“Great communication (better than mine!) Took great care of our 17 year old cat on thyroid meds. We felt at ease having Jeffrey taking care of things with Charlie while we were away for Thanksgiving.”

“We could not be more grateful for Jeff! Our pet wound up having a medical emergency just a few hours after we landed in a different state, and Jeff was so quick to act and coordinate with us to get him to an emergency vet in time. We owe him a great deal!”

About: I've had years of experience taking care of my own pets and also worked as a pet groomer for many years. I've had many animals throughout my life dogs, cats, ferrets, tortoises you name it. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule during the week and my weekends are wide open to spend time with your pets or have them over at my house. I have a fenced backyard and two dogs of my own that love to run and play with other dogs. While your pet is with me they are part of our family.
“Amanda provided outstanding care for our pets , her dedication is genuinely unmatched. Even with a big unexpected event occuring during the scheduled visits, she was still extremely attentive, communicative, and really prioritized us and our pets with a commitment that is so rare to come by. Truly exceptional care from a truly exceptional person!”

“Jessica helped me out over this July 4th holiday & I am so thankful! Her responses were quick, she is easy to communicate with, & my pups love her. I know this by seeing the photos she sent me. I will rebook with Jessica, anytime. Thank you Jessica!”

“Holly is an amazingly friendly and skilled pet caretaker! She was communicative and showed up on time every day. I was so grateful to have her to help me give my kitty his meds while my wife was away. She clearly has an enormous amount of experience with animals at all different stages of life, and my grumpy old man took to her very quickly and she handled him without any issues. She handled him better than any of the vets he's seen, in person or at home, so clearly she's some sort of Cat Whisperer! ^-^”

“We have a great experience with Cameron during our vacation. He was always on time and updated with pictures and some changes if so. Even during the snow conditions he was able to attend the cats and take care of its.”

“Laylah was timely with her visits, ensured Sophie was fed, watered, and litters cleaned. She also took time to give her some good scritches. We traveled assured Sophie was in very good hands!”

“This was my first time using rover and Amanda did a great job. She was informative and on time. She sent multiple pictures of my pet and was professional. I would recommend her in the future!”

“Anna was such a fantastic cat sitter. I have a very nervous cat and was unsure it they could bond as it was a short few days. She used the cat glove and got his trust.. and was then able to not only feed him but give him his twice daily meds.👍 She was very patient getting him to trust her. I appreciated that her experience paid off as she was very calm when he threw up food. Anna was on top of all the instructions and sent photos. Every cat owner doesn’t want to worry about their cats while they are away. I did not worry. Will be using Anna again very soon.. was very happy with her service and care for my 3 kitties especially my anxious senior cat… she has a special love for these senior cats 🐈⬛ Anna was amazing!!! Definitely using her services again.👍”

About: With 8 years of hands-on experience at an animal shelter, I’ve cared for animals that most sitters never encounter — newborn kittens and puppies, senior pets, and sick or injured animals who needed extra patience and attention. That experience taught me how to read animal behavior, handle the unexpected, and give every pet exactly what they need to feel safe and comfortable. Combined with years of private pet sitting, I bring both professional shelter training and a genuine love for every animal that walks through my door. Whether your pet is young, old, healthy, or needs a little extra TLC — they’re in experienced, caring hands with me. My home is pet-free and has a fully fenced backyard, there’s plenty of safe outdoor space to play, explore, and burn off energy. I work a hybrid job with flexibility in my scheduling. Home most weekends as well as Mondays and Fridays with flexibility within the week. With advanced notice can typically adjust my schedule. We have a fenced yard and no pets of our own. Part time there are children in the home who are familiar with animals. Availability to visit your home during the day as well.
“Victoria was amazing! She was timely and efficient and our cats appaeared to have adopted her by the end of her drop-in visits which were 2x day for 11 days. She maintained communication at all times through the Rover Cards. The pictures of our 3 cats were well appreciated. We’ll definitely be rebooking her for our next trip.”

About: I currently have two client dogs and I am open to sitting 2-3 more. I come from a family of professional dog trainers. Feel free to reach out! Very well. I can feed often, let them out frequently, do leash walks and play with your dogs. I am an online college student with high moral values so I have a lot of time to tend. I am very reliable. Non smoker or drinker. Feed them, water them, leash walks, and cuddle/ play with them. Administer medications if needed. For my pups we frequently get new toys and go on hikes as well.
About: I have worked at dog boarding companies before. I have been taking care of animals since I could walk. I've taken care of up to 8 dogs at a time since I was 7. I also now have a cat and know how to care for most fish and lizards too. *Notice: my acceptance rating is so low due to me moving awhile ago. I am fully available! I just forgot to set my status as away at the time. I am currently available for weekends and Thursdays, I can spend a good amount of time at your house during the weekend. But need to check up on my own kitty and go to work once Monday hits unfortunately. I love to cuddle and care for the pets, such as brushing, nail clipping (if dogs or cats okay with it) I also will always use gentle discipline. I will never cause am harm to your pets. I will ask if treats are okay and what your pets diet is like. I want to make sure your pet has the best experience! I love playing with animals or or taking them on walks as well!
About: My family and I have always been huge animal lovers. We have never NOT had pets. I grew up surrounded by multiple dogs and cats. I live with my parents while attending college. Altogether, we have 4 dogs and 4 cats. The dogs include 3 Siberian huskies and a chihuahua. The cats are rescues, breeds are unknown. I know a lot about the bigger and more wolf-like breeds! I am a compassionate, thoughtful nurse who loves animals and I can’t think of a better way to spend my free time! I would love to help out with any pet care needs. I live with my parents and our animals have plenty of space and land to roam free! I love going on walks and being outdoors.
“Thank you for taking care of the dogs while we were out of town. I am glad your kids able to come with you, it’s good for Bohdi and Gala loves kids. They hardly missed us it seemed, when we returned home.”

Fobes Hill cat parents share their Rover experiences
I was glad Paris was available to watch my cat while I was traveling during the busy holiday season. It was a relief to know someone would check on Clover everyday, allowing her to stay in a familiar environment. Paris sent me lots of pictures which I really appreciated and provided updates on how things were going. She communicated well about her schedule so we could plan with flexibility and even stayed a bit longer on some drop ins to give extra attention to the kitty. She also asked questions when unsure and was great about responding to my messages, questions, and suggestions. Luckily after the first couple days, I didn’t feel as anxious about leaving my cat at home or needing to check in on her too much, which made for a more restful vacation. Paris showed she was comfortable with taking care of cats - feeding, watching behaviors, tidying the litter box, etc. My kitty gave her some trouble with taking pills, so we opted to just do meds in the food to be safe. Despite that hiccup, they made good friends quickly and got lots of cuddle time and some play sessions. I know Clover was happy to see her everyday for food and lap time. And I was happy to stay updated each day. Additionally, Paris did well managing the entry/exit and security of my house responsibly. She was kind to forgive the clutter and everything seemed in place when I returned. And I think our working together helped keep things as normal as possible for my cat while I was away. Of course we pet parents might always prefer to be the ones always watching after them, but it’s great to have good supplemental caregivers when you need them. If you’re in the area and need a pet sitter, I’d definitely consider working with Paris.

I’ve had the greatest experience with Danielle twice now watching my cat while I was away for the holidays. Danielle has been very caring and attentive towards watching my cat, follows instructions perfectly, and truly does her absolute best to make things as easy as possible. Danielle is my top priority when I’m planning to head out of town as she does a phenomenal job every time! I highly recommend.

Catt did an amazing job taking care of our four pets! She had no problems giving our lab her breathing treatments and all the other medications to both dogs. The kitties felt very loved and I really appreciated getting the pictures. It’s so reassuring to know my pets are being well taken cared for. Thank you Catt!
