About: Beyond the care for my own personal doggies, I have 5 years of experience working at a premier doggy day care and boarding facility, Camp Bow Wow. Here, I cared for many dogs at once all varying in breeds, size and ages. I was responsible for supervising play time, feeding, administering medications, basic grooming and cleaning. I have also had experience with my own personal pet care boarding service out of my home where I have mostly cared for dogs in my home but have house/farm sat for clients. I'm currently in veterinary school so my schedule can be sparse at times. Justin is an author who’s had pets his whole life, starting with a sweet cat named China, who had a litter of kittens he raised until their passing. About: I have grown up with pets all my life, starting at the age of 7. My family currently has three dogs (one small and two medium) that I care for regularly. I am able to walk the three on a lease comfortably and have played a large role in training them. Although I prefer dogs, I grew up with a cat that I loved and cared for. I am able to provide compassion and care to a variety of pet personalities. With years of experience caring for cats and dogs, I understand how important it is to find a sitter/ walker you can trust. Whether your pet needs playtime, a dependable routine or just company, I’m here to provide loving and reliable care. I just received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May and am currently studying for the licensure exam that will be at the end of July. My availability is open as I have the freedom to adjust my study schedule as needed. I care for pets in their home by meeting them where they are at; literally and personality wise. With three dogs of my own at home, I am unable to watch your pet outside of their home. In caring for your pet in their environment it helps reduce stress and attempt to maintain any form of routine they have. I am considerate of multiple personalities and consciously make an effort to accommodate the pets needs. With dogs I have watched in the past, I attempt to give them familiarity with their routine, within mine and their comfort. I walk familiar roads/paths, feed them on their schedule (if possible) and attain to any of their needs. I will use any devices/ equipment you typically use and will prioritize safety outside the home (using leases, collars, etc.).

About: I have wanted to be a veterinarian since I was younger so I have always surrounded myself with animals. I am a current veterinary student at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine and will be graduating in 2029 with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. As a future veterinarian, I will provide the upmost care and love to your pet as if they were my own. I am currently working part time at an emergency veterinary hospital, doing 12 hour shifts three times a week. My availability is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week. My experience in the veterinary field has allowed me to gain skills to care for pets with a variety of needs. About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. About: I currently have a cat and a dog of my own, but I have always had at least one pet ever since I was a kid. I love working with dogs to train them, as well as spending lots of time cuddling and playing. I am comfortable grooming dogs. I love pets of all ages, but I have a soft spot for senior pets. I currently work as a caregiver all day Mondays and Tuesdays. I also draw and work on art a lot in my free time. I participate in various art markets and exhibitions throughout the year, but have a lot of free time aside from those days. I don't have a fenced in yard and I have a dog and a cat so I typically don't offer to host other pets at my home, but I am happy to spend some time with your pets in their own home where they should feel the most comfortable. I can take dogs on long or short walks, take them to a dog park, or just spend time with them at your house. I can bathe, brush, play, and cuddle your dogs. I am not a certified trainer, but I can work on simple commands and behavior modification. It's up to you how you prefer I help take care of your pet!

While my long term goals are more focused on conservation, I've found that dogs bring me back to my roots and give me such joy, and I hope to return that favor. I have a BS in Biology and Animal Behavior, Ecology & Conservation. In total, I have about 10 years of professional dog-related experience in various settings. I've also worked in a zoo, a veterinary clinic, a dairy farm, and on a horse farm. I have two years experience with dog boarding, and three years experience in dog daycares. I have also been employed as a dog bather, and can perform services such as nail trims and ear cleanings, among others. I have about five years experience in training and I am certified in pet first aid. In my free time, I love hiking and photography, and I'd love to take your kiddo(s) along for an adventure!
