About: Dog and cat owner for over 18 years. I also have had hermet crabs and an axolotl - love all animals! They all have a unique personality and it's so fun to get to know them. Just a girl who was not able to have animals as a child so I have an entire adulthood to make up for that surrounding myself with the best creatures out there - animals! We can learn so much as people from animals and showing how we care for animals reflects who we are. I currently am a mom at home with kids in school so I have availability during the day and am flexible for evenings as well. I have a dog, 2 cats and an axolotl. It's important animals feel safe with me so I let them take the lead and I engage with them when they show they are ready. I'm happy to do what you as the client feel comfortable with and need for your fur babies to feel safe and comfortable.

About: I grew up with a Pomeranian. I was also in a long term relationship where we had a Pomeranian and medium sized mixed dog and even a Savannah cat who was a menace but I had a lot of patience with her even though she liked to scratch and bite me as a kitten haha. I think she was only 2 generations away from a wild Serval cat and thats why she was extra crazy haha but we raised her well! After the relationship, she took the pets and I miss the pets so I would like to play with and walk some pets haha. I think I’d be a great sitter because I’m a homebody and I don’t go a lot of places and I also don’t like leaving dogs because I feel too bad for them when they’re alone. I’m doing remote contract work as a web developer so taking care of pets would be a piece of cake to include in my schedule! I am very gentle with pets and I like to play and walk with them. When I had my own pets, I was a sucker for their cuteness and I shared my people food with them if it is safe for them but obviously I will follow whatever food rules you have for your pets! I want pets to have as much fun as they can so I can do multiple walks a day and play with them a lot!
About: Raised all manner of pets, including: terrier mix, red-eared slider, leopard gecko, jumping spider, fish, and a crazy rescue dog. Dog/cat and house sat for weeks combined, not afraid of feisty cats and have potty/walk trained my own dog. My part time job is only Thursday-Sat, 9-6. Essentially, I’m free all day Sunday through Wednesday and after work on the weekends! I’ve watched some very particular animals—whatever you need me to do isn’t too specific or weird! Every animal has their quirks. Feeding, cleaning up messes, playing, senior care, I do it all!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, cats and many more pets my entire life. I consider pets as part of the family and love them so much! I have been involved in animal rescue and rehabilitation since I was 10 years old. I have multiple years of experience caring for dogs and cats, and other pets. I have even cared for medically complicated dogs and cats. I have experiencing with animals that have had diabetes, heart disease, muscular skeletal disease, and many more ailments. I am very comfortable with administering medication. Currently my dog has epilepsy so I understand and empathize with the extra love and care required when treating medical conditions. I love animals more than anything, and love to care for them. My schedule is open during weekdays. Sometimes I am able to be available on weekends with enough of a notice. Please just let me know! I have a fenced in backyard and have multiple leashes, poop bags and other pet care tools of my own, that I always keep on hand.

About: I love dogs and I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't. I do my best to make sure your dog is safe and well taken care of. I'm currently working part-time from home or remotely, so I have plenty of time to pamper, play, pet your pooches to the level they want. My drop in I will make sure they get greeted with love, praise, and pets if they want. Make sure they have enough water and food. Take them out to relieve themselves if needed.

“I was glad Paris was available to watch my cat while I was traveling during the busy holiday season. It was a relief to know someone would check on Clover everyday, allowing her to stay in a familiar environment. Paris sent me lots of pictures which I really appreciated and provided updates on how things were going. She communicated well about her schedule so we could plan with flexibility and even stayed a bit longer on some drop ins to give extra attention to the kitty. She also asked questions when unsure and was great about responding to my messages, questions, and suggestions. Luckily after the first couple days, I didn’t feel as anxious about leaving my cat at home or needing to check in on her too much, which made for a more restful vacation. Paris showed she was comfortable with taking care of cats - feeding, watching behaviors, tidying the litter box, etc. My kitty gave her some trouble with taking pills, so we opted to just do meds in the food to be safe. Despite that hiccup, they made good friends quickly and got lots of cuddle time and some play sessions. I know Clover was happy to see her everyday for food and lap time. And I was happy to stay updated each day. Additionally, Paris did well managing the entry/exit and security of my house responsibly. She was kind to forgive the clutter and everything seemed in place when I returned. And I think our working together helped keep things as normal as possible for my cat while I was away. Of course we pet parents might always prefer to be the ones always watching after them, but it’s great to have good supplemental caregivers when you need them. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
