“We live several hours away and needed someone to watch our pup while we went on a cruise. I searched for someone and found Yulia! She had experience with dogs, she has no dogs, she takes one client at a time plus dogs are allowed on the bed. PERFECT 👌 Yulia knew how hard it was for me to leave Taco. His first time. She sent photos right away! She let me know how he was feeling and how he did throughout the day and night. We had awesome communication during his stay plus photos and videos. They truly helped me. He went on long walks and received a lot of loving from both Julia and her husband. Mr. Taco also learned a new trick!! She taught him to lay down! I'm truly thankful and grateful to have found Yulia. I hope she's available when I need her next! I may change my schedule to fit hers! Warm hugs. ❤️”

“Traci is amazing. She invested a lot of time and effort into making friends with my cat when they first met, and now she’s one of the cat’s favorite people. Traci very obviously cares about the animals she looks after, and I never have to worry about my pets when I’m away.”

“Alicia was so great and communicative. She sent so many cute pics and videos. She took the best care of my cat Starfish for almost 2 weeks. I felt very safe leaving my cat in her care. She took the time to give her sweet cuddles in addition to feeding her daily. She even was able to check there were no leaks during the rainstorm, which was so nice of her. Highly recommend! Would definitely use her again.”

About: What sets me apart is that I truly enjoy spending time with animals and treating them like family. I am patient, caring, and attentive to each pet's needs. “Aksana did a great job looking after my kitties! she was very communicative and followed the directions I gave to a tee! I definitely will be rebooking in the future any time I need a sitter.”

“Deonna took care of my cats while I was away for work and did an amazing job. She took so much of the stress away from having to leave them behind and when I came back they were more relaxed then I’ve ever seen them after periods of separation. They’re also super bossy socialites and I don’t think they made things easy for her.”

“AWESOME. First off, the cats didn't die, and that's the most important thing. But Ali was nice and professional. She left VERY sweet, thoughtful messages with great pictures every time she visited, which made a huge difference to us. It was very easy to coordinate giving her the instructions/key and she just executed everything perfectly. Would absolutely recommend.”

“Mollie was amazing! She listened carefully regarding our cat's needs, and she was very accommodating about all of them. Her apartment is a great set up for gradually introducing a new cat to her two cats, and she's got the experience required to know when to attempt introduction and when to give the cats more time alone. Mollie was easy to communicate with and gave us daily updates with photos. She clearly loves cats, and we highly recommend her!”

“Fiona was great! Super patient with my timid kitty. She took wonderful care of her and helped her come out of her shell over the duration of the stay. Her place is a calm and welcoming environment, highly recommended booking with her for any and all pets but especially if you have a more anxious baby she presents a great space for them to feel safe”

“Jenna H. was exceptional! She sent thorough updates and I could tell by the pictures that my cat was her normal, happy self with Jenna. Seeing how happy she was took a lot of the worry away. Thank you Jenna!”

“Sara took excellent care of our pair of foster cats and their space! They love her. We appreciate her communication, and the wonderful photos of them while we were away. Thank you Sara!!”

“As always, Jasnik is THE BEST!! She’s been our go to rover every time now, multiple times. Our boy loves and trusts her (and so do we!!!). She is so sweet and deals with us changing plans and adding days etc and is always so patient and flexible. Things would be so much more stressful without her!”

About: Hi! Welcome! I have been a cat mom for 16 yrs, but sadly my beloved cat, Mittens passed away in May 2025. I miss him dearly! And I deeply miss having a fur baby in my life! But since I’m not ready to get a new pet, I would like to give my love, attention and experience into taking care of other people’s pets! I am extremely experienced with taking care of cats and I have taken care of family and friend’s dogs before, and now several times professionally on Rover, that it’s made me fall in love with dogs just as as cats! I absolutely love and enjoy taking care of both dogs and cats! And they both have their own wonderful and amazing charms! 😁 I work from home so I am always at home, so it makes it easy to take care of pets and give them all the attention and potty breaks that they need. I am available for boarding or pet daycare at anytime, so please feel free to contact me whenever you would like. I live in a one bedroom apartment that is 1000-1500 sqft and I don’t have a backyard or personal balcony, but live in a very safe residential neighborhood, so walking dogs outside at anytime of the day is completely safe and fine. My living room is a reasonable size (1000 sqft), which is why I only board small to medium sized dogs; however, I work from home, so I’m always able to take the dogs out to get some much needed air, sun and exercise daily, so they don’t get too cooped up or bored indoors. I also always make it a priority to turn the AC and fans on at my place, so they can stay cool and comfortable at all times. Furthermore, I have used the Rover App before to have my own late cat boarded with a pet sitter on here, so I fully understand the comfort and the need for owners to have pet sitters send photos, videos and daily updates of their pets to them, therefore, I always make that a priority and I am more than happy to do that! I firmly believe and take it very seriously that a pet sitter should always respond immediately and be absolutely communicative at all times!

“Irina met me right on time for dropoff and pickup, was extremely friendly, and kept me updated with plenty of photos throughout the day. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in excellent hands with her. I would totally leave my dogs with her again!”

“Ripple had a blast today with Briana and her adorable dog! She was able to watch ripple last minute when I was in a rush to find a sitter. She sent adorable pictures of ripple throughout the day and was really easy to communicate with! Ripple will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend:)”

About: Last year I said goodbye to my 17 year-old dog Max, just a few months after my cat Scotty passed away suddenly from kidney disease. Thankfully, Scotty's sister Star is still with me and thriving, but I really miss being around and caring for other animals. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and the gentle care they require. I'm also very familiar with younger dogs of all sizes. And I've fostered a lot of cats - mainly kittens - which is how Star and Scotty originally came into my life. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet - whether it be walks, drop-ins, boarding or pet-sitting. I work part-time, teaching improv and also teach at an academy for gifted and neurodivergent homeschool students. The classes are short and nearby (and are not every day) so I'm never gone for more than 2-4 hours. Which leaves me plenty of time to spend with your pet! I'm available for home visits, walks throughout the day, boarding, and/or pet sitting any day of the week. I live in a residential neighborhood in the Somerset section of Glendale, perfect for walks. My apartment is a large one-bedroom I share with my cat Star, who is very affectionate and easy-going - she'd love to keep your pet company!

My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and happy in my care. I will rely on your recommendations on how to make your pup or kitty feel at ease while you're away, and will try to keep their environment as normal as possible. If you're looking for a responsible, caring, and trustworthy petsitter, and are in need of boarding, drop-in visits, or walking services, then I'm the sitter for you! Please send me a message so we can set up a meet and greet and verify that we're a great match. Looking forward to getting to know you and your fur fam! I love having a flexible work from home schedule and being able to help when it’s needed. Accommodating your schedule should be easy for me! I have gates, a fenced yard, multiple bedrooms and am very attentive. I’m educated in nervous system wellness and attuned to animals so I am always feeling into the environment and their needs. They certainly speak to me!
“Margaret took wonderful care of my dog, Hazel, for three days. She provided lots of updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was at work. About: I’ve always shared my home with dogs, whether living with roommates and family who had pets or stepping in to pet-sit for friends. Even without having a dog of my own, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique bond they share with us 'two-legged animals.' I love their capacity for unconditional trust and pure affection—they really are the best companions. Whether I’m matching their high energy or enjoying a quiet moment of calm, I find so much joy in their presence Currently I am on sabbatical from my job and have time to spend with pets. I like taking dogs out for walks at the park, or just around the neighborhood. Unless some other life responsibility comes up, I am open to spend as much time as I would like with the fuzzy butts! I live in a small 8 unit apartment building in a very walkable neighborhood. I live very close to Griffith park and love to visit there with dogs. My apartment is a 2/2 and there are no limits to if a pet is on the furniture with me. I love to snuggle if they like to.
About: I grew up in a home with a dog, a cat, birds, fish, and rabbits. Throughout my life, I’ve opened my heart to many a pooch, including a beautiful epileptic Dalmation, a feisty pocket Shih Tzu (that one of my students brought to school in a backpack), an adorably lazy Bijon-Maltese mix who came to stay for a weekend and stayed 10 years -- and most recently a spirited 13 year old Terrier mix that we brought home after his person died unexpectedly. All were loved and doted upon until they crossed the rainbow bridge. The smaller ones vacationed by car, truck, and plane and were with us 24/7. I’ve often cared for my friends' dogs and am known for giving good doggy massages. I’ve also shared my space with an African Sulcata tortoise for the last 17 years. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I own a small business that allows me to come and go easily, allowing for long walks and/or lounging around. I have a fenced yard, leashes, bowls, a medium sized dog crate if necessary, lots of healthy snacks and lots of time for walks and doggie massages. In your home, I will care for your special friend as instructed. If your pooch loves toys, we will play, if snoozing is their favorite thing, I will happily sit nearby and chill too.

“Jennifer was great. It was a last minute request and shew was great so we booked her again. She was communicative and sent cute pictures and videos. Will definitely go to her again”
