As a first-timer on Rover, it took me some time to figure out the policies and schedule, but Aries has been patient and kind throughout the conversation; she was detailed-oriented and kept me updated when she arrived or left. Plus, she knows cats more than I do! Ivy isn’t the most friendly cat and Theo can be naughty. Aries was able to maintain peace between them and also shared some tips on training Theo. She is also a great photographer - throughout the whole stay, Aries took me multiple photos and videos of the babies and they are all of very good quality. I don’t know what else to ask for - thank you Aries for making my first Rover experience so smooth and thanks for taking such great care of Ivy and Theo! I strongly recommend Aries😊”

“Amanda was fantastic! We went out of town for four days and normally have a family friend watch our sweet, though somewhat anxious, senior dog. Unfortunately our family friend couldn’t do it. But we are so fortunate to have found Amanda! She was absolutely awesome. Professional and personable. She got to know our dog and her routines and the became fast friends. She really went the extra mile to put us and our old girl at ease. We will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Normally, when we are out of town we have family around to stay with Ernest, but our most recent vacation, everyone had conflicts. We were a bit nervous about using a site to find, essentially, a stranger to stay at our home for four days. Erica quickly put those concerns to rest - she is very friendly, attentive, and professional. Our dog is a mix of self-sufficient and crazy, and Erica handled everything well with a perfect amount of communication with us. She was even able to extend the stay an extra night at the last minute when our plans changed. We loved having her stay at our home with Ernest, and Ernest loved her too!”

He demonstrates a strong level of compassion for the animals in our care and develops a personal relationship with each dog he interacts with. Working within the Behavior Department has given Eric an advanced skill set when it comes to dogs' social cues and body language, as well as the ability to make every dog he meets feel loved. I can't recommend him enough for the position of an animal caregiver.”
