About: I have owned dogs and cats all of my life. They definitely play an important part of my existance. I live in an area that has lots of room for a dog to get exercise. I spend much of my time outside with my pets near my side. It is important to me that any pet I am taking care of knows that they are very special to me. Your pet will become as fond of me as they are of their owners. I have spent times watching dogs and cats in their homes. I make sure that they are not missing their masters by spending extra time playing and walking them during my visits, whether it is a day visit or weekend visit. I just love our fur pals. I only work part time. My husband is home until 1:00 p.m. and I generally work only until 2:00 p.m. But that is only from May until October. Your dog will have someone around 90% of the day. I have a large yard. It is not fenced in but I keep my visiting pets on a leash at all times. They will be close by to me at all times.

“Joshua did a great job walking our baby multiple times when we were out of town. He was very flexible, sent pictures, was very polite and respectful, and I'm sure we'll book with him again. He is a great choice if you're in need of services!”

About: I have always loved animals. So I immediately applied myself at an Animal Hospital after high school, assisting in dog/cat care(nail trims, baths, behavioral therapy) and surgery for 7 years. In addition, I worked as a bather for Pet Smart grooming. I was pet sitting before covid, but stopped when social distancing was put into place. Unfortunately, my best friend crossed the rainbow bridge, and I would like to cope by helping my community again with their pets. I will only be able Friday evenings, and weekends. Sometimes my schedule changes, so hopefully I can make adjustments if possible. I currently work full time in Detroit, packaging wound ointment called HoneyCure, for dogs, cats, and horses. Depending of the dynamic, I will utilize a loop leash for added safety when walking your dog or taking potty breaks. I live an apartment, so dogs the weigh 20Ibs or under are welcome. I am willing to drive though, for pups who weigh more than 20Ibs. I am attentive when it comes to pet care because safety is important, so I will ask a lot of questions when meeting your dog or cat, and ask for written instructions on how you would like me to take care of your pet’s needs. I’m experienced with medication administration, and I have knack for a pet’s body language if they are feeling unwell or have behavioral issues.

About: As a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom to two quirky Pomskys (a cuddly goofball named Cyrus and an independent little fox named Luna), I know just how much pets are family. Whether your pup needs an energetic walk, a calm companion, or someone to make them feel safe while you’re away, I’m here to help. I’m experienced with all kinds of personalities, from shy seniors to zoomie-fueled puppies, and I’m always happy to follow your care instructions down to the last detail. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or sitting. Whether your pup needs a midday stroll or some extra love while you’re out, I can be there. Your pet’s routine will always come first. I offer walking and in-home pet sitting, so your dog stays comfortable in their own space. My own pup prefers a quieter environment, so I don’t host pets at my house. I’m always respectful of your routines, and I treat your home and animals with the same care I give my own.

About: Hello! My name is Joda V. I have just moved to Michigan from living in California for two years and St Louis for the 30 years before then. I'm looking to establish myself in the Michigan community, caring for animals. I have over 35 years of animal care experience and a business that allows me to work out of my place and create custom dog food and pet treats. I come with strong animal care references as a licensed, bonded professional animal care specialist. I have been an animal foster for the last 25 years, with the last 5 years specializing in pregnant bully breeds. I worked for one of the Top 10 Pet Care Services in St Louis from 2018-2021 and lived on an animal sanctuary in California with over 200 species I fed and cared for. Caring for all animals is my hearts joy! I am a full time pet care provider and owner of Nonna's Muttballs and Pet Care Services. I make hand-crafted whole food treats and food for pets, in addition to daily walks and In-Home Pet Care. I care for animals in their homes. I'm licensed, insured and bonded to provide safe, secure reliable pet care in a familiar environment for the animal. I love them, provide exercise and positive stimulation while they are in my care. I devote full time availability to my career with animals. Loving animals is a lifestyle for me, its not simply a way to pay the bills to me. Constant supervision and interaction is the best way to make sure the furbabies in my care is safe! I will love and protect them as I do my own.

Joda V.
“As Joda moves on to bigger and better adventures, I am compelled to write my thoughts on her and what she has done for my Pet Care Business. It is the least I can do for all the help she has given me through the years. While I begin my retirement, I am not stopping until I give the respect where it is due. I had heard of this wonderful woman named Joda Viveiros in my large group of Animal Rescue friends and I knew in the back of my mind she was what I needed to complete my circle of first-rate pet care providers for my business. I tracked her down, hoping she was looking for work, and I got lucky. As it turned out, if animals were involved, Joda wanted to be involved. Music to my ears!! To keep a long story short, (I could sit here for hours and not remember each client that benefited from Joda’s expertise), I believe Joda has an animal in her actual being, that is how well she reads them. She can read them mentally and physically, and could tell our clients exactly what their pets needed just by looking at the stool (and the urine, believe it or not!). Much of Joda’s work with me has not been for the faint of heart, but with animals, nothing phases her. I have watched her get one of our most unruly and untamed animals to lay next to her in a field as if they were one in the same spirit. Working alongside animals is Joda’s calling. That’s all there is to it. Joda is one of the main reasons Slem’s Pet Care was ranked in the top 10 of Missouri’s Best Pet Care Providers. Anyone who uses Joda to care for their pets has found a blessing. Donna Owner, Slem’s Pet Care”

“Marie is awesome!! I don't have a dog but her love for animals actually has made me think of getting an animal one day. Her dogs are her children and she cares for them very well. As active as her dog avi is, she is very patient with him. He can be very active but he can be really cute and cuddly as well. Your animal is in great hands with Marie!!!!”
