About: I grew up with 6 pit bulls, taking sun baths with them in my backyard. I’ve volunteered in SF SPCA and donate monthly. My best friend aka Herita is a rescue, she’s been with me for over 3 years now. I believe animals have taught me how to love unconditionally and responsibly. Calm, trust and safety are my top priorities. I hope you give me the chance to connect with you and your fur baby/ babies. I work from home. I normally take Hera on a walk every morning for about 30 mins. Come back and hit the gym. After that I’m free. I can always head over in the am, afternoon or evenings. I have a fenced yard, Herita is spayed and loves to play with other dogs. Her bff is a 3 y/o Doberman. Which I take care of a couple of times a week (take her out on walks and feed her)
About: Take care of dogs part time for friends for many years. I have formed special bonds with them and love to see their excitement when they come over. No one throws a party for you when you get home like a dog. I love training puppies and taking them for walks and playing with them as well. I work/consult from home, occasionally need to leave for a couple hours to go to the gym or the store. I’m pretty active and like to go on daily walks. I’m willing to come over and take your dog out for a walk if they are comfortable with me doing so. If you’re able to bring the dogs to my home for an extended stay, I will provide a loving safe environment for them, with frequent potty breaks and one to two long walks per day. I’ll follow your instructions on what is best for your pet.

Amber helped me by watching my two little doggies for back to back 12 hour days! My sitter at my departure city fell through and I had to bring my doggies to the SF area, but had nonstop events where I couldn’t have the dogs. She was a life saver! She was super communicative and nice. A great experience.
I was visiting from out of town and needed someone to watch my dog. I met Cindy and her husband and they were so friendly and accommodating. I ended up leaving my dog bowie with them for several hours. He was in a great mood when I returned and I knew he had a good time. He played with 2 other dogs and went on a long walk. I will definitely book with Cindy when I am in town again. I know I wont have to worry about bowie. They did a great job!
Tamara was so thoughtful and helped me out with my pup on a days notice. She’s got a great, fenced yard and her energy is very calming. Her sweet pup Sidney is also wonderful. I felt very good leaving my Popcorn with her while I was at work. We will definitely be seeing Tamara again. 💚
Sydney is caring and a dog and cat mom herself. She can keep your pet totally separate from her animals in her studio garage that has been converted to a pet suite for multiple day stays. There's a loveseat and plenty of floor space. She has a small rear patio area for sniffing and potty breaks. She is happy to take short or long walks with your dog and can do hills. Stella feels safe with Sydney and that means the world to me as I am at work all day.
Angel is an amazing pet sitter! She sent me plenty of photos and updates, which gave me great peace of mind. She was also very accommodating with last-minute changes, which I really appreciated. I would definitely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable pet care.
As a first time Rover user, we hit the jackpot with Juliana and Katherine. It was our pup’s first experience at daycare (he thought it was a play date); and he had so much fun and adventure. He was so excited to go the next day that he pulled me up the stairs to their house. He had two sweet pups to play with and a fun yard to explore. Alexandra was a lifesaver! She was able to watch my two dogs last minute while I went out to dinner with my family, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Since I don’t live in Alameda, it was really important for me to find someone I felt completely comfortable with—and Alexandra exceeded all expectations. Jason and his wife are some of the nicest people. They took good care of my pups during their stay. Kept me updated and very accommodating. I ran into some last minute work situations on the day of my pups' stay and was going to be late to our agreed and planned pick up time. Jason accommodated to my late arrival request and assured me the pups will be well taken care of in the extra hour. Will definitely come back should I ever need a sitter again!
