We love all dogs, as much as we love our own. We lost the absolute love of our lives, our 14 year old boxer Dakota, February of 2025. She has a mountain of stuffed animals waiting to be played with. About: Caring for your dog is as if he’s mine: his safety, comfort, hygiene, diet and well being is a must. I send updates and cute pictures of your dog in a consistently basis. My business acumen helps me be a multitasker, have awareness to surroundings, have foresight, and staying calm. I do respond to texts pretty quickly. I have a happy, friendly 15 year old dog that your dog can play with. I am self-employed and my schedule is flexible. Could adjust lifestyle depending on pet care needs. Possibly already similar to caring for my own elderly dog. I make sure I know about any health issues, medications, dietary restrictions, vet name. Dog has his ID at all times and well attached to his collar/leash when outside. Walk with a short leash for control. Limit socializing with unfamiliar dogs for safety. In the home, I make sure im aware where the dogs are most of the time.

About: I'm a very responsible middle-aged woman who works from home and would be happy to care for your fur baby. Eventually I'll get a dog of my own! Our household consists of me and my partner, Rocky. We both grew up with pets, but currently don't have any. I work about 15-25 hours a week from home so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks around the neighborhood and trips to the Alameda dog park. My partner and I are homebodies and enjoy spending time working on our house and gardening. I have a fenced in yard and several rooms of my house can be sectioned off to allow for large spaces to hang out, if the dog needs it's own space. I also have plenty of room to set up a crate. I do not have any pets. I would love to get a dog, but I travel to Vancouver 4 times a year to visit my mom in long term care and occasionally I have to travel for a week or more for work and I don't want to leave a pet for that long. My partner goes to the office Monday - Friday.

My best friend aka Herita is a rescue, she’s been with me for over 3 years now. I believe animals have taught me how to love unconditionally and responsibly. Calm, trust and safety are my top priorities. I hope you give me the chance to connect with you and your fur baby/ babies. I work from home. I normally take Hera on a walk every morning for about 30 mins. Come back and hit the gym. After that I’m free. I can always head over in the am, afternoon or evenings. I have a fenced yard, Herita is spayed and loves to play with other dogs. Her bff is a 3 y/o Doberman. Which I take care of a couple of times a week (take her out on walks and feed her)

About: I managed a pet sitting service for 4 years with more than 400 clients and owned my own pet sitting service for 2 years, providing above and beyond pet care: dog walking, boarding, overnight house sitting, cat sitting, and other small pet care. I also take great pictures of your pets and provide detailed notes while you're away! As a pet owner myself, I know first hand how hard it is to leave your pets at home. If I am to stay at your home, I can also take care of daily house duties like rotating lights, bringing in mail/packages, and watering plants. (I'm a skilled plant owner as well!) I'm trained in pet CPR and first aid and am skilled at recognizing dog behavioral cues. While I'm not a trainer, I'm happy to work with your dog on existing commands and basic commands. I have a very flexible, remote job and will prioritize your pet and it's needs! I take my own dog for hikes, and play dates 3-4 times a week (on top of regular walks!) and look forward to having your dog join our pack! I have a dog of my own who loves to play. Ideally, Panda can come stay with me in your home or your dog must get along with mine. I do provide a crate should your dog prefer that in my home.

We then take a quick walk during lunch to stretch our legs and say hi to our friends at Rocky’s. After work we love to be in nature and hit the trails or parks to get some steps in! After dinner I love nothing more than to cuddle with the pups on my couch before bed! We have an outdoor deck that the dogs always have access to. Mostly serves as a sunbathing lounge 😎. The deck is also equipped with grass patches for easy potty breaks. Your pup with have the company of my dog, Penelope. She is a playful and well behaved French bulldog. I have a robust routine for her to keep her healthy and prevent her from being affected from her predisposed IVDD. I can easily incorporate any special needs or request that your day may need.

About: Our pets are family. My approach is a balance of attention and simple structure that makes for happy socialization. My partner and I have always had cats and dogs and I have experience with everything from puppyhood to the special healthcare challenges of senior pets (including administration of oral meds and injected insulin) I work from home part-time and with a very flexible schedule. If staying with us, in addition to walks, your doggie will have full access to the yard during the day to sunbathe and play. If house sitting at yours, I will be on hand with your pet at a minimum in the morning, for a few hours mid-day, and then all evening and night. Please note that I can book a maximum of 5 nights if staying at your place. We have a large fenced yard and two small, friendly pups (9lb young female Yorkie and 12lb female Coton de Tulear) to play with. "The girls" are not crated at night, but I am happy to set up your pup's normal sleeping area if staying with us. For dog walking, I do adventures with priority given to clients located in Oakland's Laurel, Dimond, Maxwell Park, and Redwood Heights neighborhoods. I primarily do individual dog walks, but I can also bring along my girls for some pup socialization for walk time if you would like. I do not do big dog pack walks.
