Hi, I’m Melanie! 🐾 I’m a full-time pet sitter and dog walker with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I started pet sitting through Rover in 2019 and transitioned to full-time pet care in 2022 — and I truly love what I do! I’m a wife, mom of two boys, and cat mom to three cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets like family. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, anxious, or needs a little extra patience and attention, I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs and routine. I have experience with: • Dogs of all sizes and energy levels • Cats (including multi-cat households) • Senior pets and special-needs pets • Puppies and kittens • Bunnies, guinea pigs, birds, chickens, and other unique pets Before pet sitting full-time, I spent nearly 10 years as a print technician and was a department lead for over a year. That experience taught me the importance of reliability, communication, organization, and attention to detail — all things I now bring into my pet care business every day. When caring for your pets, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping you updated with plenty of communication and cute photos along the way! Melanie has been taken care of our cats for a few years and she is so reliable, on time and caring with our cats.
Melanie did a great job taking care of my guinea pigs while we were traveling. She was very easy to work with and followed the care instructions. She also brought in some surprise packages that arrived while we were out.
Even with the blizzard blowing, Melanie showed up!
Melanie has been great to work with and takes such good care of my dog!
Melanie always does an amazing job, she is my go to for watching my kitties every time I go away.
