asked us how often we’d like to be contacted during our trip with updates. Being our first time using her services, I requested every day. She contacted me every day like clockwork. She sent pictures and cute stories about her time with our pets. When we returned home, we found a very kind letter describing her time with our pets and how much she enjoyed them. I highly recommend Alex! We will definitely be asking Alex to pet sit for us in the future.

Schedule
Always available after 4pm during the week and I have open availability on the weekends. I always have my phone with me and am able to keep responsive times fast.

Safety, trust & environment
Nearby park, sidewalks around the neighborhood for walks, we have a gate area in our own yard but we also don’t mind taking them out on a leash.
Pets
A typical day
We have sidewalks and a park nearby. They can play with my three wild pups as well. There will never be a dull moment. Unless of course nap time is needed. Always have access to multiple water dishes and plenty of potty breaks
