About: I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. I am comfortable with training techniques and understanding animal body language and cues. I am a teacher by trade, so I am very organized, dependable, and patient. I have a very open summer. There are some camp drop offs and pick ups I need to account for this summer, but outside of that, the days are wide open. At my house I have a dog friendly medium sized dog. I have a six foot fenced yard. I also have the capability to keep pets on different floors or in different areas if they need space or privacy. I know how to be respectful of other people’s homes and am very comfortable adapting to different pets’ needs, especially since volunteering at the shelter.

My lifelong love for animals started with my childhood beagles, followed by a schnauzer, and has grown to include four dogs of my own, a guinea pig, a bearded dragon, and numerous fish! For House Sitting, we adapt entirely to your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. This includes their regular feeding schedule, medication administration if needed, and plenty of play and cuddle time. For Drop-In Visits or Walks, we ensure they get plenty of exercise, fresh water, potty breaks, and of course, lots of love. We also always make sure your home is secure before we leave and will send you plenty of photo updates so you can see how much fun we are having!

About: I have been watching dogs through Rover for the past three years or so. I truly enjoyed having a dog around and decided to adopt one of my own. I enjoy taking dogs for walks, I check in on dogs, cats and birds in my neighborhood. And I would love to care for your dog for a few days in my own home or stop by yours so you can enjoy a vacation without having to worry about your fur baby. I currently work full time so weekends are best. However, I am a teacher and I will have more availability during spring break and the summer months. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am willing to take your dog for walks. I am home for most of the weekend and will be able to provide care and comfort for your dog. I also have three teenage children who are able to help out if I will be away for a few hours.

About: Ever since I can remember, I have always been around and loved animals. I am comfortable with all animals, bigger, small, and comfortable with care, feeding, and medication if necessary. I just moved to the area and am very flexible and fitting in pet care for your pet with a very flexible schedule, I am open and available for all evenings, weekends and holidays and can do drop in walking with flexibility during the day and in the morning. About: Hi friends, I’m Lucy! I am a long time animal lover and have grown up around dogs, cats, and farm animals. In the past I was lucky enough to gain experience working with veterinarians in both large animal and small animal practices, and I loved every minute of it. I can assure you that providing quality care for your pet is my number one priority. I work from home, so I will be able to do lots of playtime and walks as well. About: I love all animals. If you need a caregiver for your friend I'm the one. I'm opened to days/nights weekend and holidays. Will travel too. I currently only work one day a week outside my home, the rest I work from home I would love a friend to hang out with, or take a break with. I will provide a loving fun time for your pet. My dog died two years ago and I really miss having a pet to love. I'm also available for plant care I can work with your schedule if needed. I also do drop bys, too. I love getting out, walking, and playing with doggies, cat, and any pet. I have a new fence and it has a access with no steps for my older doggies. There is also ramps for those shorter dogs. About: All my life, I have bonded with both dogs and cats, and animals in general. I have been told that I have an ability to connect with any animal effortlessly. While I have been dog-sitting for friends, family, and others for about four years, I also have worked as a Caregiver at CARE STL, an animal shelter in St. Louis. During my time at CARE, I fed, walked, played, and formed connections with over 100 dogs, as well as cats and other animals. After that, I started working as a server/bartender at Bar-K, to make money while still working in an animal-friendly environment. Since then, I have been a reliable, trusted, and consistent dog-sitter for many clients. The safety and care of any animal is always my biggest priority, and I promise that I will not disappoint! I currently am not working, as I have just recently graduated from Saint Louis University. In other words, I am more often than not, completely available to work anytime on Weekdays and Weekends. However, on June 1st, I will be starting an internship that requires 20 hours a week but my schedule is extremely flexible, as the internship is willing to adjust to whatever schedules I have. Because of my flexible availability, I am able to spend as much time with your fur baby as you would like me to. About: I’ve had dogs and cats around me pretty much my entire life, and I’ve always believed they’re part of the family. In our house, Pepper and Lily pretty much run the show! 😊 Pepper is our 8-year-old Maltipoo, and Lily is our 6-year-old American Shorthair cat. They keep us entertained, keep us on schedule, and remind us who is really in charge. I’m retired, which gives me something many pet sitters don’t have as much of — time. I enjoy being around animals and would much rather spend my day with a dog or cat than rush in and out between a dozen other commitments. I’m happy to follow their routine and your instructions — whether that means walks, meals at a particular time, medications, special attention, or caring for an older pet. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and overnight care in your home. My preference is house sitting because I think most pets are happiest in their own surroundings, with their familiar beds, toys, smells, and routines. I don’t offer boarding at my home because Lily has made it clear that she does not appreciate houseguests of the canine variety! 😄 Your home matters to me, too. This is something I feel strongly about because I’ve used Rover myself. We’ve had Rover sitters care for our pets and stay in our home, so I know what it’s like to hand your keys—and your furry family members—to someone you don’t know. I will treat your home the way I want someone to treat mine: with respect, care, cleanliness, and common sense. I’ll follow your instructions, keep things tidy, and make sure your home is secure while you’re away. About: Professionally I have pet care experience for 4 years. I worked at a Pet Resort in the boarding department! I feed them, give them medications (including shots), walk them, play with them, and much more! I have 2 dogs of my own that I take care of. I have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember, it’s my passion! :) For me pet care is not a chore or something I have to do, it’s so enjoyable for me! About: I’ve had dogs since I was born and love seeing their joy when they see me walk in the door! I am very good with anxious dogs as I currently have a shy and anxious pup. He takes medications so I am also familiar with administer medications to pups should that be needed! I will be working as a pharmacy resident and I’m looking to make some extra cash doing something I love. I’d love to work more time into being outside and what better way to get outside than with pets! In my home I have a fenced in yard so my pup and I can play outside and he can run free. While fenced yards are great, enrichment outside the home is also very valuable so walks are also a staple!

About: I have cared for pets since I was a little girl. Ranging from big dogs all the way down to ferrets . I am comfortable with most forms of pets and would be happy to care for your family member! I have watched, dog walked, and played with many pups/dogs throughout the years, I started dog walking at the age of 13 in my neighborhood. I have 2 dogs and 1 puppy that I care for in my home in Hillsboro. I am happy to walk your babies or even go on fun trips to the parks! I have a full time job working Monday through Friday and every other weekend. I am a busy bee and like to stay that way! Caring for your babies would just add to my to do list but make it more fun I am comfortable with dogs all shapes and sizes; as well as other forms pets! If you're unsure, just ask! I understand leaving a baby can be difficult and I am willing to meet any requirements needed to ensure you are able to relax when I am caring for your pet! I would like to do a meet and greet for any and all house sittings. I understand sometimes a drop by can be emergency and these requests can't be followed. Again, just reach out and we can discuss options! Any and all medication requirements I request I be shown beforehand to see how the pet handles it and what works best for them. About: I have owned a few dogs, and have watched over many more! I love dogs and am looking forward to meeting new dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am currently working a part time job that is flexible. I am willing to do all tasks assigned from walking to feeding to bathing. I am friendly but will be serious when needed to properly care for the dog. Your dog will always be the top priority. I will follow all instructions left by the owner, while also having fun your dog. I can take them on walks, to the park, and even swimming! I have a car to get whenever I need to be and I am always on time. While this will be an extra job for me I will be sure to treat it like my only job!

About: I have had a dog my entire life growing up. My parents relied on me to take care of my childhood dog and I learned so much just by doing that. I am now 30 and got my own puppy about four years ago. I lover her so much! I give her biweekly baths, daily walks and hourly playtime!
