About: Hello! I'm Karissa, and I've been an animal lover ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, my parents ran a pet shop, so I had the pleasure of being surrounded by all sorts of critters. Because of this upbringing, I've had the joy of caring for a wide range of animals, getting to know their unique needs and keeping them healthy and happy. In my own little family, we currently have three sweet cats and a playful puppy who's just six months old. We live in the lovely countryside near Festus, with a whole acre of land securely fenced for our furry pals to explore. We even have a pool, and you can trust us when we say we take pool safety seriously! We love a good game of fetch or tug of war and have been really getting into positive reinforcement training. Our puppy is even learning how to use buttons to "speak". :) I've got a soft spot for every cat and dog out there, and I'd be thrilled to look after your precious babies whenever you need a hand. I can either host them at my place or swing by your home to check in on them. Your pets' happiness and well-being are my top priorities! For House Sitting, we adapt entirely to your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. This includes their regular feeding schedule, medication administration if needed, and plenty of play and cuddle time. For Drop-In Visits or Walks, we ensure they get plenty of exercise, fresh water, potty breaks, and of course, lots of love. We also always make sure your home is secure before we leave and will send you plenty of photo updates so you can see how much fun we are having!

About: Professionally I have pet care experience for 4 years. I worked at a Pet Resort in the boarding department! I feed them, give them medications (including shots), walk them, play with them, and much more! I have 2 dogs of my own that I take care of. I have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember, it’s my passion! :) For me pet care is not a chore or something I have to do, it’s so enjoyable for me! I currently have classes on Tuesdays (8am-3:15pm) and Thursdays (8am-3:15pm). I will give your fur baby so much love and cuddles! I will play with them and walk them if needed! About: Hi friends! I’ve had dogs my whole life and currently share my home with four dogs, a cat, and some very spoiled chickens. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy and it never feels like “work.” I know how busy life gets, and how important it is to travel or take a break without stressing about your pets. With experience in both home care and kennel settings, I’ve seen how much happier and calmer animals are when they can stay in their own environment. My goal is simple, make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable until you’re home again. I run my own cleaning business and homeschool my kids, which we’ve been doing for about a year and a half now. I love being my own boss and having a schedule that works for our family. With so many parents heading back to work these days, I wanted to do something that helps both people and their pets. I’ve always loved animals, so this felt like the perfect fit. Plus, it’s a great way to show my kids how even simple services can make a big difference for someone. I care for every pet just like I do my own — with calm energy, love, and lots of attention. Animals deserve the very best, and I truly enjoy giving them that. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing your pets are being cared for with kindness and respect while you’re away.

About: My house is full of love we love all pets big and small we have chinchillas, birds, cats and my dogs and they will surely keep your pets entertained they are friendly with almost everyone and the indoor and indoor/outdoor cats have been around many dogs and other animals with no problems in addition the rodents and birds areas can be closed off so your pet has no experience with those animals to keep all pets happy and healthy. Also for pet sitting I offer multi pet family discounts because as someone with many pets I get it pet care can be expensive. I grew up on a farm so I have experience with cows, goats, rabbits, geese, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, dogs and cats. Starting in 2020 I started my zoo as my father calls it, I have 11 animals. I started with a simple one cat and one dog. In 2023 I increased the number from 2 pets to 5 getting a Chinchilla and two cats one showing up at my front door and another surrendered to me after I friend couldn’t care for him anymore. Then in the beginning of 2025 another friend moved and couldn’t bring her birds so we took in 3 parakeets which they do better in pairs so we bought one to make it 4 and then a couple months later we were finally able to find a second chinchilla so that nether was lonely because they are also better in pairs also. Lastly number 11 I had been thinking about for awhile I always wanted a lot of dogs being a big dog person so my 11th pet we got at the beginning of 2026 she is a 9 month old border collie. I currently work part-time in the evenings so I’m free every morning and all weekend depending on the weekend. I can also be available any day by request but my days off are always Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday. I live in a rural area with a large space for dogs to play we have a 5 year old small medium pit-terrier mix and a 6 month old border collie. I also have a variety of pets so I have knowledge on how to care for birds, rodents, fish, cats and of course dogs large and small.

About: Neighbors friends and families have all relied on me to bath, walk, medicate their babies and I worked at a doggy daycare and boarding resort! I’m currently working as a kennel technician at R Veterinary in Fenton. I work full-time at least 40 hours a week! Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday I work 10:30-7pm Fridays I work 7am-7pm Saturdays I work 4-7pm And I’m off Wednesdays and Sundays! I have one dog well trained, free roam of the house, allowed on everything, potty trained and go out for his walk every day, and takes days off as he wants!

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and backgrounds. I grew up with large-breed dogs and have loved dogs my entire life. When I moved out on my own, adopting a dog was one of the first things I did! I currently have three resident dogs, all of whom I trained myself. Two of the three have severe separation anxiety, so I'm quite well-versed in some of the behavioral traits that come along with that. For the past two years, I've also been actively involved in the dog rescue world by fostering. I've fostered 12 dogs ranging from young puppies who needed to learn the basics to adult dogs who came with more challenging behavioral needs such as resource guarding. These experiences have taught me to be patient, observant, and adaptable with every dog I care for. I understand that not every dog is going to walk into a new environment perfectly behaved, and I genuinely enjoy meeting them where they are and helping them feel safe and comfortable. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a perfectly behaved adult, or somewhere in between, I'll treat them like one of my own. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away! I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. My resident dogs still rule my daily routine. Your pup will get plenty of attention throughout the day/night and can have potty breaks as consistently as needed. I've house trained seven puppies over the past two years, so I'm very used to frequent potty breaks if that's something your pup needs. Otherwise, every 2-4 hours is pretty consistent with the routine my resident dogs are on. I've fostered dogs with a variety of different needs and have always worked it into my schedule. I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home, so I'm happy to adapt my approach to each dog's individual needs and your preferences as a pet parent. I do have three resident dogs in my home, all of whom are extremely dog friendly. Ideally, dogs staying in my home will be comfortable around other dogs, but I understand that not every dog wants or needs constant interaction. I have a separate guest room that I've previously used for foster dogs who needed some quiet time or a slower introduction. If your pup needs their own space, they can have a dedicated area away from my resident dogs while still having plenty of company - I work from home, and the guest room also serves as my home office. I have an unfenced yard, so dogs are always taken outside on a leash. I also have a long line that allows fogs more freedom to sniff, explore, and play while remaining safely contained. Outdoor time is always supervised, whether your dog is staying with me or I'm caring for them in your home. When caring for a dog in your home, I'll follow your instructions and do my best to maintain your pup's normal routine, including feeding, medication, walks, potty breaks, and any other care they're accustomed to. My priority is always safety, communication, and making sure your pup feels comfortable and well cared for while you're away. I've had people care for my own dogs while I've been away, and I've experienced both sides of the spectrum - sitters who went above and beyond and sitters who left me wishing I'd been there myself. I know how important it is to maintain a dog's routine and give them the same care and attention they're used to. My own dogs are basically my children, so I know exactly what level of care I'd want for them. That's the same standard I'll bring to caring for yours!

About: My family has always had at least one dog in our house since I was five. The dogs have ranged from 10 pounds all the way up to a friendly 100 pound black lab. So I am comfortable with taking care of any size dog and/or cat! I am a full time pharmacy student so I have classes throughout the week however I have plenty of free time between classes. I also have availability on the weekends depending on my exam schedule. I am all for meeting your pets beforehand in order to make sure they are comfortable with me before I take care of them or take them on a walk. It will also give me an opportunity to learn if you have any specific requests or if your pet has any special needs.

About: I have owned a few dogs, and have watched over many more! I love dogs and am looking forward to meeting new dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am currently working a part time job that is flexible. I am willing to do all tasks assigned from walking to feeding to bathing. I am friendly but will be serious when needed to properly care for the dog. Your dog will always be the top priority. I will follow all instructions left by the owner, while also having fun your dog. I can take them on walks, to the park, and even swimming! I have a car to get whenever I need to be and I am always on time. While this will be an extra job for me I will be sure to treat it like my only job!

About: All my life, I have bonded with both dogs and cats, and animals in general. I have been told that I have an ability to connect with any animal effortlessly. While I have been dog-sitting for friends, family, and others for about four years, I also have worked as a Caregiver at CARE STL, an animal shelter in St. Louis. During my time at CARE, I fed, walked, played, and formed connections with over 100 dogs, as well as cats and other animals. After that, I started working as a server/bartender at Bar-K, to make money while still working in an animal-friendly environment. Since then, I have been a reliable, trusted, and consistent dog-sitter for many clients. The safety and care of any animal is always my biggest priority, and I promise that I will not disappoint! I currently am not working, as I have just recently graduated from Saint Louis University. In other words, I am more often than not, completely available to work anytime on Weekdays and Weekends. However, on June 1st, I will be starting an internship that requires 20 hours a week but my schedule is extremely flexible, as the internship is willing to adjust to whatever schedules I have. Because of my flexible availability, I am able to spend as much time with your fur baby as you would like me to. Whether it be cuddling, playing, or going outside, I will provide all of my attention and services to the care of your animals.

About: My current job involves taking care of all types of animals, and I have had many types of pets my whole life. Reptiles, furry friends, small animals, birds, fish, etc. I know basic(and in most cases, more than that) care for majority of pets. Im comfortable with all kinds, furry, or scaly! I have a full time job, and schedule changes every week. Im often working evenings, so mornings are most open for me. Although I am flexible, and able, to move my schedule around. I have reliable transportation, and i'm comfortable coming to your home to care for your pet. I am okay walking, feeding, checking in on, etc., any pets you may have. I love all animals!

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 16, and my lifelong love for animals ensures every furry friend receives dependable, affectionate, and joyful attention! Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine, as I prioritize walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship, making animals a constant part of my everyday life! I work Monday - Thursday from 8am-6pm so weekends and nights are my open availability 🙃 Caring for pets is all about love and balance. About: I work well with all animals. I have trained Pomeranians, Rottweilers, and everything between usong positive reinforcement. I understand they have different needs and none are the same. I listen to your animal. I have cats, a dog, and a bearded dragon. Big dogs don't scare me. Tiny dogs don't either. Cats are to be respected and reptiles are fun. Routines are important to all animals. I work 6:30 am to 3:30 pm daily but am happy to do morning or evening check ins walks or clean ups. My dog loves evening walks. Safety is number one priority and pets will be kept on a leash and with me when outdoors. They are like toddlers and need consistent supervision.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages since i was a kid. I worked in a vet as well for 1 year and I have 1 dog in my household that I love so much! I am home full time to watch and play with your sweet fur babies! I would love long term set schedules but i am also flexible. I am here to provide your dog or cat with a fun, safe time and for you to have no worries! I do not currently have a fenced in yard we are trying to find something to change that temporarily till we can get a fence but My husband and I take our dog on walks frequently so I would do the same for your baby! I have a house so we have plenty of room to play around if the weather is not ideal!

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and turtles for about 10+ years. I have worked at a kennel before taking care of dogs and cats that were boarded! I have also worked at a vet clinic as a vet tech assistant for a few months. I love caring for animals and making sure they feel safe and comfortable and while their family is away! I currently work part time and go to school but it’s a flexible schedule so I will make plenty of time for your fur baby! I will not be offering your pets to stay at my own home however I can ensure you I will be over at your house caring for your pets and watching them when I am not at work or school. I can also send updates every day. I used to work at a vet so I’m familiar with precautions and safety for your fur babies. I’ve also had a dog of my own for 5 years and I had one for 11 years before my fur baby now!

About: I have trained puppies and have had multiple pets. My friends are always asking me to help with their animals, even financially. I love the meet and greets and spending my time with animals! I am only Doordashing right now for work and pet sitting so my hours are very flexible! I am pregnant though! But that has no effect because my boyfriend tends to help me with the animals so that your animal is busy all day when he is home and I try to spend some time Dashing! We have ample time for any hour for feedings, walks, playtime, or potty breaks! I am safe and reliable. Always on my toes and ready for a fun day with a pet. I hope you will entrust me. About: I have experience in ALL animals even farm animals. I have loved animals from a very young age. Animals are my specialty. There is nothing I love more. I have full time availability to care for your pets! I work part time but pets are allowed at my work if necessary. My neighborhood is pet friendly and I have a fenced yard with puppy panels for small animals. Animal care makes me happy and i’m available for any of your needs.
