He is very happy to see Hope and has been very calm with her visiting. Hope took great care of them. She did drop in visits while we were away for the weekend. She sends a "Rover card" with each visit that includes details of her visit and picture of each cat, if possible. We had her come in twice a day and was worth it. About: I have been in the veterinary field in the emergency department for 15 years. I am able to give injections/meds when needed. I am open to pets of all ages. I do have a daughter that will be in my home at all times during home watches. I am working full time overnight at a veterinary ER in Seattle. I have availability for in home visits (at my home) Thursday-Sundays. I am available to do drop in visits any day. I have a 3 legged dog named Yoshi that can keep your baby occupied. I do not have a fenced yard but can do walks every 2-4 hours.

About: I’ve had and worked with dogs my entire life, from small to extra large. They’ve all come with different personalities and challenges. I enjoy learning about each dog’s strengths and weaknesses. At the current time, I will be starting a new job soon, so I am only able to walk early mornings and late evenings. I also have a recurring client between 10-12 am. I have a fenced yard and all my dogs are fairly apprehensive about new people and are mostly neutral about other dogs. Because of this, I won’t do in-home pet sitting.

About: We used to foster German shepherds and we’ve had our own dogs through the years. I have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs (clear instructions are a must). We currently have one neurotic dog, Beau, who has severe separation anxiety. Someone is always home with him, so I understand having a pet that needs extra special attention. I am respectful, responsible, and caring. I’m a stay at home mom with all my kids in school. Aside from chores, I have a pretty clear schedule. Willing to work weekends. I make sure to pickup any mess the pets or I make. Respectful of boundaries and privacy. Responsible and will keep pets occupied and loved. If they love to play fetch, i’ll play till they can’t run anymore.

Lorie has agreed to help us right away, and she did a wonderful job taking care of our pets. She had to learn what to do over the phone and did exactly what we had asked her. We have a turtle who needs to be fed in a separate water tank, and he tends to bite when someone sticks their hands in his water. However, that didn't seem to scare Lorie, and she took on the job very bravely. We were very pleased to return to a clean house and happy pets. About: Hello animal lovers! I grew up with dogs. First was a Golden Retriever then several Old English Mastiffs to follow. I adore big dogs and know they are gentle giants. I also adore "smaller dogs" too, those under 125lbs (ha!) I have been dog sitting on and off for about 15 years. About me, I'm responsible, mature, reliable and fun, your dog will love me. I'm happy to play fetch or snuggle your pooch, whatever is best for them. I am a care taker by trade so your pup will be in good hands. I am able to spend most of the day with your pup on longer stays. I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog soon! Pet care is my main job right now so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pet whether at home or on a walk. I cannot currently board pets or do doggy day care but am happy to come to your home to care for any of your pets.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
