“So kind and so good with our pup who is not great on walks. By the end of the walk he was actually obeying her, our minds were blown!”

2. Melissa O.
About: I have taken care of dogs that require shots multiple times a day, multiple medications, and specific needs. We will treat them like family. I love them all! I currently work from home so the dog/cat will always have me here. I will take them out frequently and they can come with me to drop off and pick up my daughter down the street from the bus. I have a fenced in big yard and a 7 year old that will dote on your baby. We don’t have any other pets in the home so they will get all the attention.

3. Shari P.
“Shari P. has always been a loving, kind pet owner. She’s our pets favorite person because she treats them as her special friends, making sure she has treats in her pockets whenever she sees them. They love going to her house because they know they’ll have the best time! I highly recommend Shari as the most excellent pet sitter you could find.”

4. Courtney D.
“I whole-heartedly recommend Courtney as a pet-sitter and dog walker through Rover!! I have known Courtney since 2019. We started as coworkers at the veterinary clinic we work for and have grown into friends over the years 💜 As a registered veterinary technician, Courtney has a deep understanding of and love for animals 🐾 I have personally seen her care of animals take place every day at work and it is nothing short of thorough. Along with her care, her knowledge is ever-growing! She stays up to date on current practices with continuing education courses and would be equipped to handle a lot of situations if they were to arise. I know you will be so pleased to have Courtney care for your pet! 🤗 She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and reliable. Your pet will feel safe and so loved!!”

5. Karissa B.
“In my house, pets are people. They have feelings and needs. I pay attention, and look out for them as they look out for me. Karissa not only gets this concept, it is entirely the way she interacts with other people’s pets. When I go away, and cannot bring pets along, I don’t have to worry about paying a premium just to get an extra bit of time in the outdoors, additional cuddles or treats, or for remote cameras to check on them. I know that Karissa will treat them like I would, and that makes it one less worry to bring along on vacation.”

6. Monica M.
“Monica is great with my two cats. I never have to worry when I am out of town because I know they are in great hands. She sends me pictures and updates to keep me in the loop.”

7. Meagan P.

“Meagan is amazing. We have a 14 year old German Shepherd Red Heeler mix who is not very friendly to new people and is very anxious. Our daughter mover to Kansas City so we no longer have someone to watch Chevy when we need to go out of town. We have two trips coming up so I thought I better start getting someone over here to get to know Chevy and she know them. At the meet and greet I told Meagan how Chevy was and she immediately got down to Chevy's level and just talked to her, I Gove Meagan some treats and after a while and some patience on Meagans part Chevy finally started taking treats from her. ( there may have been a couple of warning nips at Meagans fingers) The first day she came to walk Chevy she was the same way, very patient with Chevy, she gave her some treats and after a few barks she was all good. She was even better the second walk. I really appreciate Meagans patience with Chevy and that she understands her anxiety. I feel confident that Meagan will take good care of Chevy when we need to go out of town.”

8. Jessica S.

“Jessica was able to accommodate a last minute dog walk that is much farther away than typical (my pup was at my parents’ house. A positive experience all around, as is always the case!”

16. Maren K.
About: Nicknamed "Dr. Doolittle" by family and friends as a child, I have been caring for and rescuing animals for over 25 years. I have experience with dogs and cats, as well as birds, reptiles, and farm animals. Currently I have dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, geese and ducks that I care for daily at my home. I am also an avid hiker and trail runner and have been training dogs to hike and trail run for 20 years. Caring for animals is what brings me joy and I would be happy to help you with your pet care needs. I have a very flexible schedule and can provide care on weekdays and weekends as your pet needs. At home I care daily for my 4 dogs, taking daily walks as well as trips to the park frequently. I also care for 4 cats, lots of chickens, ducks and geese every day as well. Pet care is a large part of my day and I enjoy it very much! I have a locked 6 ft. fenced yard for dogs and another fenced in yard for my barnyard animals. I also have two levels where I can separate animals if need be, as well as crates.

17. Christen H.
“I highly recommend Christen! I was so worried about leaving my two tiny Yorkie's when we vacationed with family in Florida for a week. I reached out to Christen to see if should would be available to watch them for me. Even though my anxiety was high when we left, I was comforted immediately with daily check ins with pictures. My two little ones come with a little extra care (daily pee pad changing, can not be outside without supervision and picking up poop everyday) compared to bigger dogs. I was worried it might be a little too much, but Christen said no problem! I came home to two happy fur babies and that is all I was looking for. Christen is such a loving kind person and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else outside of one family member to watch them while I was away.”

20. Maddi B.
About: Hi my name is Maddi! I am the proud owner of Bombproof Canine Training LLC, I absolutely love what I do and I just wanted to leave my Rover account active to help connect with previous / potential clients. You can find me on Instagram and FB @bombproofcaninetraining I have a huge heart for high drive & misunderstood breeds. I rescued my American pitbull terrier from a kill shelter in Brooklyn the day she was set to be euthanized back in 2012. Rescuing and rehabilitating her really opened my eyes to what my purpose in life is and that is dog training. I am a Fear Free certified trainer as well as a CPDT-KA. I specialize in service animals, reactivity, fear, separation anxiety etc.. I'm also a huge advocate for rescue animals as well as responsible breeding, I have a high drive 4.5 year old black lab named Tater, a 3 year old malinios named Banshee, and a 2 year old Border Collie named Salem. I would love to help care for your pups while you’re busy at work, away on a trip or even if you’d like to set up some private training sessions. My own dogs are VERY high energy so I completely understand what it’s like when you don’t have the time to properly handle that. I really love being the “energy management coordinator” 😜 so if you just need someone to stop by and play ball for a bit I would love to help! At this time I prefer taking drop in visits, select boarding cases and training consults but will consider other options on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to ask! I work in the canine industry full time, my focus is on training but I really enjoy drop in visits to help manage exercise and enrichment Every dog in my care will be treated as if they were my own, I encourage you to follow me on instagram to get a better understanding of how much I truly care about my animals.
