About: I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. I am comfortable with training techniques and understanding animal body language and cues. I am a teacher by trade, so I am very organized, dependable, and patient. I have a very open summer. There are some camp drop offs and pick ups I need to account for this summer, but outside of that, the days are wide open. At my house I have a dog friendly medium sized dog. I have a six foot fenced yard. I also have the capability to keep pets on different floors or in different areas if they need space or privacy. I know how to be respectful of other people’s homes and am very comfortable adapting to different pets’ needs, especially since volunteering at the shelter.

My lifelong love for animals started with my childhood beagles, followed by a schnauzer, and has grown to include four dogs of my own, a guinea pig, a bearded dragon, and numerous fish! My daughter and I are home almost all day, allowing us to provide frequent potty breaks, constant supervision, and plenty of playtime. Whether your dog needs a structured routine, midday walks, or just lots of couch cuddles and companionship, we have the flexibility to match their exact needs. Once school starts back up in August, we will transition to evening and weekend care, but for the summer, your pup will get our full, undivided attention! Because our own dog prefers to be an 'only child' and a single-sibling fur baby, we exclusively offer care in your home! When you trust us with your pets, my daughter and I will treat your home with the utmost respect, exactly as if it were our own. For House Sitting, we adapt entirely to your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. This includes their regular feeding schedule, medication administration if needed, and plenty of play and cuddle time. For Drop-In Visits or Walks, we ensure they get plenty of exercise, fresh water, potty breaks, and of course, lots of love. We also always make sure your home is secure before we leave and will send you plenty of photo updates so you can see how much fun we are having!

About: We're both English teachers who have nothing to do during the summer months. What better way to spend our time than to help you with your pets. We've had pets our whole lives. We're available during the summer to drop in and care for your pets. About: Hello! I'm Karissa, and I've been an animal lover ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, my parents ran a pet shop, so I had the pleasure of being surrounded by all sorts of critters. Because of this upbringing, I've had the joy of caring for a wide range of animals, getting to know their unique needs and keeping them healthy and happy. In my own little family, we currently have three sweet cats and a playful puppy who's just six months old. We live in the lovely countryside near Festus, with a whole acre of land securely fenced for our furry pals to explore. We even have a pool, and you can trust us when we say we take pool safety seriously! We love a good game of fetch or tug of war and have been really getting into positive reinforcement training. About: All my life, I have bonded with both dogs and cats, and animals in general. I have been told that I have an ability to connect with any animal effortlessly. While I have been dog-sitting for friends, family, and others for about four years, I also have worked as a Caregiver at CARE STL, an animal shelter in St. Louis. During my time at CARE, I fed, walked, played, and formed connections with over 100 dogs, as well as cats and other animals. After that, I started working as a server/bartender at Bar-K, to make money while still working in an animal-friendly environment. Since then, I have been a reliable, trusted, and consistent dog-sitter for many clients. The safety and care of any animal is always my biggest priority, and I promise that I will not disappoint! I currently am not working, as I have just recently graduated from Saint Louis University. In other words, I am more often than not, completely available to work anytime on Weekdays and Weekends. However, on June 1st, I will be starting an internship that requires 20 hours a week but my schedule is extremely flexible, as the internship is willing to adjust to whatever schedules I have. Because of my flexible availability, I am able to spend as much time with your fur baby as you would like me to. About: Hi my name is Aaron, I am a 21 year old dog lover and would love to care for your dogs too! Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. I have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust. Along with caring for my own dogs, I’ve also dog sat for friends, family, and other owners. I’m happy to stick to your dog’s normal routine, whether that includes walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, or just giving them plenty of attention and companionship. About: I have been watching dogs through Rover for the past three years or so. I truly enjoyed having a dog around and decided to adopt one of my own. I enjoy taking dogs for walks, I check in on dogs, cats and birds in my neighborhood. And I would love to care for your dog for a few days in my own home or stop by yours so you can enjoy a vacation without having to worry about your fur baby. I currently work full time so weekends are best. However, I am a teacher and I will have more availability during spring break and the summer months. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am willing to take your dog for walks. I am home for most of the weekend and will be able to provide care and comfort for your dog. I also have three teenage children who are able to help out if I will be away for a few hours.

About: I used to pet-sit. Worked at a day-care a while ago. I've worked and interacted with all types of dogs. I enjoy what I do. I actually get really excited when working with dogs. I know they're a lot to handle sometimes but I feel like they're great fun to work with and they always make me feel better. My favorite types of dogs include Boxers, Miniature Schnauzers, Miniature Pinschers. I like all dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am really into playing fetch with dogs. I also don't mind playing with rope toys. They might tear my arms off but hey! It builds character! I'm very easy-going and I feel like with dogs you have to have a great sense of humor and enjoy the trade in order to work with them. I hope you consider me for some of your services. She's a blue tortoise cat with these little white Mitten paws. My father has a black Maltese poodle named Beau... The sweetest dog in the world. I used to live with him and we were the best of friends. We still are. But we just don't see each other as much. That's who you see me with in my photos. I have pretty much open availability. I am comfortable doing overnight visits and morning/afternoon/evening walks. I'm currently in the process of trying to build clientele so I'm more flexible now than I might be in the future. But my long-term goal is to make this a full time 8 hour day. The 8-hour schedule block will entirely depend upon demand though. Whether it's broken up into different times of the day with a break in between or a full 8 hours non-stop, entirely depends upon when clients need availability. The number one most important thing about pet care is communication though. Between the owner and me. The sooner we know things, the better. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I currently provide care exclusively in my clients' homes because I believe most pets are happiest and most relaxed in their own familiar environment. Staying in their home helps keep their routine consistent, reduces stress, and allows me to focus entirely on giving them the attention, affection, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I'll also treat your home with the same respect and care I would my own. Whenever possible, I love to schedule a meet-and-greet before the booking begins. It's a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, for your pet to become comfortable with me, and for me to learn about their personality, routines, favorite activities, quirks, medications, and anything else that helps me provide the best possible care. I firmly believe that in pet care, overcommunicating is always better than undercommunicating. I'd much rather ask one extra question than make an assumption, and you can expect prompt responses, regular photo and video updates, and complete transparency throughout your time away. While I would be comfortable offering boarding in the future, I currently choose not to because I share my home with a beloved cat. My decision isn't out of concern for her behavior—it's simply because I don't want to bring unfamiliar dogs into her space. By focusing exclusively on house sitting, I can give your pets individualized care in the environment where they feel safest and most at ease, while ensuring every animal in my care is comfortable, secure, and happy.

About: I love all animals. If you need a caregiver for your friend I'm the one. I'm opened to days/nights weekend and holidays. Will travel too. I currently only work one day a week outside my home, the rest I work from home I would love a friend to hang out with, or take a break with. I will provide a loving fun time for your pet. My dog died two years ago and I really miss having a pet to love. I'm also available for plant care I can work with your schedule if needed. I also do drop bys, too. I love getting out, walking, and playing with doggies, cat, and any pet. I have a new fence and it has a access with no steps for my older doggies. There is also ramps for those shorter dogs. We have lots of love and would to share it with your dogs.

About: I grew up around dogs working at a grooming shop and love animals! My children are older. They are 21 and 18 and loves animals as well! I do wfh. I’m available during the week and weekends as well. I do have a Pom-a-Poo, Brooklyn and a cat, Milo. They are sweet and loving! I enjoy on nice days taking dogs to the dog park, walks on trails, or through my neighborhood. I do not have a fenced in yard but will take them outside on a leash frequently. I have dog sat for friends and family numerous of times so thought I’d expand and help other people so they feel like their beloved animal is taken care of and in good hands while they are away! I have plenty of time to play with your pups and available pretty much 7 days a week! During the day someone is generally always home. I have a fenced in yard. I also ask if your dog is crated to bring your crate as well. I feed them on the schedule you provide and walks as well I am currently working from home and available to maintain any schedule or routine as needed to ensure dog/puppy day to day in minimally disrupted I have a fenced in yard and make sure I do not leave out items they can get into or harmful to ensure their safety

About: I have owned a few dogs, and have watched over many more! I love dogs and am looking forward to meeting new dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am currently working a part time job that is flexible. I am willing to do all tasks assigned from walking to feeding to bathing. I am friendly but will be serious when needed to properly care for the dog. The dog will always be the top priority. I will follow all instructions left by the owner, while also having fun with dog. I can take the dog on walks, to the park, and even swimming! I have a car to get whenever I need to be and I am always on time. While this will be an extra job for me I will be sure to treat it like my only job!

About: I got my first dog when I was three and have always had 5+ animals in the house. I am good with any breed of dog. I have some puppy training experience and I can also work with disability animals. I just need to know if they have medication and the time to take them or other accommodations that they might need. I’m not sure if people have reptiles that need sitting but I’m good with those too. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with puppies or any other animals. I have always had a soft spot for animals so I love spending time with them. I have a dog who gets taken potty every couple of hours and is fed every morning and every night. I also have a cat and two leopard geckos. My cat and dog are usually upstairs so I can keep the other animals downstairs if they’re not pet friendly. My geckos stay in my room.

“Meagan is amazing. We have a 14 year old German Shepherd Red Heeler mix who is not very friendly to new people and is very anxious. Our daughter mover to Kansas City so we no longer have someone to watch Chevy when we need to go out of town. We have two trips coming up so I thought I better start getting someone over here to get to know Chevy and she know them. At the meet and greet I told Meagan how Chevy was and she immediately got down to Chevy's level and just talked to her, I Gove Meagan some treats and after a while and some patience on Meagans part Chevy finally started taking treats from her. ( there may have been a couple of warning nips at Meagans fingers) The first day she came to walk Chevy she was the same way, very patient with Chevy, she gave her some treats and after a few barks she was all good. She was even better the second walk. I really appreciate Meagans patience with Chevy and that she understands her anxiety. I feel confident that Meagan will take good care of Chevy when we need to go out of town.”

About: I have had a dog my entire life growing up. My parents relied on me to take care of my childhood dog and I learned so much just by doing that. I am now 30 and got my own puppy about four years ago. I lover her so much! I give her biweekly baths, daily walks and hourly playtime! I have a huge heart for high drive & misunderstood breeds. I rescued my American pitbull terrier from a kill shelter in Brooklyn the day she was set to be euthanized back in 2012. Rescuing and rehabilitating her really opened my eyes to what my purpose in life is and that is dog training. I am a Fear Free certified trainer as well as a CPDT-KA. I specialize in service animals, reactivity, fear, separation anxiety etc.. I'm also a huge advocate for rescue animals as well as responsible breeding, I have a high drive 4.5 year old black lab named Tater, a 3 year old malinios named Banshee, and a 2 year old Border Collie named Salem. I would love to help care for your pups while you’re busy at work, away on a trip or even if you’d like to set up some private training sessions. My own dogs are VERY high energy so I completely understand what it’s like when you don’t have the time to properly handle that. I really love being the “energy management coordinator” 😜 so if you just need someone to stop by and play ball for a bit I would love to help!
