“If you want your cats or dogs to be treated as well as you treat them while you are gone then pick Tracy. I was skeptical inviting a stranger into my home and entrusting them with the precious lives and well-being of my kitties that had never been left so long. She took impeccable care of them and went above and beyond my expectations each and every day. She sent multiple pictures each visit so I could see for myself how well they were doing. Tracy is truly an animal lover so you can trust her with your babies.”

“Whitney has cared for our cat twice now. She always sent photos to make us feel at ease with leaving our cat and knowing she was being taken care of. She would spend time with her and play with her toys.”

“Michele was absolutely fantastic! She really cares about cats and went above and beyond to make sure our shy kitty was comfortable enough to come out and play. Michele also took great initiative to keep the place clean of all cat mess. We really appreciate how sweet and wonderful she was with our fur baby.”

“Lauren has watched our two cats a few times now and is always reliable and communicative! She’s come through last minute as well which was super helpful. Our cats are always loved on and well fed when we’re away.”
“We were very happy with Patricia's care when we booked drop-in visits for our dog with her! She replied promptly, was very friendly, and it was easy to schedule visits with her. During the visits, she gave us very thorough updates including photos of our pup! We would use her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone!”

“Leah did a wonderful job taking care of our 3 cats while we were gone for Thanksgiving. She did a phenomenal job caring for our cats and spending quality time with them. Our house was left in good shape and clean. We’ve hired Leah many times before and she doesn’t disappoint. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies.”

About: I have years of experience caring for animals in my hometown of Athens, Georgia. I grew up in a close-knit community where friends and community members solicited me countless times for pet-sitting services. I have provided services ranging from check-ins and walks, stay-in visits for days at a time, and boarding. I have cared for pets of all shapes and sizes, including elderly pets and pets with disabilities. I have a flexible schedule that I will make work around you, and I will always commit to providing the most loving care for your pets. I’m currently working only part-time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet! I do not have a car, so transportation is mostly by foot or metro, but I’m happy to go just about anywhere for a pet. I am very patient with pets, and like to give them plenty of time to establish trust with me when meeting for the first time. I like to work with incentives such as treats and verbal cues.
About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

About: Hi there! We’re Justin and Esther—animal lovers with years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. Justin is an author who’s had pets his whole life, starting with a sweet cat named China, who had a litter of kittens he raised until their passing. Today, we care for Lunae Lux, our energetic Siberian Husky, and Fayth, Justin’s affectionate cat. For Esther, being surrounded by animals was always a dream—and marrying Justin made it a reality. It’s allowed her to bond deeply with both Lunae and Fayth, fulfilling her lifelong wish to share her days with furry companions. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or training, we’re passionate about giving every pet the care and love they deserve. Animals are the first and most important priority of the day, afternoon and night. They are like children in that aspect, or fur children as people say. My cat and dog get along very well. I have trained my Siberian Husky to be more understanding and caring to smaller animals such as cats.
