She was so attentive, gave frequent updates and definitely knows how to help an anxious/stressed cat feel welcome and loved. He tends to have a rough first few days hiding/hissing, and Louise responded very well and gave him the time and space he needed to be comfortable. He ended up loving being there and truly had a great sitter for the long trip.”
