“It's kind of a big deal to leave your pet with a stranger. I am so happy to report that I now have a trusted person to give love to my dog when I have to go away for work. Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. I missed my pup so Anika even texted pictures over the weekend when she took him for walks. I will happily use Anika again the next time I need day or night care for Baron! Definitely recommend.”

About: Ever since I was little I’ve helped out with the care of my own family pets and our neighbors and friends as well. I have always LOVED animals and I’ve never found a cat or dog that doesn’t like me. In my past I’ve been in charge of walking and exercising dogs, feeding and watering dogs, and providing an abundance of love! As of now I just graduated college and spent a month abroad in Europe. I am looking for part time work and my schedule is completely open (: I live in an all adult household on 6 acres of land. There are fenced areas where your animal could roam safety, and in the non fenced areas, I’m happy to keep your fur baby on leash and prevent any accidents. About: I’ve always had a love for animals and have had my fair share of dog sitting experience for friends, neighbors and in addition to babysitting (which is a challenge in itself). I’ve grown up around dogs and cats and would love to help in any way I can! I’m currently working a 48/96 schedule so I have consistent rotating days but am available most week days for extra help or on some weekends! I have an apartment within walking distance to parks and am on the first level so it is easily accessible for older pups. I don’t have a fenced yard.

I am available on short notice and will have very flexible hours in June, July, and August. About: I recently had two rescue heeler mixes. We competed in agility, and did herding, barn hunt, and parkour. I loved to hike, walk, run, and be active with my dogs. Now that they're gone, I have an open space in my heart for time with yours. I walk and run or hike several days out of the week. I'd love to bring your well-behaved dog along for their enjoyment and my company! Because I live up a steep gravel driveway, I prefer to meet in town or at your place to take your dog for a walk or run. But if they need to come to my place for sitting, I have a fenced yard with some agility equipment. I also have a dog door, to let them have free access to my .5 acre fenced yard. I do have a cat, so if your dog comes to my place, it will have to get along with her.

About: I have plenty of experience petting sitting for friends & family. I've looked after both dogs & cats, and my responsibilities included going for walks, feeding pets, hanging out and spending time with them, and giving medication. I also cared for my senior dog, who passed when she was 15 and requires intensive attention and care. I'm currently a part-time wellness coach, which allows my schedule to be fairly open! I'm available during the week & weekends, from 6am-5pm, and nights if schedules align. I give pets lots of cuddles & loving, if that's something they are willing to receive. Also, make sure I give a safe space for them and a warm environment to make them comfortable. I love to play fetch with them, take them on nature walks (I find that most dogs LOVE nature), and give them time to get their energy out and have fun!
