About: I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. I am comfortable with training techniques and understanding animal body language and cues. I am a teacher by trade, so I am very organized, dependable, and patient. I have a very open summer. There are some camp drop offs and pick ups I need to account for this summer, but outside of that, the days are wide open. At my house I have a dog friendly medium sized dog. I have a six foot fenced yard. I also have the capability to keep pets on different floors or in different areas if they need space or privacy. While I have been dog-sitting for friends, family, and others for about four years, I also have worked as a Caregiver at CARE STL, an animal shelter in St. Louis. For drop-in visits, I focus on sticking to your pet's normal routine, feeding times, potty breaks, medication if needed so there's as little disruption to their day as possible. I like to spend quality time with each pet, whether that's a walk, active playtime, or just calm companionship, depending on what they enjoy most. I always keep a close eye on their environment to make sure everything is safe and secure, and I treat every home and every pet with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. Communication is important to me too so I'll keep you updated with photos or messages during visits so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.
“Meagan is amazing. We have a 14 year old German Shepherd Red Heeler mix who is not very friendly to new people and is very anxious. Our daughter mover to Kansas City so we no longer have someone to watch Chevy when we need to go out of town. We have two trips coming up so I thought I better start getting someone over here to get to know Chevy and she know them. At the meet and greet I told Meagan how Chevy was and she immediately got down to Chevy's level and just talked to her, I Gove Meagan some treats and after a while and some patience on Meagans part Chevy finally started taking treats from her. ( there may have been a couple of warning nips at Meagans fingers) The first day she came to walk Chevy she was the same way, very patient with Chevy, she gave her some treats and after a few barks she was all good. She was even better the second walk. I really appreciate Meagans patience with Chevy and that she understands her anxiety. I feel confident that Meagan will take good care of Chevy when we need to go out of town.”
About: ****Attention****Before booking your pet’s stay with me, if your dog is an escape risk, I will not service them. ( I will go into more detail through booking.) I have taken care of my family member dogs and ever since then , my family never relies on anyone else to take care of them. I will walk , feed , play and bathe your pets. I will do everything I can to make sure your pups are having a good time and make sure they are happy with their experience. I am available everyday of the week and I can also work around your time so I have all day and night to play and take care of your pups ! I also live with my spouse and he is also an animal lover so he will be helping me out also to make sure they enjoy their stay. We will make sure that your doggies get all the snuggles and cuddles. They will be in a non -smoking and clean home. This is a non-danger home that I am staying in. I will do everything to make sure you and your pets are in a trusted and safe environment. They will be in the house before it gets dark and I won’t let any harm happen to them.

About: I grew up around dogs working at a grooming shop and love animals! My children are older. They are 21 and 18 and loves animals as well! I do wfh. I’m available during the week and weekends as well. I do have a Pom-a-Poo, Brooklyn and a cat, Milo. They are sweet and loving! I enjoy on nice days taking dogs to the dog park, walks on trails, or through my neighborhood. I do not have a fenced in yard but will take them outside on a leash frequently. I have dog sat for friends and family numerous of times so thought I’d expand and help other people so they feel like their beloved animal is taken care of and in good hands while they are away! I have plenty of time to play with your pups and available pretty much 7 days a week! During the day someone is generally always home. I have a fenced in yard. I also ask if your dog is crated to bring your crate as well. I feed them on the schedule you provide and walks as well I am currently working from home and available to maintain any schedule or routine as needed to ensure dog/puppy day to day in minimally disrupted I have a fenced in yard and make sure I do not leave out items they can get into or harmful to ensure their safety
About: I have owned a few dogs, and have watched over many more! I love dogs and am looking forward to meeting new dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am currently working a part time job that is flexible. I am willing to do all tasks assigned from walking to feeding to bathing. I am friendly but will be serious when needed to properly care for the dog. Your dog will always be the top priority. I will follow all instructions left by the owner, while also having fun your dog. I can take them on walks, to the park, and even swimming! I have a car to get whenever I need to be and I am always on time.
