About: Dog and cat owner for over 18 years. I also have had hermet crabs and an axolotl - love all animals! They all have a unique personality and it's so fun to get to know them. Just a girl who was not able to have animals as a child so I have an entire adulthood to make up for that surrounding myself with the best creatures out there - animals! We can learn so much as people from animals and showing how we care for animals reflects who we are. I currently am a mom at home with kids in school so I have availability during the day and am flexible for evenings as well. I have a dog, 2 cats and an axolotl. It's important animals feel safe with me so I let them take the lead and I engage with them when they show they are ready. I'm happy to do what you as the client feel comfortable with and need for your fur babies to feel safe and comfortable.

About: I have 27 years of experience in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant. I'm comfortable administering oral medications and injections, caring for senior pets, and monitoring pets with special medical needs. I understand how important it is to provide patient, compassionate, and reliable care so your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I currently work very part time. Typically 2 shifts a week in the evenings. The longest I would be away from your pets would be approximately 9 hours 1-2x weekly. I am also on call for my aging family members. They are close so my time away is minimal. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine and environment to reduce stress. I follow all feeding, medication, exercise, and care instructions carefully, while monitoring for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health. With 27 years of veterinary experience, I understand the importance of safety, attention to detail, and clear communication with pet owners.

When she came for our meet and greet my toddler son had fallen and injured himself pretty badly so when she arrived he was screaming and there was a decent amount of blood on him and myself. I spent the rest of the night tending to my son and didn't have time to prepare things the way I would've liked to and she still took great care of both of my pups, and they were both happy when I returned home. About: I grew up taking care of dogs for family members and friends. I’ve been in the veterinary field for almost 4 years so I have experience for emergency situations such as cpr, choking, and illnesses. I was a kennel attendant prior to going to school for veterinary assistance, so walking dogs and cleaning up after them is second nature to me. I have set schedule at my current hospital -Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. So I will not be available until after 6pm on weekdays, and 5pm on Sunday. I don’t have dogs of my own, but I care for several different types canine patients at my current and past jobs at an animal hospital. Kenneling dogs, play time, and walks played apart in my career.

About: I have experience with multiple breeds and sizes of dogs and groups. I have worked with all age groups from newborns to seniors. I am familiar with medicating, diets, and anxiety levels. I have trained my dogs for basic commands and to walk with a leash. Learned personality and needs to tailor my attention and care to each individual. I work a part time job and go to school so I have plenty of free time to care for your pets! I am available monday-friday for dog and cat care. I can easily follow directions and follow the needs and care of each individual pet. I have experience with training, crating and caring for special cases as needed. I have worked with dogs in group situations and introduction situations. I can also read body language and attune myself to each pets needs and personality.
