As a retiree, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide care any day of the week, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and last-minute bookings when available. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of love. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine, and I’m happy to work around their schedule to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. “For everyone’s safety, I only allow dogs outdoors while securely leashed unless otherwise instructed by the owner.” As a previous owner of two small Yorkies, who sadly passed away from old age, I know how important it is for them to continuously be watched due to predators etc. I will always be very cautious with your prize possessions. I occasionally have my 7 year old grandson in my home, but he is great with animals. He’s only at my place a couple times a week.

I started working with Rover in 2018 to motivate myself to get out of the house on dog walks and have expanded my services over time to offer house sitting as well. I currently have one dog, a giant Newfy named Kaiju. I'm comfortable helping out pets that are older, those with special needs, or those that require medication, so don't be afraid to reach out if your pet has unique circumstances. I also have an intense love for cats. I lost my kitty last year unfortunately, but we had a lovely 19 years together. I'm available for both house sitting and drop-ins, and I do dog walking as well. I currently don't advertise for boarding at my house, but I do have a fenced in front and back yard and plenty of space in the house for a dog. I'd be willing to potentially host dogs that are comfortable around my giant Newfy, as well as older children. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need this service and think your dog would be a good fit. I am currently working a full time job in a veterinary clinic. My weekday services are limited due to the long hours I work. I try to update my calendar regularly, but you’re more than welcome to message me about a date even if it says I’m unavailable. Sometimes I can make it work! I will try my best to accommodate your schedule and needs, but bookings do fill up fast. I take clients on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you let me know about your plans, the better! My biggest priority is keeping your pet happy and safe, and to leave your home looking the same or better than when I arrived. I have an eye for detail and will make sure I thoroughly understand any safety concerns you may have during my stay with your pet.

About: I can walk, play and take care of your dog while you are away. I am very patient, caring, and active grandpa. I have a young golden retriever who is very very active. I love being outdoors and take long walks. I can do drop-in visits or stay overnight when necessary. I am also good with cats or other animals. I will follow instructions and make sure your pet and you will be happy. I am available pretty much all the time. A day notice would be good however I can be available on a shorter notice as well. I can watch your dog in your house if you allow that or crate a dog if needed. Will follow the feeding schedule and make sure to keep fresh water available. Will also follow the potty breaks as instructed. I can stop by several times a day if needed depending on the distance. if your dog need emotional care, I would be happy to be present to keep him/her comfortable. I am very flexible as well.

I was skeptical about giving my house key to someone I didnt know - she set me at ease at our meet and greet and was tje best decision we made after taling Yoshi home. Hire her!
