About: I have taken care of pets professionally for 3 years in a boarding facility, while being an animal lover my entire life. I have 3 fur babies of my own and will take care of your babies like they’re my babies! :) Pet care is my #1 passion in life and I am able to dedicate 7 days a week; 24hr care, drop ins, or walks. Very flexible! I have 3 years experience working in a kennel boarding facility where I was trained to read body language, give medications, food measurements, potty breaks including 4 minute drills in extreme weather, health observing, and of course comfort in form of play, cuddles, baby talk, treats, training practicing, ect.

About: I have loved and cared for pets all of my life! Throughout high school, I volunteered several hours at a local animal shelter until I was old enough to work for them. After several years and life changes, I am currently a dog bather at a local salon. In addition to sitting, check-ins, and walks, I offer basic grooming services (nail trim/grinds, ear cleaning, and brushing. Bath/Dry services TBA) I work part time Wednesday through Sunday midday. I will be available for services those same days. I am NOT available Sunday evenings through Tuesday evenings. I cannot accommodate pets in my home as I have pets of my own. I am flexible and able to accommodate most needs in a client’s home.

About: Hello! I'm Karissa, and I've been an animal lover ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, my parents ran a pet shop, so I had the pleasure of being surrounded by all sorts of critters. Because of this upbringing, I've had the joy of caring for a wide range of animals, getting to know their unique needs and keeping them healthy and happy. In my own little family, we currently have three sweet cats and a playful puppy who's just six months old. We live in the lovely countryside near Festus, with a whole acre of land securely fenced for our furry pals to explore. We even have a pool, and you can trust us when we say we take pool safety seriously! We love a good game of fetch or tug of war and have been really getting into positive reinforcement training. I also have previous training experience working with young puppies so i’m able to work with them as well. :) I’m working currently part-time and only have classes a couple days a week for an hour. I’m very flexible and available on an as needed basis for you and your fur babies! Safety is my number one priority. I will never put your fur babies in harms way or put them in uncomfortable situations. I treat each pup as if they were my own. I’m very big on schedules/routine. In our house, Pepper and Lily pretty much run the show! 😊 Pepper is our 8-year-old Maltipoo, and Lily is our 6-year-old American Shorthair cat. They keep us entertained, keep us on schedule, and remind us who is really in charge. I’m retired, which gives me something many pet sitters don’t have as much of — time. I enjoy being around animals and would much rather spend my day with a dog or cat than rush in and out between a dozen other commitments. I haven’t done it professionally, but I’ve been a pet owner and animal lover all my life, and I understand how much trust is involved when you leave someone with your pets. A little about how I care for pets Every pet is different. Some want a long walk and lots of play; others are perfectly happy curling up beside you. I’m happy to follow their routine and your instructions — whether that means walks, meals at a particular time, medications, special attention, or caring for an older pet. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and overnight care in your home. My preference is house sitting because I think most pets are happiest in their own surroundings, with their familiar beds, toys, smells, and routines. I don’t offer boarding at my home because Lily has made it clear that she does not appreciate houseguests of the canine variety! 😄 Your home matters to me, too. This is something I feel strongly about because I’ve used Rover myself. We’ve had Rover sitters care for our pets and stay in our home, so I know what it’s like to hand your keys—and your furry family members—to someone you don’t know. I will treat your home the way I want someone to treat mine: with respect, care, cleanliness, and common sense. I’ll follow your instructions, keep things tidy, and make sure your home is secure while you’re away. Most importantly, I want you to be able to enjoy your trip or time away without worrying about what’s happening at home. I’m not looking to simply “check in” on your pets. I enjoy their company. I’ll talk to them, play with them, take them for walks, give them attention, and let them keep me company. If your pets are happy, I’m happy. I am now 30 and got my own puppy about four years ago. I lover her so much! I give her biweekly baths, daily walks and hourly playtime! About: My house is full of love we love all pets big and small we have chinchillas, birds, cats and my dogs and they will surely keep your pets entertained they are friendly with almost everyone and the indoor and indoor/outdoor cats have been around many dogs and other animals with no problems in addition the rodents and birds areas can be closed off so your pet has no experience with those animals to keep all pets happy and healthy. Also for pet sitting I offer multi pet family discounts because as someone with many pets I get it pet care can be expensive. I grew up on a farm so I have experience with cows, goats, rabbits, geese, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, dogs and cats. Starting in 2020 I started my zoo as my father calls it, I have 11 animals. I started with a simple one cat and one dog. In 2023 I increased the number from 2 pets to 5 getting a Chinchilla and two cats one showing up at my front door and another surrendered to me after I friend couldn’t care for him anymore. Then in the beginning of 2025 another friend moved and couldn’t bring her birds so we took in 3 parakeets which they do better in pairs so we bought one to make it 4 and then a couple months later we were finally able to find a second chinchilla so that nether was lonely because they are also better in pairs also. Lastly number 11 I had been thinking about for awhile I always wanted a lot of dogs being a big dog person so my 11th pet we got at the beginning of 2026 she is a 9 month old border collie. I currently work part-time in the evenings so I’m free every morning and all weekend depending on the weekend. I can also be available any day by request but my days off are always Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday. I live in a rural area with a large space for dogs to play we have a 5 year old small medium pit-terrier mix and a 6 month old border collie. I also have a variety of pets so I have knowledge on how to care for birds, rodents, fish, cats and of course dogs large and small.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past 6 years including my own dogs. I have walked, fed, medicated and cared for all size dogs! From big sweet Argentinian Dogos to small and fiery Chihuahuas. My own Frenchie is epileptic and has severe allergic reactions which has given me experience with sick pets. I am always on watch and careful when on walks! I will care for your pet like one of my own. I currently work 3 days a week as a registered nurse! I have my other 4 days off to care for your pet.
