About: i’ve taken care of animals my whole life, ranging from basic household pets like cats and dogs, to ranch and farm animals like cattle and horses i’m currently working part time, so i have plenty of time to play with your pets and assure good care!! feel free to call and ask more! if i let them out, they are either fenced in or on a leash! for indoors i watch the pets thoroughly and make sure they get the care they need

About: Experience: I've got over 1000 hours of hands on dog training and handling experience, and I absolutely love anything with four legs (even the hairless ones)! I am very familiar with teaching group dog training classes, and am very well practiced in positive reinforcement training. I've worked with everything from 10 week old puppies all the way up to senior dogs. Pets mental and physical health: I loooove being able to provide enrichment for pets! Enrichment is basically letting your pet interact with the world around them by encouraging them to use their senses, and practice behavior that is innate to them (think running, sniffing, chasing, etc). This not only helps get out their energy, but helps mentally tire them out. Over all it creates a more satisfied pet! I've owned 4 guinea pigs over the years, and am very familiar with their illnesses, health issues, and care. I am comfortable providing some medical care for them, like syringe feedings/medications. If your piggy needs different kinds of medical attention, please let me know when we initially talk. I am more than happy to learn about caring for other exotics (seriously, I learn about animal husbandry for fun). A note: while I am not super familiar with reptiles, I am more than happy to learn to about their care. Daycare and Boarding: Because I practice responsible pet care, I limit my boarding and daycare to one pet family (example: if you have two dogs, I'm only watching those two dogs, and other no dogs from outside your household). This allows me not only the ability to prevent things like potential fights between dogs who don't know each other, but also allows me the ability to give your pups more care and attention. This also explains why my prices may be a bit higher than other sitters. I treat every animal like it's my own and will definitely love yours. I already have two guinea pigs who I love and care for daily. I definitely have to clean up a lot after them! I'm a person who loves to spend time with animals and seek them out I love spending time with animals. One of my favorite parts of training is working with the animal to get to know them and their needs, and fulfilling them with management and enrichment. I love helping animals exercise those brain muscles that they may not otherwise be able to!

About: I have been caring for cats and dogs over the last 28 years as a pet parent, pet sitter, kennel attendant, animal rescue and shelter volunteer, and as a veterinary assistant. I bring 3 years of medical experience as a veterinary assistant in the clinical and hospital setting, 1 year of experience as a kennel attendant in cat and dog boarding facilities, and over 2 years volunteering at wildlife rescue organizations and a cat rescue. I have provided care to cats and dogs of all life stages, and I'm very experienced at administering medications to cats and dogs. I would love to offer my compassionate caregiving services to your pets. I am currently offering thorough cat and dog care visits such as feeding according to client/pet parent's instructions, cleaning litter boxes, medication administration, dog walks, dog park visits, nail trims (if pet allows), and providing rides to veterinary appointments and assistance during appointments. Please reach out to me if you need these services for your cat or dog! :) I am available for pet care and dog walks after 9am Monday through Saturday. I have several pets of my own to care for in the mornings, so early mornings before 9am are not available. I provide care to pets in their homes based on the care instructions and information the clients/pet parents give me about their cat or dog. I follow directions and provide safe, loving, and thorough care. I believe that providing care services to pets in a comfortable environment such as their home is less stressful for them and allows them to become more accepting of care and medical services, and build trust with caregivers.
